The most delicious steak in Zandvoort, definitely recommended.

We ate here twice last year and twice this year during the holidays. Different menus were offered, all very well prepared and presented.

I read the many bad reviews. However, we were lucky. There were four of us, and we all ordered spare ribs. The meat was excellent, incredibly delicious. And the garlic sauce was a perfect match. Friendly service, everything was great. I don't know what the other dishes are like, but I can definitely recommend the spare ribs; we would order them again.

I had fantastic fajitas and steak skewers. They were perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The service was very friendly and unobtrusive.

The rib bone steak was cold and raw, wasn't worth the price at all. Also in the avocado salad wasn't actually fresh avocado, it was just a bowl of smashed vegetables and avocado juice.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our visit. The food was served in dirty bowls, which created a very unhygienic impression – which is why we left the restaurant after the appetizer. The seat cushions were also covered in stains and dirt. The service also left much to be desired. Our waiter barely understood us and had to get another colleague for almost every question. Furthermore, we were never asked if we wanted anything else to drink during our entire visit. Our empty glasses were simply cleared away without giving us the opportunity to order anything new. Overall, the visit unfortunately left a very poor impression. Cleanliness and service need to be significantly improved.

NOT RECOMMENDED. We were able to sit down at a table for two right away. When we ordered drinks, they didn't listen properly, and I suddenly had a beer WITH alcohol. Which I didn't want... When we ordered our first meal, the "chef" (who smelled very strongly of aftershave) said he didn't have the dish because no one had asked for it. So I ordered something myself. While we were ordering, the "chef" was *rude* to other guests (whom he apparently already knew) and then suddenly grabbed my husband's glass by the rim and showed it to the other guest. *Unacceptable* The final straw was when the food arrived... my baked potato was on my husband's plate, and when I wanted to swap plates, the "chef" tried to grab my potato with his bare hands and put it on my plate. I got a little annoyed and told him to leave. That's *unacceptable*! Throughout the entire meal, the "chef" stood very obtrusively next to our table. A waiter came to take the payment, but as soon as the money was on the table, the "chef" pushed him away and took the money himself. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The food was quite tasty, but we received the wrong order and had to pay €20 extra! Beware of this scam!

We were actually very satisfied. My wife's pizza was delicious, and the ribs were also great. Refills arrived quickly, and we had a lovely chat with the staff. Overall, it was a great visit. A pizza, a large Coke, a large beer, and the all-you-can-eat spare ribs for €58 is perfectly reasonable.

We were a group of four for the "all you can eat spare ribs" offer. Unfortunately, right after ordering, we were pressured into buying several sauces for €2.50 each, which weren't worth it, and eight measly pizza rolls that were presented as if they were included in the price (we had to pay €5.50 each for four pizza rolls). After receiving our first order of spare ribs, we had to wait ages for more, while the server seemed to ignore us. They even came near our table, looked at it, and then simply left without a word. When we were relatively full after the first order, we got their attention. The server initially tried to clear the table after one portion ("all you can eat") without a word until we pointed it out. Our next portions were only half portions. When we went to pay, the owner was very pushy (he practically snatched our cards out of our hands), and when two of our cards were declined for debit card payment and he re-entered the total (€153, €38.25 per person), it suddenly became €38.50. I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant, as it's a typical tourist trap and clearly a rip-off.

Unlimited spareribs for 25.50 were good. Sauce and fries should simply be included, and not 2.50 per container of sauce.

A fun combination: you get two menus. One from the Italian restaurant, one from the Argentinian/Mexican restaurant. All-you-can-eat spare ribs for 26 euros is a good deal.

Yes, it is a tourist hut, but it is very cozy. And the (unlimited) spare ribs with fries are absolutely fine. You shouldn't make a fuss about all kinds of dietary requirements that cause you to deviate from the menu. Just choose the spare ribs or their bestsellers/recommendations, and you'll be fine.

We had a fantastic Mexican meal, large portions. The servers were friendly. The food arrived quite quickly. Everything was great, highly recommended.

The Carbonara Speciale (18.50) was very tasty, and the Tabasco for extra seasoning was perfect. However, a quarter of an hour later I had to go to the toilet very, very urgently...

Absolutely delicious and all you can eat. Cocktails are also incredibly tasty. I'll definitely be back. Best spare ribs ever!

Honestly, my advice is don't go.

Unfortunately, we were charged double the price for a two-person menu, which was advertised at €34.40. That's not right. You shouldn't do that. I will never spend my money in this place again. Shame on you.

I've rarely paid so much for such bad food. The spare ribs were simply tough and fatty. There was very little good-quality meat. The barbecue sauce was ketchup mixed with a few spices, and when I asked about it, they firmly claimed it was barbecue sauce. I regret paying for this meal, and I've never sent food back before.

Rarely have we eaten so meagerly. There were 12 of us, and all but one of us (who had spare ribs, and they were apparently good) left their food. For example: spaghetti carbonara was swimming in oil and was barely recognizable for the garlic cloves. Peeled prawns were simply reheated after a complaint and were dry, with the intestines still in them, etc., etc. The staff tried hard, but couldn't help. A shame, but we learned from it.

Would've given 0 stars if possible!! The only thing pleasant was the Amstel fresh out of the bottle. Loveless food, way too oily, my mistrone and penne arrabiata were nearly the same "sauce" - stinked of garlic (probably powder or granulate), bruschetta was laughable without any taste also way too much oil, 2 in 1 Restaurant with over 200 meals on the two 2 different menus (argentinian red, italian black) with overlapping meals with changed discriptions?! Family member ordered peeled prawns - came unpeeled - sent back - came back again unpeeled with intestines still inside! Mother ordered Tortellini with cream sauce and bacon pieces - got served tortellini aglio e olio basically ?!?! One server was nice, the owner (?) was standing next to the table with the side to it, watching some football game, ignoring costumers/ their wishes.. Semi loud music (Charts) playing, football match on huge TV, weird lighting and view into the kitchen. All in all would not at all recommend!! Bad vibe, bad atmosphere

I had to wait over 1.5 hours for two pizzas, which arrived without any apology for the delay. The pizza was delicious. The restrooms were so dirty—had I seen them before eating, I would have left immediately.

We were there in August 2025 and ordered ribs. Everything was very worn and sticky; anyone can make ribs at home three times better. They were tender and tasted like they'd been grilled, but for 23.50 you can't expect any salt, pepper, or rub. Boring to the max. But at 10 p.m. the whole place was cleaned up, chairs and tables cleared. The employee stood next to our table and just waited to clear the table and get the seat cushions. Very tense, but to top it all off, we were told at 10:30 p.m. that the fun was over and it was time to pay. Opinions differ, though; my brother couldn't find anything to complain about, but he's also half blind and very ignorant.

We ordered Pizza Tonnen, there was too much fish on the pizza and the fish was kinda watery and not tasty, also they added alot of garlic oil on it , we took a bite and couldn't eat anymore. I would give the food zero stars if I could. Also the pizza was over baked ,underside was burnt. Would not go back there and wouldn't recommend either.

The food is simply top-notch. You get herb butter, aioli with bread and olives on the house. You don't have to wait long. The food comes quickly and there's a lot. The pizzas are enormous. And the other dishes are also decent portions. I highly recommend it.

A place with no ambiance, dirty restrooms, subpar service, and food that bears no resemblance to real cuisine. They ask what sauce you want with the steak, but then charge extra.

The service wasn't great at all. While they were serving us, they were serving other people at the same time. The nachos weren't great, but the seafood pizza was very good. I feel like the food should have been better for the price.

I don't know if it's truly an authentic South American restaurant—probably not. But the food was well prepared, tasted good, and arrived reasonably quickly. Absolutely fine for the price. The service could be improved; the young gentlemen weren't all attentive, but they tried hard.

After a long day at the beach, we decided to order the 'All You Can Eat Spear Ribs'. A total tourist trap! The first portion is served on a beautiful wooden board with a side dish. After that, you are skillfully ignored by the unfriendly staff. If you succeed with another order, each subsequent portion gets smaller, the meat gets colder, and the taste worse. A wannabe mafia boss puts immense pressure on the waiters.

04/26/2025: We come to Zandvoort very often and have eaten there 6 times so far. Always satisfied so far. King's Day and lots of people. This was also noticeable in the staff, who were very busy, even though the crowds had long since died down. -Complete understanding of- Only the boss who took our order was thinking somewhere else, but he wrote everything down. I called my menu by name and even pointed my finger at him. Then I waited... and waited... I ordered a spinach lasagna, a pizza came, then there was a discussion and he took the pizza back with him. My companion's steak was already cold when both came to the table. Very unfortunate. The bill was unmanageable until I later saw that the pizza that was returned was also on the receipt. So charged despite the waiter's mistake in the order. Please pay attention to the bill if you want to eat there. We'll go somewhere else in the future!

Clean place with great food. The only problem was the service mood of the older waiter. Probably didn't feel like it. Still highly recommended.

We had dinner here as a family of 6. The ambience is very shabby and dirty. Cobwebs, dust and dirt everywhere, tables and chairs ripped off. Unfortunately, the food from the Italian menu wasn't good, neither pizza nor pasta was good. The food on the Mexican menu was okay. We will definitely not eat at this restaurant again. Too bad

My husband and I both got Ossobuco. This is a far cry from the richness of flavors of this traditional classic. At €25, I expect more than just a tomato pasta sauce on lamb chop. Sorry, but El Toro will not see us again.

The food was simply unacceptable. This wasn't food, it was something that makes you sick. We ordered the mix grill and spare ribs, but the spare ribs were barely manageable with sauce. The rest was inedible – the meat was tough, dry and tasteless. The sausage was forgotten, came cold, and could have given me food poisoning. And then the service: the man behind the counter was inappropriate and not child-friendly at all. €50 gone, and it wasn't worth it. !!! Wasn't even worth 2 euros! Don't eat there!.

Very bad food. The lamb chops tasted of nothing and were dry. It was probably not for nothing that this restaurant was almost empty, but unfortunately the other restaurants were full on New Year's Eve. Everyone also had to pay in cash. I got the feeling that this is probably about dirty money. I will never eat here again.

I just want to give an honest assessment here and not make anything worse or say nice things if it wasn't nice. I agree with some of the reviews... the tables throughout the restaurant are totally worn out and definitely don't invite you to linger. If I hadn't been persuaded, I wouldn't have come there. On the way to the toilets you only have to take a critical look around and quickly realize that no work is being done on the comfortable climate and inviting ambience. The restaurant is conveniently located and that's why customers always come in. So there is very little interest in working on a feel-good climate. That's how it works... When it comes to food, I have to be honest, I really expected more. The meat tasted absolutely nothing like anything, was very bloody even though it was supposed to be cooked through, as did the shrimp, which really didn't taste like anything either. You can't go wrong with the accompanying fries. So they were ok. The 5 mini breads at the front, with some herb butter, must have apparently driven the price up so much that the two of us paid €75. We had no special requests and only a coke for the two of us. The second person didn't drink anything. I can only recommend the owner to do something and not rest on his laurels.

Nice little restaurant with a menu for Italian and a menu for Mexican-Argentinian. We ordered enchiladas and steak, both very good. Good price. Service very nice. Cocktails were also very good, no watered down drinks. Reasonably priced compared to other Lolalen. Recommended.

We didn't like it, the food was so-so, we ate fillet and in my opinion as a teak connoisseur it was rather inferior quality, the baked potatoes didn't taste like anything and among other things there was a huge commotion, almost a fight with gangs of young people. So unfortunately we won't be there again, it's a shame

We were very disappointed: the T-bone steak was raw and cold and we waited in vain for another portion of spare ribs (all you can eat). The BBQ sauce was refined spice ketchup. Absolutely not recommended. Too bad

Save rips, all you can eat 🧐So my first portion was really top, nice and crispy on a wooden board with delicious fries and super tasty.👍 But then, when I asked for a second helping, the frustration began. The second portion was carelessly served on a white plate without anything, soft and wobbly and only about half of the first rib. I thought that might have been an oversight because I had extra before I started I asked again if I could order as much as I eat. So I tried to order a second helping for the third time, which wasn't that easy because they tried to ignore me as much as possible. After speaking to the "service staff" several times, I got approx 30 minutes later a third portion which was more than half smaller than before. I then played the game for 2 more rounds and then lost my appetite because not only the size but also the taste got worse with each additional round I can also agree with the other points of many previous speakers. This ambience only lasts because of the good location. I definitely won't become a regular customer here.

Dirty atmosphere, steak was not steak, inferior meat, tough and half raw. Cannelloni filled with an indefinable mass, topped with a kind of Bolognese No response to criticism of the food. Unfortunately a total bankruptcy. Unfortunately not recommended.

We tried the All You Can Eat ribs, they were really tasty, as were the sauces and fries! In contrast to a few of the previous speakers, all the service staff were nice and immediately brought more ribs at a simple show of hands, and later even asked if we wanted some more. Good food and very good service

The restaurant is not recommended given the selection surrounding it. Tables sticky and the decorations creepy. A mixture of a cemetery candle and dusty artificial flowers. The waiter was nice, but only remembers the order, so we were missing something. There is also smoking throughout the place, which is totally annoying. The pizza was okay, the salad and the starters weren't worth the price. For the price you can choose something better.

Ambiance is okay. The staff was initially friendly. After ordering, the first thing that came was bread with dips that went with the salad. However, this will be charged extra later. In larger groups it is an advantage if you pay for everything as an individual or in pairs. When checked, the staff was rather dismissive and unwilling to cooperate.

Cats can eat well here, people cannot. Also looked in the kitchen, this is where diseases and venereal diseases arise. Nice skip!

We have walked past this several times when we are in Zandvoort and ate here for the first time yesterday. We both had spare ribs. These were super tender and delicious. It has an old-fashioned cozy atmosphere. Service is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!!

Mexican restaurant in the center of Zandvoort. No world gastronomic experience, but a wide selection, friendly staff and tasty food. The perfect place to have dinner after a walk around town and along the beach.

Had dinner there today, all I can say is that the 1 star 🌟 is still too much. When we came in it smelled like 🤮🤮. The table top was disgustingly painted with paint. The waiter was smoking in the kitchen and otherwise he wasn't the best. And about the food (it was very bad) Not recommendable

"spareribs unlimited / all you can eat" only given one piece lukewarm per person, after that no more attention from the waiter. The sauces we ordered were not right and didn't seem homemade, and the taste was also disappointing. Drinks bill was wrong.

The expectations were far exceeded - the restaurant, the tables, the glasses, everything was rather unclean and unappetizing. The steak was somehow cut in the middle like a cordon bleu and also fried very unevenly even though it was ordered medium, it was English on one side and the sides were cut through

Unfortunately the food was a disaster, very bad and overpriced. The lamb chops were lamb leather, the calzone wasn't any better. If a restaurant represents 3 countries in the kitchen (Italy, Mexico and Argentina) then leave it alone. Offer a cuisine that is good and tasty. Not recommended, sorry the place seems old-fashioned and very dirty.
