Bad service, ordered food at 6 p.m., and now at 7:25 p.m., still no food. Someone on the phone can't even tell me what time I'll get my food. Truly appallingly bad service, never again. Apparently, I'm not the only one who's experienced this. Plus, I had to give a star rating, otherwise they wouldn't have gotten anything.

A very disappointing experience. I ordered through Thuisbezorgd, but the food arrived over an hour late. When it finally arrived, the packaging had started leaking and the lid was loose. Even the delivery driver suggested I call for a refund; he himself found it embarrassing. The woman on the phone was thankfully very friendly, but told me the kitchen was being difficult and wouldn't give me a refund. They eventually agreed, but I had to have a different delivery driver pick up the food. Something I've never experienced before. The only positive was the drinks (7up and Coke Zero in cans), which were fine. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.

I pass by this restaurant but the smell is always horrible, and they have no respect or consideration for the people walking. Every day they block the sidewalk with their motorcycles!!!

Order was canceled by carmil after an hour and fifteen minutes. Still called and screaming, disrespectful woman on the phone. Never again!

Echt heerlijk eten een aanrader.. veel beter dan andere Chinese restaurants. Geen ervaring met thuis bezorgen heb het zelf gehaald de loempia kip is een aanrader!

Wat mij betreft voor bezorging een van de betere Chinese restaurants qua prijs-kwaliteit. Meestal ook wel goed op tijd, komt altijd lekker warm aan. We bestellen meestal een combinatiemaaltijd voor een persoon, exact een goede hoeveelheid eten voor ons met z'n tweeën, blijkbaar zijn we kleine eters 😅

I have tried lots of different Chinese restaurants in The Hage. We have a lot of them :-) This one is by far the best and the (delivery) staff is very kind! The food is still very hot when delivered. It's fresh, lovely veggies and the sauces taste great. I can tell that they prepare the food with attention and love. It's really delicious. DO ORDER.

Omg ze hebben de allerlekkerste eten allertijden. Ik heb nooit gedacht dat Indonesisch eten o zo lekker is, zoveel liefde dat hoort gewoon als je eten maakt. Echt een aanrader ❤️❤️❤️

I've been ordering in this restaurant for almost 4 years. Normally the food is pretty good (both meat and vegetarian dishes). However, the last time the vegetarian loempias were clearly super old, like chewing gum, and the pecking duck as well. Also the food got cold within 1 and a half minutes of opening the containers, the same way microwaved food reacts which led us to understand that probably all the dishes we ordered were old and simply warmed up on the microwave. Another reason we suspect the food was microwaved warm and not fresh is how fast it arrived to the house considering the sistance we also have from the restaurant. And when I tried to call and explain the issue the lady on the phone was super rude!!

Besteld via thuisbezorgd, na 30 minuten werd er telefonisch contact opgenomen dat het niet mogelijk was op ons adres te bezorgen omdat ons adres niet bereikbaar zou zijn(?????) Het betaalde bedrag a 45 euro wordt binnen 2 werkdagen teruggestort. Bedankt carmil, voor de onvergetelijke valentijnsdag🖕🖕🖕🖕

A little disappointed because I expected more from a dish that costs 12,50 euros. The cha sieuw was mostly fat that I could not eat. In terms of flavors, it wasn't bad, but it also wasn't amazing.

Really love this place. Became my favourite Chinese!

After three orders in March-April 2020: - one of the better Chinese restaurants (we tried only simple dishes with delivery), - if you order, I encourage you to try white rice + favorite meats or a mix of them, - a lot of simple and tasty food for a moderate price, - deliveries on time.

Eten was super lekker, zeker niks op aan te merken. Bezorgservice was minder. Ik heb exact uitgelegd waar de bezorger heen moest rijden (mijn huis is een beetje lasting te vinden), uiteindelijk vond ik de bezorger aan de voorzijde van mijn appartementencomplex. Op zich geen probleem als je het niet kunt vinden, maar waar ik absoluut niet op zat te wachten was een halve discussie dat ik het beter had moeten uitleggen (bezorger moest een oprijlaan in), er werd zelfs met een vinger naar me gezwaaid. Toen ik de bezorger erop wees dat de hele uitleg zelfs op het bonnetje op het plastic tasje zat hield hij op met discussieren, keek alsof hij water zag branden en kon ik uiteindelijk gaan met mijn eten. Ronduit schofterig gewoon. Voor mij genoeg reden om elders eten te bestellen.

Eten besteld.Babi pangang was gortdroog, evenals de foeyong hai, er zat kraak nog smaak aan! We hebben eerder besteld bij Carmil een van de weinige chinezen die bezorgen in centrum Den Haag in het verleden. Kwaliteit was redelijk. Nu echt heel slecht.

Voor de prijs krijg je veel. De smaak is ook wel goed maar niet denderend. De rijst/ nasi is hier heel Hollands en saai. Dus als je voordelig veel eten zoekt is 't fijn maar als je echt wilt genieten moet je niet hier zijn.

Hele aardige mensen en altijd heel lekker eten. We bestellen bijna elke zaterdag en elke keer heerlijk. Alleen duurt soms even voordat je bestelling klaar is.

Fout in de bestelling en niet naar mijn smaak.

Big portions, long waiting time, and not really good!

The Food was deliciose. I had sweet and sour chicken with plain rice. Rice and sauce was on free refill.the portions massive. Only the portions of the drinks where quite small. But all in all it was a plesant evening.

Very nice restaurant. Can really recommend it. Doesn't Look like a 5 star restaurant but it really convinced me. Next time I am in Den Haag we are going to go there again!
