We ordered the pittige tomaten-bonnen soup, it was fantastic! I recommend it... it reminded me of the old days... delicious, fast service, friendly staff!

A lovely little bistro where you can sit outside in winter under patio heaters with a beautiful view of the square with its many historic buildings... highly recommended!!!

Delicious fresh pastries, a great cappuccino, and fresh ginger tea. We came for the Brokking meringue cake, and it was delicious again.

12 o'clock; nothing special: two slices of ordinary, sticky rolls, one croquette, and a large bowl of soup with no garnish! Not special, and I wouldn't call it 12 o'clock myself, since it's often three different things! Boring! Soup nothing special! Easy money that way! The terrace is very cramped, but cozy! The staff is friendly, the service is good! 12 o'clock could be a bit more cheerful, like a salad or something on the side! That's why the price is a bit high!

Broodje warme brie was koud en doorbakken. Brood was oud, maar klef. Smaakte naar niks. Dit is een zaak die het alleen van de locatie moet hebben, keuken gaat helemaal nergens over.

Very beautiful city, I was unfortunately fined. The municipality should provide more information with signs about the areas where it is necessary to pay and how! I looked for a sign or a parking meter, in vain, I parked in good faith (20 minutes walk from the center) and at the end of the day I found a fine of €80.

Beautiful location. Food is fine for a cafe, but the staff is becoming less attentive by the month. The last 3 times I have had to make a lot of effort to get the attention of a waitress. When I made a comment about it I got a big mouth that they didn't want to discuss it with me!???

The Visbrug on which this nice catering establishment called ´Centre Ville´ in Dordrecht can be found is a bit of a 'square'-like bridge. There is a really nice old 'brown' Grand café, it is called ´Centre Ville´ and it is a beautiful old-fashioned building with an old-fashioned atmosphere and beautiful worn tables. There are quite a few (not worn out) 'telephone girls' (these are girls with: piercings, the latest 'sneakers', chewing gum, a quasi nonchalant look and with the square multi-headed 'monster' of course always nearby and preferably within reach, they ensure the friendly service. The location is southwest so there is sun 'all over the place'. If you look to the left, sitting on the terrace in front of the establishment, you will see the ancient, and in terms of shops very surprising, 'Voorstraat', if you look to the right you will see a beautiful huge monument of 'Mr. de Witt', the Grand Pensionary, do walk a bit into the Voorstraat and you will agree with me wholeheartedly that it is one of the most beautiful and varied shopping streets in Holland. Walk all the way to the end in a westerly direction and you will eventually reach the fairly wide Oude Maas with the not so 'wider' Church of Our Lady next to it. Once in her lap Once you arrive, there is however 'no way back', you know that, no matter how good your intentions once were...;)

Really one of my favorite lunch spots in Dordrecht. On the terrace you can sit in the sun, with a view of the back of the city hall and the water. Also nicely decorated inside. You can have a great lunch here for great prices!

Personeel werkt totaal inefficiënt. Staat vaak in groepjes met elkaar te praten, maar vergeet de klanten. Aandacht gaat primair naar terras, klanten binnen hangen er maar een beetje bij. Ondanks veel personeel, heel de bar vol met vuil glaswerk, dat marginaal werd gespoeld. Prijs/kwaliteit versus kwantiteit is niet op orde Hier ga je niet snel nog een keer naartoe.

Vrijdag middag, niet druk. 5 (te) jonge dames in de bediening, druk met de prive planning van de vrijdag avond en met het mishandelen van een taartje zodat ze deze zelf op eten konden. Na 10 min kwam 1 de bestelling opnemen. Met een blik van 't moet dan maar..' De tosti, plat gewalst, bruin als melkchocolade,hard als speculaas Broodje warm vlees, vlees half op het broodje gegooid, teveel dikke pakjes saus dus broodje sompig, de beloofde champignons onvindbaar. Uitsmijter spek, in oven gegaard, spek taai, eieren door en door gaar, eidooiers niet meer vloeibaar maar volledig uitgedroogd Broodje kip, kant en klaar gekochte separator kip (bv sligro). Opgeleukt met indringende saus. Al met al een droevig verhaal voor €55.30

Normaal ben ik tevreden over Centre Ville maar vandaag was ik erg teleurgesteld. Moest afrekenen €9,50 voor een erwtensoep. Belachelijk! Op de menukaart stond €7,50. Toen ik zei dat ik weigerde te betalen werd het personeel agressief en zaten aan mij.

We had lunch here, some toasted sandwiches and a salad. The service was friendly but did not seem cordial. The toasties were not that special and very dry. We really had to drink a lot to get them away. Shame. We thought it would be better because it is always busy here, maybe we weren't lucky. Try somewhere else next time.

Yesterday afternoon we were asked to leave due to... too little service as we were with 3 grandparents, 3 grandchildren and 2 daughters and this group was too large? I've never experienced anything like this before and I will never go there again!

Accueil sympathique par le patron qui s'est vite occupé de nous. Le personnel est jeune, professionnel et sympathique. Belle carte de vins proposés à un prix tout à fait raisonnable : les bouteilles sont affichées à 20,00€. Les mets sont délicieux et copieux. Les assiettes sont bien présentées avec pas mal de crudités. Nous avions opté pour un burger Black Angus qui s'est avéré délicieux. C'est un endroit que je recommande bien volontiers.

Friendly welcome by the boss. We were taken care of very quickly. The staff is young, professional and friendly. Nice choice of wines offered at a very reasonable price. Bottles are priced at €20.00. We opted for a Black Angus burger. The plates are well presented with a lot of raw vegetables. The meal was excellent and plentiful. This is an address that I recommend.

We hebben heerlijke soep gegeten en wat gedronken. Het is goed toeven op het terras. Nadeel: voor het toilet moet je de trap op, dus niet rolstoeltoegankelijk. Jammer, want mijn bejaarde moeder vond het erg leuk hier.

Dordrecht is a super nice town, with all kinds of small cozy streets full of nice shops. The large chains are minimally present, the town is highly recommended.

Dordrecht is a very beautiful place with a beautiful history and beautiful architecture.

Bitter garnish ordered a large one, the quality was very poor!! There was also 1 waiter (young boy), He almost passed your table while taking your order!! The location is nice there.

Not all staff are suitable for the catering industry. While we were ordering, he kept walking so that we eventually had to turn around to complete the order. Drinks are also served in the hands. This just belongs on a tray. Clearing tables and crumpling glasses between your arms is no fun either. It would be nice if the staff were dressed uniformly with a T-shirt or polo with the name of the business. Bitter garnish was far below standard. Tasteless morsel of fat.

Also a lot of history in the old city of Dordrecht. You can also find out a lot about it through the good tourist office. Don't forget the Vleeshouwerstrast and the Iron Bridge.

Good food. Two points, the employees' half-eaten bread was on the bar. Maybe better to put that somewhere so that guests don't see it. And help on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hier in een heerlijk zonnetje van de lunch genoten. Prima bediening. Vandaag gekozen voor het twaalfuurtje. De tomatensoep was erg lekker. De rest was helaas maar 1 goede kroket met 2 eenvoudige sneetjes bruinbrood, bakje boter en een beste bak mosterd. Hoezo 2 sneden simpel brood en 1 kroket. Gelukkig wel vers brood en goed gebakken kroket. Maar kom op. Dit kan echt wel beter. Neem eens wat betere kwaliteit brood. Vlak ernaast zit een bakker met diverse soorten brood. En maak het eens een beetje op. Dit was wel erg simpel geld verdienen. Als klant wil je gewoon dat er een beetje aandacht aan besteed is. Hier kom ik niet voor terug. Zeker niet voor wat t gekost heeft.

One of our stops along the Rhine River cruise was this beautiful port town of Dordrecht. Following a very informative guided tour, we settled into this warm and cozy spot in the city center for caffe and pastries. It was a busy Saturday afternoon packed with locals and tourists yet the service remained consistently top shelf. Attentive wait staff, courteous, polite, made every effort to welcome us. That counts for a lot and it’s very much appreciated. It’s one of few places in town that hugs the canal and with accommodating space. Great experience overall. Highly recommended. We’ll certainly be back.

Hier moet je oppassen! Op de kaart staan er TWEE vleeskroketten , maar je krijgt er EEN. Tweede bestelde gerecht stond onder de slaatjes: wok met kip en groene asperges. De kip was OK maar de asperges waren zoek. Na een opmerking van ons aan de bediening werd er gezegd “oh, we zullen het aan de keuken melden”. Dat was het dan Heel jammer want het is een mooie gezellige zaak

Leuke menu kaart. Broodje warme kip vond ik erg lekker. De bediening was erg aardig, geduldig en zeer goed op de hoogte wat ze verkochten. Gezellig terras met al dat groen er omheen.

Prima locatie, vlotte bediening maar helaas was hetgeen wat door mij besteld werd zeer teleurstellend. Door mij werd besteld varkenshaassaté met atjar en verse kroepoek. De saté smaakte prima echter de verse kroepoek bestond uit 3 zeer kleine stukjes en de atjar paste op 1 misschien 2 theelepeltjes Toen ik dit meldde werd er niets meegedaan!

Gezellig ingericht eet cafe met uitgebreide menu kaart. Ietwat sobere bier kaart met o a Heineken en (dan uiteraard) biera morata. Toch maar affligem genomen. Broodje van de dag en broodje kip als lunch. Beide prima klaargemaakt en met smakelijke salade als bijgerecht. Kopje koffie toe lekker sterk.
