Good food. Great wine. The table we were at was very close to the next table.

Cozy interior, friendly and attentive staff, delicious focaccia, and a tasty pizza (great crust 😋). Had a lovely cup of coffee afterward, also neatly presented with a few coffee beans. Perfect!

A very nice little restaurant serving Italian and Spanish cuisine. Very friendly and attentive staff. The entire team, including chefs and waiters, is all very young and works together as a harmonious team. We had an excellent beef carpaccio, spicy linguine with prawns, and tomato sauce with bacon. Also incredibly delicious. The portions were very generous. The value for money was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious, but it took a very long time to arrive. It's recommended to order sandwiches in advance to satisfy your initial hunger.

After an initial order with disappointing results, Csa 22 resolved this issue by re-delivering the order. This time, to everyone's satisfaction.

We ate here yesterday with the family, and we weren't happy with how the evening went. We were seated on a raised platform, giving us a front-row seat to how the food was prepared. The guy I was watching was clearly on his first day, but wasn't being supervised. I saw him put a mountain of arugula on a pizza, and the rest of the staff just accepted it and brought the pizza out. I also saw my pasta literally being tossed from the pan onto my plate. The pasta presentation could definitely use some work. My pasta was partly cold, and the sauce was bland. From my seat, I could also see the prawns and crayfish being tossed straight from the freezer onto a dry pan. The service started off very well when a lady with glasses made room for us and took our orders, but when her colleagues took over, we had to wait an incredibly long time for our dirty plates to be cleared. Finally, a little tip: please don't serve espresso in a shot glass. Buy some nice cups that I can actually hold without burning my fingers. The rest of my group were happy with the pizzas, so there's a small silver lining.

We ate two pizzas there last week. One with sardines, the other with arugula, French buffalo mozzarella, pistachios, truffles, etc. This "Tartufo" pizza was truly delicious. Simply divine! I'm not exaggerating, I've never eaten such a flavorful and innovative pizza! The price is absolutely reasonable. In short, we were completely satisfied with the food, atmosphere, and service at this restaurant. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Hoorn!

Perhaps it was because the focus was on the outdoor patio, but the service wasn't great. There was no commercial thinking. Glasses had to be read, and people had to ask for new ones. Pizzas were served without cutlery. Indoor seating wasn't very spacious.

The service doesn't work as a team. Orders are forgotten, and often people don't know where the order should go. Our order was forgotten. We only had one spoon for the carbonara. There was also no apology for the long wait. Empty glasses aren't automatically registered by the service. Significant improvement is needed. The food was very tasty. The funfair was annoying during the meal.

Right on the central square, we enjoyed a delicious Italian meal and a good, inexpensive wine for a small price. A very pleasant atmosphere and friendly, quick service.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the staff is tactless. They gossip about customers even though they think I don't hear them. It was unpleasant to sit there because they kept talking. In the end, they didn't even wish me a good evening, even though I was saying goodbye—and they were the ones doing the most gossiping.

I waited almost an hour and a half for my order. I liked the sauce, but there wasn't enough. The pasta was a bit rubbery and tough, in short, quite dry. Luckily, it was still warm when it arrived.

With a group of 30 people, we planned to end our fun team outing here in a pleasant atmosphere. The pre-arranged meal was pizza/pasta and three drinks per person. However, we were served sandwiches/focaccias/spreads, which we later found on the receipt. The very young staff did their best, but clearly couldn't handle this large group, combined with the other guests and the takeout service. The first four people received their food at 6:30 PM, and the last eight at 8:30 PM. As a result, the first group politely waited almost two hours for the last group to finish, but ultimately left early. It's a shame our enjoyable team outing didn't truly end together. The food was okay, but nothing special.

It was tasty, the pizza was huge and the Moretti Beer was so refreshing. Good to be here :D

The dessert's value for money was poor. I ordered a cheesecake for €9, and for that price, I expect a decent portion, certainly comparable to a cake you'd normally pay €5 for. The portion was served in a small glass bowl. It didn't even come with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream. Not recommended.

I had booked here for a large group with a not too high budget. We had the vide to ourselves. It was very warm though. Everything was perfectly arranged. We got all sorts of pizzas and pastas to share. We were regularly asked if we wanted something to drink.

NOT recommended for vegans! Just to be sure, I called to see if they had options for vegans and it turned out that, contrary to what the young lady on the phone said, they didn't. You're better off going to the Bamboe room or the Klinker, which are located opposite Casa on the Roode Steen and do have various vegan options. There's still a long way to go for a restaurant like Casa to offer something attractive to multiple groups! Amsterdam is the place to be for delicious vegan pizzas. Not the place to be for vegan options You better go to the Klinker and Bamboo room!

Delicious food with decent service.

Insane waiting times of more than 1h 20mins for food combined with unhelpful staff. My advice for any visitors to Hoorn is to avoid this place

Been waiting today for 1.5 hours since ordering food. This has been a consistent issue across the tables in the restaurant. This venue doesn’t have the bandwidth in the kitchen to serve the number of tables they have - pure scam. Anyone in Hoorn please avoid this place

This restaurant has a relaxed and casual atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, and when the weather is nice, you can sit outside. The pizza was delicious.

After reading the reviews you reserve a table. Service was ok, food was mediocre, within 5 minutes after your order it is in front of you, then it can never be freshly prepared and you can tell by the taste. Little to no taste and the feeling, order, eat, pay and leave. Very unfortunate...

Today, even though there weren't many guests, we had a very long wait. One dish was apparently forgotten, so we were offered a free drink. However, it never came. Of the two meals, one was good, the other barely seasoned. No apologies.

My husband and I wanted to spend time in this place, I asked the blonde where the toilet was so I could wash my hands, but they sent me away. It was very unpleasant. Learn to be a human being and then serve people.

Unfortunately our food was totally bland and tasteless. Locally not Italian at all. All the staff were very young, even the cooks. So we won't again.

Friendly staff. It will take a while for your order to be processed, but you will otherwise have a nice time, so if you are not in a hurry… I do wonder what this restaurant has to do with Italy if you openly admit it and put on the menu that the pasta Carbonara is made with bacon, onion and cream sauce. That's not Carbonara! Guanciale, eggs, cheese and pepper. That's all you need.

Very bad, ordered pepperoni pizza. What apparently is Pizza Salami with spicy sauce. I didn't order salami... Ordered paella, tastes like nothing, bland, dry...fish not fresh. We threw away 3/4 it was so dirty. Sorry, but it was really bad, we will certainly not order from here again.

Disappointing experience I had expectations based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The portions were very small: the pasta had only a few shrimps, and the paella was not only scanty (without squid or rings), but also burnt. We paid €47 for these two dishes and a coke, which was really disproportionate to the quality. In addition, it took over half an hour for the food to arrive, even though it was not even busy. The service was not particularly friendly or smooth. All in all a disappointment and I wonder where the enthusiastic reviews come from.

Nice pizza in hoorn, had the 4 cheese obe which was quite good, well prepared and tasty and nice crust. Along a good IPA beer. Nice service. Pizza is about 17 euro and beer 5,5 euro

From Amsterdam on the return journey to the North. We visited beautiful Hoorn for a while and then came across this restaurant. Without reservation. No problem. Beautiful table upstairs. Wonderful people watching. Pizza very good. Nice service. Definitely worth it.

Casa 22 is a very cosy restaurant in the heart of Hoorn. The atmosphere is very relaxing and you feel directly welcome. The kitchen is very open and this makes you feel very comfortable. Food was very tasty! Service a bit slow or too few staff? Good for small groups, I think, but large groups of more than 8 are not possible and there is no cozy sitting atmosphere. Service came after 1 hour to take our food order within a time frame of 4 hours. We asked 3 times for drinks, but they missed it themselves.. our waitress was very nice, her colleagues can learn something from that.

Price performance is great. The pizzas were larger than average and very tasty.

Solid and good pizza at this plesant resturant in the center of hoorn. Nice thin crust and good cheese, olivies and anchoives, size more the decent. Tasty and Fresh for 13,5 euro. Along a good ipa beer, not cheap at 6 euro but excellent fit to pizza. Good service.

Delicious pizzas, nice ambiance and nice, quick service. Went wrong when serving 1 of the 5 pizzas (it only arrived 10 minutes later), but this was resolved well with apologies and a drink on the house.

Treats staff very poorly and disrespectfully!

Wir haben 2 mal dort gegessen. Einmal auf der Terasse und einmal drinnen mit Hund. Es herrscht eine angenehme entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Essen kommt heiß auf den Tisch und hat gut geschmeckt. Der Wein ist gut temperiert und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Leuk Italiaans-Spaans restaurant in het centrum van Hoorn.

El mejor calzone que he comido en mi vida! La masa estaba perfecta, muy buen relleno y todo bañado con mucha salsa boloñesa. Era tan grande que la hemos tenido que compartir. Muy buena relación calidad precio. El servicio es muy atento y rápido.

Hartje Hoorn een mediterraan culinair pareltje. Een uitgebreide kaart, Pasta, Pizza, met verrassende leuke sauzen en toppings, niet het standaard riedeltje hier. Lekker eigenwijs kozen mijn tafeldame en ik voor de 3e P en wel van.... Paella. Een schot in de roos. Royaal gevuld, vongole, gamba's, andere vis maar ook ruim chorizo en kip, groenten, en die rijst... yummie,.. lekker spicy van smaak. De kok van Casa 22 verdient een ster. Leuke attente bediening, prettige informele sfeer, brandschoon, zeer betaalbaar. Wij zijn fan!

The service was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The vibe is also very nice. You can look right at the kitchen which is very cool. And most importantly the food is very good here (pizza). Two days after visiting once we came back again :). Definitely recommend this place for when you're in the area!!

Das Essen war unglaublich gut und der Preis stimmt auch. Durch das wirklich nette Personal und der Umgebung entsteht ein einladenes und geselliges Gefühl. War mit meinem Freund gleich 2 mal hier und im nächsten Urlaub auch unbedingt wieder.

Perfect location after a windy Sailing Day

Helaas viel de avond ons tegen, ondanks dat het zeker druk bij ze was, mag de kwaliteit van het eten hier niet onder leiden is mijn mening. De bediening heeft ook weinig verstand van zaken, veel vragen kunnen zijn niet beantwoorden. Vooral qua wijnadvies was de kennis nihil het antwoordt op mijn vraag luide: dan moet je maar op de kaart kijken. Al met al jammer van de avond. Maar na gesprek met de eigenaar af gesproken om het nog een keer over nieuw te doen. Hopen dat we dan een positievere review hier achter kunnen laten.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten, en in het begin was de bediening top. Helaas was het restaurant bijna leeg, op een luidruchtige groep jongeren na, wat de sfeer een beetje drukte. Nadat we uitgegeten waren hebben we een half uur gewacht en ondertussen pogingen gedaan om aandacht te krijgen van personeel om af te rekenen, maar deze waren meer bezig met elkaar dan met de (weinig) klanten die aanwezig waren. Het eten was heerlijk, maar ik denk niet dat wij hier terug komen.

De beste pizza van hoorn echt een aanrader en de pasta's zijn ook heerlijk echt een aanrader en ook hele leuke eigenaars en bediening

Tijdens een gezellige avond met collega’s een stuk of 13 pizza’s besteld. Deze kwamen super warm aan en waren stuk voor stuk heerlijk. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Vandaag een lasagne besteld waar ik iets minder tevreden over was maar gelijk binnen no time meer dan naar tevredenheid opgelost. Smaak is subliem

Pizza was echt heerlijk. Bediening was vriendelijk en er hing een fijne sfeer. De wijn viel erg tegen prijs/ kwaliteit (pinot grigio was een beetje zuur).

De sfeer is goed, de prijs niet te duur. Wel zijn de porties nogal groot en het smaakt naar niks.
