Waited an hour and fifteen minutes for two boxes. The 12 euro döner box was completely soggy and gone in three bites. The medium chicken tender thing was soggy like the other one and just as small. 30 euros for a total of six bites of food. Really bad.

Don't order here!! Waited 2 hours for my order… unreachable by phone… as for the taste, it was nowhere to be found; fries compressed in the bag, the Turkish pizza turned into a half-hour unboxing (20 sheets of aluminum foil). The Fanta Cassis, on the other hand, turned out well 👍🏼

I had to wait almost an hour for my food. I had ordered my food on time for the Spits. I was standing waiting by my front door; a red car was parked there. I waited outside for over 10 minutes, then I called the company, who told me that the delivery driver was on their way with the car. I asked what kind of car. This was the red car that had already been parked in front of my door for over 10 minutes. Then it drove away; it turned around at the end of the street, and I drove up again. I told the delivery driver that I was the person who had made the delivery. I argued with the delivery driver for over 5 minutes that this was my order; he didn't want to believe me at first. Otherwise, the kapsalon tasted very good, it's just a shame that it was lukewarm. I don't feel like calling the company again and waiting again.

I ordered food last Saturday. Three hours later, it still hadn't arrived. After waiting for the first hour, they did call me and told me they needed about another 30 minutes. After those 30 minutes, I called myself and was told it would take another 20 minutes at most. An hour later, it still hadn't arrived, and since I had to leave for work, I had to cancel my order. I was told I would get my money back. Unfortunately, I haven't received it yet.

The delivery time was 16:45, they arrived at 17:45. The kapsalon itself wasn't good. I threw it away after 3 bites.

Very bad. Ordered at 6 pm and arrived at 9:30 pm after 6 phone calls and still no food. Each time they said it was on its way, and on the last phone call they said they didn't have a receipt. When we got angry, they suddenly had a receipt. The result was no food, but we paid. It was the first time and the last time.

Ordered lunch. Apparently, they're not open, even though it says they are everywhere. The restaurant is also impossible to reach. So I didn't get anything.

Ordered food around lunchtime. The restaurant was listed as "open" everywhere, both on Google and Uber Eats. They took your order but didn't deliver. (The rude person on the phone simply said, "We're closed.") They then marked the order as completed in the evening, and Uber Eats simply charged the bill. Complaining to Uber was only partially successful. They only refunded 40%! A complete scam from all sides. The next step is a chargeback with the bank.

While the food quality is ok, the delivery service is ridiculous. First time we waited around 1.5hrs. Gave them another chance and now it's already been over 1.5hrs... never again. App says 35min delivery time. Dishonest is an understatement. I can see many reviews addressing this, so this is simply their business model. They also don't answer the phone.

Ordered here yesterday with my friend. We only received our order after almost 2 hours of waiting. I ordered a döner box with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, garlic sauce and sambal. I literally only had the meat, the fries and a little bit of lettuce on it. My friend had a Turkish pizza with 2x garlic, which was also missing. The döner sandwich was okay. You then pay €36 for 3 things and everything is missing.

I have nothing to complain about the food, but the delivery and 'customer service'? I had placed a scheduled order at 8:55 PM for the time window 10:15 PM - 10:45 PM. At 11:00 PM I hadn't received anything so I tried to call them, but I couldn't reach them. Just a tone as if the line is not connected. Then my order doesn't arrive until 00:15. 2 hours after the start of the scheduled time window and without any apology or communication whatsoever. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Also ordered last year, but they had completely forgotten my order, so when I called about an hour after the food should have been with me, they only started working on my order. Again, the food is tasty, but I won't be ordering from here again as the delivery is so unreliable. This tent takes a completely opposite approach to the principle of 'underpromise and overdeliver'.

The taste of the durum was fine, but they pretend to have a roll with a lot of meat and very thick, so this was a disappointment. I've rarely even seen them so thin, and for more than 10 euros! I normally get it elsewhere for 7 euros and then you are really full after 1 roll. In short, very expensive for a moderately filling meal.

Beste kapsalon die ik ooit hebt gegeten en super lieve mensen!! Ik vroeg of de vlees en patat zo vers mogelijk kon vanwege zwangerschap en ze hadden het heerlijk vers bereid en een super lief berichtje geschreven🥹♥️

Jammer dat het zo zout is. Ik heb de helft laten staan. Viel niet goed. De smaak was wel goed en de bezorging is ook snel. Er zat ook klein stuk blauw plastic in het eten. Kan van een handschoen zijn? Jammer. Want qua smaak is het wel 1 van de betere kapsalons. Maar zou het toch niet nog een keer bestellen omdat het te zout is.

Afhalen, Vers & Goede porties (lees: veel). Het ziet er erg netjes/schoon uit. Openingstijden zijn natuurlijk insane, maar ik hoop dat dit zo blijft. Last but not least: het team is erg vriendelijk!!

Beste kapsalon zaak van almere! Ik ging vandaag op aanraden van mijn schoonzoon kapsalon halen, en wat een top zaak! Vriendelijk personeel en overheerlijke kapsalon. Zeer goede service en zeer grote porties, we kregen het niet op. Jammer dat ze nog niet in Almere haven bezorgen, maar hiervoor rij ik graag een stukje om. 11/10 🤩

I ordered a Capsalon with Rice and all the teimmings. This was handsdown the BEST Kapsalon I have ever had. The Meat to Rice ratio was perfect. The portions were fantastic. I ordered some fries on the side and damn were they good ! Perfect crisp on the outside and the smoothest potato mash on the inside. 11/10 stars for me. I will definitely be ordering again next time I’m in Almere 💫

Eten was er rond de tijd dat ik het had besteld en inplaats van dat kapsalon vaak tegenvalt als je besteld had deze alles overtreft fking lekker

Eten was echt heerlijk, patatjes lekker knapperig door de speciale verpakking. Order netjes gemaakt (eentje zonder saus) dat gaat bij vele afhaal plekken regelmatig mis. Nette keuken en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers!

De beste van Almere echt lekker echt een aanrader
