What a great teaching restaurant! Enjoyed the 4-course asparagus menu tonight and it was again taken care of down to the last detail. The students once again did their utmost to make it a pleasant evening.

We had a super tasty meal. The soup was way too tasty and way too little. So I was bold to get a new tasty bowl of soup. For first-year students it was already a star-worthy dish. With improvements here and there. But they are negligible. Chapaeu people who made this evening possible.

on March 27 as a guest with just the two of us. We had a 4-course dinner of excellent quality for 25 euros. good service, plenty of time between courses. Glass of wine (good quality for 4 euros per glass) highly recommended.

We ate at Chapeau for the second time tonight. This time with four of us. Delicious food! The enthusiastic service, friendly welcome and atmosphere are striking. Compliments to Peter Gildemeester who turns this group of young students into a real team. We will definitely come back again.

Very nice restaurant where students are trained to become super chefs and waiters. These host/hostess are well supervised by Mr Gildemeester. Have eaten several times and always served well and the food was very tasty. Keep in mind that they are students. It is a fixed weekly menu (4 courses). Take allergens into account.

Super om te genieten van een vier gangen Menu gemaakt door leerling koks onder begeleiding van top leerkrachten! Dit word volledig in stijl geserveerd door gemotiveerde leerlingen met aansturing van een top leerkracht, het is een feestje om daar te Dineren!

Heerlijk gegeten, goed eten en personeel. Uitleg van menu en personeel werd voorgesteld aan de gasten door begeleiders. Wij hebben genoten en komen graag nog een keer eten. Top voor een ieder een aanrader.

Chapeau is een lesrestaurant van een MBO. Menu's zijn zeer afwisselend. Iedere x weer een verrassing wat voor menu het wordt. Entourage is leuk. Leerlingen doen goed hun best.

Na lang wachten was het dan eindelijk weer zover: we mochten weer uit eten bij Chapeau. Natuurlijk direct geboekt, en gelukkig: er was nog een tafel vrij. Ook nu weer ( eigenlijk wisten we dat natuurlijk wel) héérlijk gegeten, fantastisch bedient, maar vooral bijzonder gastvrij, warm en hartelijk ontvangen door Peter, wereld beroemd in Almere bij zijn gasten. Onze dank voor de inzet van alle studenten binnen deze fantastische opleiding, voor deze heerlijke culinaire avond, en graag tot de volgende keer.

Food is amazing, new renovated restaurant looks amazingly beautiful, price compares food is really good, always fun to go there, every week fresh new menu for everyone, they also make sure if you have an allergy you have something else without it. I highly recommend it!

Leuk opgezet restaurant waar ROC leerlingen koken, de bediening en het zaakje runnen onder toeziend oog van de school. Voor 17,50 krijg je een 3 of 4 gangen menu en dat is het geld meer dan waard. Uiteraard loopt niet alles soepel, maar dat valt te verwachten in deze setting. Het eten is goed bereid en van goede kwaliteit. Zeker de moeite waard om een keer te bezoeken, dit soort initiatieven moeten we koesteren in Almere. Ga zo door.
