Cafeteria "Cleyne Reick" in Wijk 08 Zuidwest

The quality is very good. Only the delivery remains a drama. Today again more than half an hour later than planned. Worthless and won't order again.

Cleyne Reick’s is an amazing snackbar, and their food is “verrukkelijk”. However, today what I want to talk about is their customer service. The first thing I want to say is WOW. My several friends and I ordered several things, one of which being a Vega Pita. Cleyne Reick’s made a mistake on our order—probably through miscommunication on my part/the phonecall I ordered from—and gave us a Pita with meat. It smelled delicious, but with a vegetarian eater, my friends and I decided to go back to Cleyne Reick’s and get our actual order. Once we explained our situation to the staff, they completely understood and promptly asked for our address, so that they could deliver a replacement order, for free. Already, this is great, but their kindness doesn’t end there: We both got to keep the meat pita we had accidentally ordered—which me and my non-vegetarian friends ate with gusto—when a deliverer from Cleyne Reick’s showed up at our doorstep with the Vega pita, and a 2-euro coin to compensate for our “troubles”. Stunning. TLDNR: Great customer service; Would recommend.

Very authentic snackbar. Openingtimes are unclear, more often closed than open. Still a pretty ok place out of centre 😉

Ordered tonight and instead of my ordered fries with a chicken corn, I got lukewarm fries with peanut sauce and half a chicken corn. I always thought it was a good tent, but this makes no sense. Unfortunately I wouldn't order from here again.

Most of it homemade. Hot meat sandwich a winner in home-made sauce.French fries and meat sauce ditto.Quality is really their advertising.

The food was no longer warm. The fries are delivered in a kind of hamburger container with the sauce and a large lump. We ordered shredded fries, but we did receive thin fries, but they were not shredded fries. I thought it was a real disappointment. We won't order from here anymore.

Great business! really an awful lot of choice from many home-made dishes. Definitely worth a try, more than just a cafeteria.

Nice snack when I'm in Rivierenwijk!!!!

Been my favorite snack bar for years. This is the only thing I miss since I moved from Utrecht. Namely fries and a satay croquette. I can still remember those beautiful Sundays, friends over and fries from Cleyne Reick, friends from all over the country now know this snack bar. In short, when I'm in Utrecht and I'm hungry, I often visit this 'tent'. Keep it up people!
