I called politely to ask what time I could expect my order. The gentleman told me that the delivery person was already downstairs, even though it is only a 6-minute bike ride from the restaurant. Twenty minutes later, there was still no one there, and when I called again, the phone simply wasn't answered. Delays can happen, but be honest about it. I find this way of communicating very disrespectful and unprofessional. And on top of that, my food arrived cold.

I've never been so disappointed with a takeaway, jeez. I walked in for dessert since they indicated they had a sweet assortment. Originally, I wanted the tri leche cake, but the gentleman behind the counter didn't even know what a dessert was. Helped by a customer who could translate, I was told they only had baklava, kunefe, and katmir. Eventually, I chose katmir, and after waiting for a while and being €9.50 lighter, I expected a lot! I finally only looked at the katmir after driving away; what a disgrace! Two super limp, thin layers of puff pastry with 3 grains of pistachio inside and a mystery cream that looked more like soaked oil. For a portion of €9.50, even an ant would be hungry. If I were still in the neighborhood, I would definitely have gone back to demand my money back. So limp and greasy that it fell apart the moment I picked it up. I stuck to one test bite and straight into the trash. A waste of my time, money, and taste buds.

I came across Pideci via an email from Thuisbezorgd and decided to pay them a visit today. Food: I found the food really delicious and definitely different from other Turkish restaurants. Both the chicken fillet wrap and the veal sandwich were delicious – also very generous portions, highly recommended. Service: after ordering, we had to wait 45 minutes for our order to be ready; this was a bit on the long side. The employee indicated that something hadn't gone quite right and that was why it was taking a little longer – so normally it will go faster, I expect. I know that online and in-person operations often differ, but I still find it a shame that they apparently have a 1+1 deal online and don't offer it in the restaurant. Atmosphere: Thuisbezorgd orders are processed right after the dining area, which makes for a less pleasant atmosphere. I don't find it the coziest place to eat. Highly recommended for the food. Fair prices for what we consider truly delicious food. Atmosphere & Service could be better, but with more constructive feedback, we will definitely come back here again.

Halal food spot in Almere. We tried the chicken with cheese Pide. It was delicious. They did not take much time to make the order. Pide was fresh. Service was good as well. In the pictures the place looked nice, but when we visited it was dull. So the atmosphere was not that good or nice.

I ordered food online, and it was really disappointing. The bread was stale and dry, definitely not fresh. Both the doner and the kofta were overcooked, with tiny portions and a terrible taste. It honestly felt like I was paying for nothing, as if they gave me a free sandwich. The delivery was very poor as well, sauce was just all over the aluminum, and they didn’t even open the bread. No presentation, no quality nothing was good👎🏻

Yeah, not the worst thing that can happen to someone, fair enough, but still not a good thing either. Will think twice before buying anything here again.

This is our 4th or 5th visit here, but the meat-filled bread wasn't as good as it used to be; it had too little filling and was very dry. Also, they didn't make buttermilk this time. I don't know if the chef changed or something.

I placed an order today at 5:14 PM because it is Ramadan and I wanted to receive the food for iftar. The confirmation stated that the delivery time would be approximately 30 minutes. In the end, I didn't receive my order until 6:45 PM. My order consisted of etli ekmek, fries, ayran, mayonnaise, and ketchup with onion. I had ordered extra onion and paid €0.50 for it, but unfortunately, there was no onion included with my order. Additionally, the food was cold upon arrival. The fries were soggy and overcooked, and the etli ekmek was also cold. I paid €34 for this order, which I find very disappointing for what I ultimately received. I also contacted the store by phone about this and explained my situation. The only answer I received was: “Sorry, it was busy.” Frankly, I don't find that professional. If it is not possible to deliver orders on time due to busyness, then temporarily disable certain delivery areas so that customers do not have to wait so long. After this experience, I will not order here again. Order from people who deserve it!!!

I stopped by last Saturday with a group of friends for a nice bite to eat at this restaurant, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. We thought a waiter or someone to take our order would come, but we discovered that we had to order via a QR code, which caused a lot of confusion because someone did eventually come to take our order halfway through. The food was minimally prepared; we ordered etli pide and ordered 3 of them right away. We didn't get any lime with it, no bell peppers, nothing on the side. We also ordered kapsalons; these were filled well, but the garlic sauce bottles weren't filled at all. It is also strange that we have to pay extra per garlic sauce bottle. If you serve empty garlic sauce bottles to customers, that isn't very convenient. Then it came to settling the bill; we received the receipt, and half of the people who ordered and paid online also appeared on the receipt, which caused confusion. We also suddenly had to pay an "Iftar rate" of 20 euros, and when we asked where that rate was listed, the employee couldn't help me. We were also initially charged extra because the employee entered 6 pide while we had only ordered 5. We also almost had to pay extra for drinks that we had already paid for; very sloppy and unprofessional. I feel cheated and ripped off and am very dissatisfied with my experience; I strongly advise against this place.

I was there yesterday, they took 7 euros, 20 cents more than what was listed on the menu, and I wanted to wash my hands in the restroom. A crack pipe on the floor looked awful.

What a lovely place to eat! I went there today with my husband and son, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. There was so much to choose from on the menu. Our eyes were a bit bigger than our stomachs because of all the delicious food we saw😄. But anything we didn't eat went home in a doggy bag🤭. The interior looks really nice too, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Our little guy even got to sneak a peek into the kitchen to see how our 1-meter-long Pide was being prepared😃. Definitely worth a visit, and we'll definitely be back!

They don't treat customers fairly and quickly. I waited 45 minutes for a pide while people came in later. They got their food before me, and they get extras like lettuce, lemon, bread, cutlery, and so on. I literally got cutlery next to my pide. The kitchen staff isn't hygienic, they mess with your hair, and then they make me pide. You can't make it. You shouldn't care about the appearance of customers and treat them how you want. It's a shame they don't know anything about hospitality and restaurant staff. They don't even wash their hands. I've seen people smoke live. I leave it to God. I could eat better Pakistani street food, I felt the same way. You can't make this. Someone has to teach them everything.

On October 19th, we ate Turkish pide for two people. The staff were very friendly, and the pides were well-filled and delicious. The chairs and sofas were very comfortable. After dinner, we were served "ikram" tea, just like in a true Turkish restaurant.

The chicken and cheese pide was the best I've ever had. A delicious combination with the fresh lettuce, parsley, onion, lemon, and pepper that comes with it separately. 😍 The fresh flavors of the tomato-onion dip and yogurt dip... 10/10 👌🏽 Beautiful, clean restaurant, friendly staff, and high quality.

Everything tasted disgusting. The fries were limp and cold. The casseroles were like the rubber on a shoe sole, and the filling wasn't just disgusting but also of unknown origin—it was simply terrifying to even eat it.

A truly underrated restaurant in Almere. The service is super welcoming and they have passion for what they do. When ordering the pide i received so many extras, a big salad and sauces. Whereas I'm used to stingy restaurants in the Netherlands, this one really sticks out and feels heartwarming. The pide is not made in a stone oven, but still uses a lot of high quality ingredients. I expected the cheese to be some generic pizza cheese but I was pleasantly surprised by it's complex taste! The Aryan is selfmade which you don't see a lot and makes it stand above any bottled Aryan.

if the wholesale purchase price of meat was 8 euros, 80 grams would be 60-70 cents. lettuce, lemon, onion, napkin, cooking wouldn't even cost 1 euro but let's say it did, I ate 4 slices of mini pita with 2 euros of ingredients. I also paid 15 euros for ayran. And parking. Pita is just enough for a 5-6 year old child. Those who want to eat 1.5 pitas should order 6. In other words, 6 x 13 euros. I guess the operating costs are very high.

Everything was well organised, we all got extras such as salad for the pides and fried peppers and we had traditional ayran drink (recommended) in a different way than the normal one. After dinner we had a delicious Turkish tea with baklava. Swindler. Been twice. Man adds extra costs to receipt that were never ordered. €40 extra paid as a group. Unfortunately, I only found this out afterwards. To check whether this was really an error, I recalculated what I had ordered last time, and yes, €16 extra was charged that time as well.

Delicious shawarma sandwich and cold ayran!

We came in for a short meal here today after an exhausting day. The staff was so friendly and the food was amazing and authentically Turkish. The bread and wraps are really high quality. The staff offered us Turkish tea and was exceedingly kind, despite the language barrier. The food was honestly the highlight of my day. Would definitely visit again!
