When I lived in this neighborhood, this was a good cafeteria. I happened to be there on a Friday afternoon at 5:00, and there were only two staff members in the crowd. I waited 50 minutes for my food, paid a premium, and the fries were overcooked.

Been to Mercatorplein a few times now. Quality varies a lot, if you don't want soggy fries, you have to tell them to fry them a little longer. Furthermore, the portions vary greatly in size. We already have fries for 2 people that we can eat with 3 adults and today we ordered them for 1 person and indicated that the portion was not in proportion to a 2-person bag. This was in proportion to a child's fries when it was on the plate at home and not for an adult person. I reported it but the staff did not act on it.

The fries next door were very limp and some were still frozen on the inside!! these fries barely touched the frying pan. Everything was COLD!!
