Had very tasty food there. good prices compared to other snack bars in the Netherlands, as someone else has already said, some other people exaggerate quite a bit about that.

New owners. Sometimes fries taste okay, other times not (depending on the cooking time). Snacks are baked too short and don't taste as they should. Quality and price ratio is meh. Not being processed (judging from other comments) is fine, but after a few days you know how long you should fry something, right?

Since a new owner has recently moved in, they have deteriorated considerably! Fries are no longer tasty! You had a fries stew or a large fries stew! Now it's a small fries stew or a large one! For the same price! And the taste is also different, as if it has been diluted. If you want fries with the sauce separately, you pay €1.50 for the sauce. The fries are fried way too hard. The son is probably 16 years old but cannot do math, constantly gives the wrong change? The woman becomes very stressed as soon as there are more than 3 customers inside! If you make comments about how the previous owner did it, she gets irritated and says I wasn't trained by them and that they haven't changed anything. She also snaps at her son in front of customers, which is really not possible. Well we have been coming there for 25 years and you can say they are the worst owners ever!! They had better been worked in by the previous owners. Unfortunately, no more Cafeteria Marian for us. You better go to the smoske, at least they understand their work!! Not worth a star anymore.

Things have really deteriorated since the new owners moved in! *Food - The fries are fried TOO hard! Stew seems diluted, very bland in taste. First you got it In a 'medium' container with an extra scoop of fries on top! Now a really small container and that for €4.65 COOKIE! *Service - If you ask you can have the sauce there separately, they put it in a larger bowl and ask them for it easily €1.50 for. That's what I call it no service... *Atmosphere - The first thing you learn is to... staff do not lose weight in it in front of customers! If anything the business gets busier then you see that the owner doesn't like it and very chaotic around runs. Total panic. So yes, atmosphere!

The chips and snacks were great unfortunately the peanut sauce wasn't my style (not bad I am just used to a different kind) and the milkshake was deliciously cream and rich in general a recommendation for a quick snack/evening meal on a lazy day

Ik neem al meer dan 10jaar de vertrouwde Frietje Smikkel (frikandel speciaal +friet met satésaus en eigengemaakte mayonaise) van Marian. Ondertussen verschillende eigenaren gehad & allemaal hebben ze het traditionele recept behouden. Ook deze eigenaar kent me ondertussen bij naam. Altijd supervriendelijke service & de friet is altijd perfect goudbruin gebakken. Ik blijf hier vaste klant! =)

De lekkerste softijs. Met spikkels, karamel, slagroom, en voordelig geprijsd.

Bij binnenkomst valt direct op dat we de verkeerde ingang gekozen hebben en dat we de afhaalingang gekozen hebben. Terug naar buiten en middels de juiste ingang terug naar binnen. Door de scheiding van afhaalgedeelte en een deel met zitplekken zelf, valt ons direct op dat we lekker rustig kunnen eten. We besluiten een friet stoofvlees, een friet saté, een kroket en een mexicano te bestellen. Na even gewacht te hebben is de bestelling klaar en worden we verzocht lekker te blijven zitten terwijl de medewerker onze bestelling op de tafel zet. Wat we direct kunnen concluderen is dat de frieten goed gebakken zijn en onze sauzen goed van smaak zijn. Ook de snacks zijn goed doorbakken waardoor ze ook lekker smaken.
