They make their fries just right here! We also enjoyed a delicious egg ball. It was busy, but we didn't have to wait long!

We had the Belgian stew and chicken satay menu. Both were delicious! The homemade mayo was also excellent. Definitely recommended; we'll be back!

5 incorrect orders in a row... Although the four orders were resolved fairly efficiently, the fifth time I wondered out loud why it's apparently so difficult to actually deliver an order as ordered. As a customer, you don't want to repeatedly receive part of your order after picking it up (on one occasion, even an hour after pickup). It's a shame, because I'm otherwise quite satisfied with the quality of the food. With my last order, the fries were largely baked together, there were snacks included that I hadn't ordered, and my hot dog was already cold. There were also large special fries that I hadn't ordered. Fortunately, I noticed this at the cafeteria. These were supposed to be deducted from the total, but when I checked at home, they weren't fully deducted. I'm very patient and understand that things can go wrong, but there are limits. I've read in the reviews that this has been happening more often lately, so it can't be my fault. They were willing to resolve the issue with me this time, which I appreciate, but then I'll have to wait for another delivery. So I politely declined and told them they'd lost me as a customer. "Thank goodness they were very busy," was the answer.

Since the takeover, the quality has unfortunately declined significantly. The last few times, snacks were consistently missing, the bamischijfjes were supposed to be vegetarian but contained meat, and the fries were either rock hard or undercooked. Hopefully, they can improve.

We've ordered from here several times, but unfortunately, our experience has been inconsistent. Several times, parts of our orders were missing, and order slips seemed to have been mixed up. While mistakes do happen, this has happened repeatedly. The snacks themselves are good quality, but the fries are inconsistent—sometimes undercooked, sometimes overcooked. Overall, we're considering trying another cafeteria for more reliable service.

Suddenly, completely different burgers! No more André, Doctor. Such a shame, we won't be going there anymore.

I've only had good experiences. Wide selection, including vegetarian options, lots of homemade food, and the staff are super friendly. The best in town!

Wow, you guys are fantastic! UberEats had another serious blunder, and Cafetaria Oosterpark really went above and beyond to fix it and still provide us with food. So grateful for places like this!

Unfortunately, since the last takeover, the quality and service have deteriorated rapidly. This is already the sixth time something has gone wrong with an order, and twice in the meantime, it has been completely correct. In other words, things go wrong more often than they go right. Today, we received soggy, white fries and a different croquette than ordered (vegetable croquette instead of vegetarian pulled pork). Other times, all the sauce was forgotten, snacks were missing, or there were too few fries. It can happen once, but if it's brought to our attention at the counter, some compensation or allowance would be reasonable instead of saying "ouch, that's annoying" and shrugging. In addition to the mistakes and/or poorly fried items, portion sizes fluctuated significantly. Sometimes they were enormous, other times minimal and full of leftovers. Instead of trying to offer more unique snacks and establish a catering concept, I think the new owner would be better off focusing on hiring skilled staff, fixing the basics, and simply delivering high-quality fried food. Then perhaps there will be room for other things. For us it was the last time for a while, I'll drive a few streets further...

A complete mess, unfriendly, and completely clueless. With two kids trying to make a milkshake with a basic kitchen appliance. After waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order, I left. And thankfully so, judging by the other reviews, the food is also disappointing. Very unprofessional. The Snack Corner down the road was great, customer service was friendly, and the fries and my hamburger were absolutely fantastic!

We've ordered food here several times, and more than once, an incomplete order has been delivered. The order slips have been "accidentally" swapped. This can happen occasionally, but this has happened repeatedly (3rd time). The snacks are good quality, but the fries are either undercooked or completely overcooked. In short, we're looking for a different cafeteria.

We had a wonderful meal with the new owners of the cafeteria! The katjangdel and the Olympia sandwich were especially delicious! We also had a croaker, which was excellent!

We have been loyal customers for years, and now we regularly order food from the new owner. The home-made fries are great, but unfortunately this time they were inedible. It was rock and hard. I also notice that they are not very consistent. Sometimes the “free” mayo with the homemade fries and other times not. Sometimes it's a huge bag and other times it's just enough. Too bad because when it's good it's great!

It's sad to say, but everything is done in a single batch for fries. This one below is an egg ball. But it looks more like an oliebol. Inedible.

Oh dear! Just opened, so I can understand if there are start-up problems, but I would consider service to be of paramount importance and that... is missing. Ordered online, right on time, but the order did not arrive. And that's possible, no problem, but make sure there is someone behind the counter. Now it was a matter of guessing when the order would arrive. Every now and then a young guy with a thunderous face would come and deliver orders, and mine arrived fifteen minutes late. The food was okay. What you can expect from a cafeteria.

Picked up fries yesterday with an egg ball that was 1 chunk of fat, which was not normal. Disinterested staff felt that he had no interest in his work. We won't come here again.

Delicious homemade fries, nice and crispy, absolutely delicious with the homemade mayo. And yes, the Olympia sandwich remains delicious! Quite a blow to get rid of, but great if you're broke. 10/10

After the cafeteria was closed for a while, it is now open again. As far as I'm concerned, it can be closed again immediately. The “own” mayo is approximately bad. The egg ball and the fries were extremely salty. Be aware that the good reviews are from before the closure. I hope it will soon be taken over by someone who can fry

Finally it was possible again, an Olympia sandwich, but that was a bit of a disappointment. Different and very little sauce on it! The requested outings were also not available. The large fries were a small bag of fries that are just enough for 1 person, not 2 containers of mayonnaise as ordered but a container of jopie sauce...!?!? Shame! So I'll just order somewhere else for now....

Ordered an XXL Burger Olympia and Baconburger with extra Bacon on Saturday evening 08.06.2024, but now we could not find the extra Bacon.

1st hamburger was undercooked, so I took it back. 2nd hamburger also unfortunately not cooked in the middle. Quality is deteriorating rapidly. Lots of majo and curry sauce and a little onion on top

Received the wrong order, rude and smart employees on the phone, blamed my own problems on home delivery and did not get money/food back after reporting the problem.

We ordered 2 portions of large fries and received the left, mini bag. When calling, employees claimed that the mini bag was 2 portions of large fries in 1 bag. After this we ordered a large bag of fries and we received the bag (twice as large). So I called again and got on the phone with 4 different employees, all with their own smart answers. In the end we did not receive a solution and were forwarded to Thuisbezorgd. (as if they make and pack the orders 🙄)

Had the order taken by a fairly young boy, speaking unintelligibly softly... but yes, there is still a beard in the throat.... No problem. Still a waiting time of 30 minutes. In the meantime, one after the other, delivery courier was provided with orders. Everything could be done more smoothly.

Viel tegen! Patat te lang gebakken denk ik, heel hard en droog, smaakloos. Snacks en broodje hamburger waren wel prima.

De eerste keer dat ik een zelfgemaakte hamburger bestelde kon ik hem maar net op. Meer vlees dan brood. En de grote patat is ook gewoon groot.

Heerlijke huzarensalade besteld. Mooi opgemaakt en lekker vers! Aanrader!!

Prima plaats om de cafetaria te bezoeken

Echt een aanfluiting bestel patat in bakjes geen zak patat . En ook nog een Nederlandse patat bakker die ik wil steunen . Nou dikke 2 beter koning bedumerweg allerbeste misschien daar curcus volgen . En als die dicht is naar de Chinese cafetaria . Dat het zo ver moet komen .

Goeie cafetaria maar de prijzen vindt ik niet normaal te duur in een volkswijk als oosterpark mensen kunnen dit straks niet meer betalen

Goede cafetaria. Ontzettend goed eten met veel keuze, grote hamburgers en heel veel specials. De enige 2 dingen die ik mis zijn patat stoofvlees en het 2e broodje bij de omega grote hamburger😉 Echt een aanrader.

Top cafetaria! Echt lekker eten, snel klaar en aardige medewerkers. Een dingetje voor de mensen die hier gaan bestellen: BESTEL EEN KLEINE FRIET. Ik had een grote, en dat was geen groot bakje ofzo, maar nee: ik kreeg n hele familiezak. Zonder grappen, genoeg voor 3 borden😂 Doet niks af aan de cafetaria, beter teveel dan te weinig natuurlijk. Maar wel handig om te weten😉. Heb de helft weg gegooid namelijk hahahaha

snackcentrum was closed.. hm okay lets try this one instead guy at the register could barely open his mouth seemed irritated that he had to "work" and overall seemed super unsocial gotta wait outside cause the interiors are tiny.. fine food arrives after 15 (!) minutes terribly stacked as the fries were just sticking out fully exposed and were about to fall out xxl burger special... meat was decent .. now the joke about this burger was that the "burgerbun" looked and tasted like the albert heijn 4 pack "bolletjes" .. horrible fries were okay xxl frikandel was good enough and it actually was X X L big burger special 2 small fries and a xxl frikandel =14 euro aka 5 euro more then we usally pay at snackcentrum but ehy atleast the service was unfriendly the burgerbun a joke and the rest just whatever

Tijdens de middag pauze in de bouw hier brood hamburger en zak patat gehaald... Met opzet brood. En geen je erachter Mega grote hamburger... Dus die zak patat was niet echt nodig.

Uitmuntende snackbar. Een overheerlijke frikandel, met uiterste zorg voor de perfecte balans tussen saus en ui. Dit geserveerd in een stevig bakje waar de frikandel nog veilig is. Werelds!

Patatje (lang gebakken) met pindasaus en frikandel besteld online. Online bestellen is lekker makkelijk en de wens lang gebakken kon je proeven. De satésaus iets pittig, juist op smaak. Alles met alles: top!!!

Heerlijke broodjes hamburger xxl

Zeer aardige bediening en de borden met patat zijn super groot, lekkere patat ook.

Als kleine jongen opgegroeid in oosterpark en vroeger was dit al de nummer 1. Vroeger altijd de olypia burger en 20 jaar later kwam ik toevallig langs rijden en heb vandaag een frikadel oosterpark gegeten echt super lekker en goed geholpen door een vriendelijke vrouw achter de bali daarom 5 sterren en sla jullie nu op als mijn favoriete in Groningen

Geweldige hamburgers uit eigen keuken. Dit kan niet beter. We hebben genoten van de geweldige smaak. Bedankt.
