I've eaten here several times, and it's always incredibly delicious. It's great that you can order several dishes in one evening and sample a variety of flavors. Some dishes are a bit more "upscale." The service is friendly, and the restaurant looks neat and clean.

If the prices weren't so high (and that's the only downside for us), we would definitely come to Chalet Couvert much more often!

The food was very good. We had a pleasant evening. The service, however, was a bit disappointing. Your plate was taken away without asking how it was, and it was very rude. At 9:55 PM, we were told we could only order once more and the dessert buffet would close at 10:30 PM. This was simply not feasible. Then, without asking, we were presented with the bill because we had to leave. It seems like there's a nicer way to put it.

We had a nice meal, but the table we were assigned for 12 people was small; you could hardly cut your meat without hitting your neighbor, which was a real shame.

The portions are generous (even larger than its sister restaurant and similar ones), the flavors are well-seasoned, and the presentation looks lovely. We had a wonderful evening at Chalet Couvert. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by hostess Liv, who took great care to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was truly excellent – ​​the oysters stood out as the absolute highlight, but the salmon sashimi, tuna tataki, and beef tenderloin were also perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The wine list was carefully selected and perfectly complemented the dishes. In short: a delightful evening with top-notch service and refined cuisine. We would love to return!

We were here for the fifth time for our mother and grandmother's birthday, and we were all in a separate room with the rest of the family. That was fantastic again (especially for Grandma). Chalet Couvert called us the day before our arrival and was able to arrange this room for us. What great service! Fantastic. Maybe next year again, because traditions are worth keeping. 😄

Always delicious food at Chalet, although I have to say that the meat dishes I had yesterday were often incredibly dry and tough. I mentioned this to our hostess, Lara, and she promptly resolved the issue. The service is excellent! One small tip: the waiters who bring the hot food don't all tell you when the plate is hot. Some do, some don't. That's the only thing you could improve on, if you ask me. The menu is diverse! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a company outing at your location. There was a wide selection of food, though a bit less for vegans. Deliciously prepared! We had a separate area that was incredibly noisy; the sound echoed loudly. The food and service were definitely worth coming back for!

Beautiful location, friendly staff. Dishes are beautifully presented. Taste varies. A positive example is the tartare; well-seasoned and with a good shrimp-to-spaghetti ratio. There's room for improvement; tuna tataki is too thick and cold, making it feel hard and rubbery. The ham with the melon was also cut a bit too thick, making it tough. The rice in the dragon roll was far too sticky, but an hour later, it was fine again in the other sushi roll. Some main courses could be a bit more flavorful, such as the short rib; wonderfully tender but lacking a bit of flavor and a tasty gravy. The dessert buffet is comparable to an average wok restaurant, which actually detracts from the ambiance a bit. The desserts are fine, but nothing special. Think of a chocolate fountain, layer cake, sweets, ice cream, a few small cookies, pastries, and cream-like snacks (they did have a kind of apple pie from a local bakery, but unfortunately, it was gone, so I didn't try it). It's more expensive than the average all-you-can-eat restaurant.

The food was absolutely perfect, including the starters: many surprising combinations, pleasant portions, and bursting with flavor. The main courses were perfectly prepared, but sometimes the dishes were too filling. If I want pasta, I'll order pasta, but I don't like it when I order shrimp and get more pasta than shrimp. The desserts were completely out of proportion to the rest of the dinner: crème brûlée without burnt sugar, so just cream, ice cream in a dirty display case with no indication of what flavors were served, etc. Any wok restaurant would have the same selection, except for the cheese.
