Excellent food, simply good. No fuss and fast service, people friendly and understanding. The owner is also great. There was a minor communication error, but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently, so no complaints, truly top-notch service.

It was delicious, I went because of the good reviews and was not disappointed.

The food came quickly and very fresh. It was very tasty. The tartar sauce with the Kibberling is simply amazing! From the outside it is not obvious that you can also sit down to eat inside. The room is not very big, but cozy. Absolutely great for something to eat in between! If we are in Venlo again, we will definitely come back!

Boss and employees, super friendly, always smiling, even under a lot of stress. Food and ambience great, space is very limited, but even in summer you can sit outside opposite. Food is just very good. Service also nice and tidy. Only... the radio extremely loud on 538, the heater on Sahara setting. So the points go down because of the atmosphere.

Jens is a really good boss, I enjoy working for him. He still sometimes looks a bit misty-eyed after a tough Saturday evening, but he always gets into a good mood. All in all a good place with tasty fries!

Food was delicious. But wait a moment before you eat, otherwise you'll burn your mouth.

It was uncomfortable and small for eating, the burger wasn't cooked properly, and the fries tasted of salt. After eating, my colleagues and I felt very nauseous and had stomach aches. We strongly advise against going!

Small restaurant but always busy, staff is friendly and the food always tastes very good. It has become a tradition to stop here before or after shopping. I'm always happy to come back.

I've been going to this location for years. This time I am really disappointed! For one burger menu and currywurst, I paid a total of €17.35, which was quite expensive! 1: The fries were too hard and even brown. It looked like it had been fried 3 times already. 2. The burger was delicious, but quickly got cold. 3. The currywurst was overcooked and tasteless, very different from previous times. 4. The coke wasn't even full, but there was a lot of ice. When you are in the Snackpoint, you cannot use mobile data. There is guest WiFi available, but when I asked the employee (probably a manager) she said it's not for guests and I didn't get it. That's pretty lame.

If you like a delicious Frinkandel Spezial with fries, this is the place for you. A chip shop with seating and good value for money. For some people it may be a disadvantage that you can't sit outside. But otherwise highly recommended.

Best snack in Venlo. When I go shopping in Holland with my mother we always eat here. The offer is great and the food is delicious. However, the store would have a lot more potential if the staff didn't look at you outside as if you were walking past.
