Food is too expensive for its quantity and quality. Better go to McDonald's... Visited with a friend, I picked standart size smash burger for 6.5€ (cheeseburger analogue). It had very small layer of cheese which I didn't even taste. And my friend bought a pack of fish for 11.5€ and there were like 150 grams of it. So as I already sad: too expensive for fast food place

You get exactly what you'd expect from a snack bar. They offer delicious Dutch-style snacks. You order at the counter, and then it's freshly prepared. An employee then brings the food to your table. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff were friendly.

I skipped McDonald's at the last minute and I don't regret it. I devoured the burger I bought here very quickly and with gusto. I think I'll be coming here more often.

A must-visit for fries lovers! If you're in Venlo and craving some really good Dutch snacks, Snackpoint is an absolute must. The fries are fried to perfection – wonderfully crispy on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside. Even when it's busy, the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. An absolute must-stop on any visit to Venlo!

Very disappointing experience. We paid €24 for two hamburgers with fries and two Cokes, but unfortunately, we felt the food was absolutely not worth the price. The fries were the biggest problem for us. A large portion consisted of small, broken pieces and leftovers. The pieces were very uneven, and some were much too dark, hard, and overcooked. This is not the quality I expect when paying for my food. The hamburgers were also disappointing. The taste was not good, and in the end, we even left some behind. As can be seen in the photos, we also didn't finish quite a bit of the fries. For me, it is not about the quantity, but about the quality of what you get for your money. For €24 for two people, I simply expect a decent meal. Unfortunately, that was not the case for us here. The photos clearly show what we were served and what was ultimately left behind. For us, this was a very bad and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place, and we will certainly not be coming back.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The service is quick and the food is really delicious. It's excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it.

Best burgers, chicken strips, and special frikandellen in Venlo!

Just like a typical fast food place should be, very fast and delicious. I usually order it to take home and I really like it. The menu price is also reasonable, including the drink. I definitely recommend it; it's one of my favorite fast food places in Venlo.

We went to Snackpoint Venlo and thought it was absolutely delicious. My husband had an ice cream and I had a slushie – both not only looked great but tasted amazing too. The hot chocolate on the ice cream was especially delicious. We also thought the slushie container was really cool and practical. Even my mother-in-law got herself an ice cream afterwards. We'll definitely be back!

I always enjoy going there and will continue to be a regular customer. The ice cream is absolutely fantastic – incredibly creamy, amazing flavor, and definitely one of the best ice creams in Venlo. "Unfortunately, our experience at this fast-food restaurant was very disappointing. We wanted to eat there with our family, including our two young children (1 and 2 years old). However, my children each had a small bag of fries from another shop. Although we intended to order food on-site, we were asked to leave. What was particularly unpleasant was that an employee even pointed his finger at us, sending us towards the exit – we felt like we were being chased out. We found this behavior very unfriendly and not at all family-friendly. Surely such a thing could have been said in a friendly tone! We will not be visiting this restaurant again in the future." The employee there was very, very unfriendly and rude. We left immediately, of course. My sister had already arrived before we did and had only placed her order a few minutes earlier. After the incident, she understandably wanted to cancel her order, as we had arranged to meet there for dinner and she didn't want to eat alone. She demanded her money back and said she didn't want to eat there anymore, to which the employee replied loudly that she wouldn't get her money back and should eat her food somewhere else. Never again!! Absolutely not recommended!!!

Bought four soft serve ice creams for €3 each. Got a really big portion, and they were delicious!

NOT THE *BEST Currywurst* The place was crowded and uncomfortable, with an untrained staff. It was more chaos than order processing. The currywurst came straight from the deep fryer and was covered in cold sauce from a bucket. The fries were okay. There was a very long wait for the food.

The food came quickly and very fresh. It was very tasty. The tartar sauce with the Kibberling is simply amazing! From the outside it is not obvious that you can also sit down to eat inside. Incredibly friendly service with delicious food. They really made our Valentine's Day special, even with a free soft-serve ice cream.

Food was delicious. But wait a moment before you eat, otherwise you'll burn your mouth.

It was uncomfortable and small for eating, the burger wasn't cooked properly, and the fries tasted of salt. After eating, my colleagues and I felt very nauseous and had stomach aches. We strongly advise against going!

Small restaurant but always busy, staff is friendly and the food always tastes very good. It has become a tradition to stop here before or after shopping. I'm always happy to come back.

I've been going to this location for years. This time I am really disappointed! For one burger menu and currywurst, I paid a total of €17.35, which was quite expensive! 1: The fries were too hard and even brown. It looked like it had been fried 3 times already. 2. The burger was delicious, but quickly got cold. 3. The currywurst was overcooked and tasteless, very different from previous times. 4. The coke wasn't even full, but there was a lot of ice. When you are in the Snackpoint, you cannot use mobile data. There is guest WiFi available, but when I asked the employee (probably a manager) she said it's not for guests and I didn't get it. That's pretty lame.

If you like a delicious Frinkandel Spezial with fries, this is the place for you. A chip shop with seating and good value for money. For some people it may be a disadvantage that you can't sit outside. But otherwise highly recommended.
