Nils made a fantastic dinner for 10 guests at our home. Every course was excellent, we enjoyed it so much! And it was wonderful to be completely unburdened and to enjoy the table with our guests. The atmosphere was really great. This is the second time that I have enjoyed his cooking and there will definitely be a third time if it is up to me. I can recommend him to everyone!

Nils took care of my husband's anniversary dinner at our home. The food was great, we were completely unburdened. The table was chicly set and the flowers were placed. A fantastic 5-course dinner for a large group, a real treat! We even had a choice of each course beforehand. Everything was perfectly arranged and meticulously organized, including tables, chairs, tableware, and table linens. And we had a great laugh with Nils and Hans, which made the atmosphere complete! After last year's great experience, we knew it would be hard to top that, but they did it again! Delicious food, excellent service, and above all a very enjoyable evening. Nils provided a dinner for 18 people at a location! It was absolutely great! Nils is very flexible, everything is negotiable and possible. I didn't have to worry about it at all. He prepares everything well, works very neatly and together with my daughters he made sure it was a great dinner. It was fantastic!

For my 40th birthday, Nils made a top dinner for 10 people. Everything was negotiable, everything was arranged down to the last detail and the kitchen was completely clean afterwards! All dishes were delicious and everyone enjoyed! This is definitely worth repeating!!

Nils provided dinner for a total of 9 people. Everything was perfectly prepared and he takes all the work off your hands. The table is beautifully set with flowers and all. A beautifully set table is really inviting! Dinner was delicious with nice and tasty dishes. Nils explains carefully what you get for each course. The vegetarian dishes were also nicely varied and delicious. We look back with great pleasure on a beautiful evening with many thanks again to Nils.

This is the second time that Nils has organized the New Year's drinks for around 70 colleagues at our office down to the last detail. Plenty of tasty and beautifully presented snacks! Service was very attentive and moved around well so that everyone had everything they needed in a pleasant way. Will definitely come next time!

For my 50th birthday I had home chef Nils cook for my group of 11 people at home and it was fantastic! It was a magical evening, with fantastic food and a great atmosphere! Everything could be discussed with Nils in advance and the contact was very pleasant and familiar. For me it was fantastic that everything was taken care of and I could fully enjoy myself with my guests. We all thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes that Nils served us (they were certainly not meager portions either 😉) and thought this was all worth repeating. Afterwards, our kitchen was completely spick and span again, as if nothing had happened. So I really didn't have to worry about anything! Thank you, Nils, for this home dinner, I will recommend you to anyone who will listen!

We attended a “Sushi Making” workshop with our company on location. This was great! Beautiful ingredients, great explanation, and when we went to eat our own sushi, the entire kitchen was cleared and cleaned. Absolutely recommended! Niels, thank you!

In consultation with Nils, dinner was put together for a birthday with ~35 people. Consultation and contact went very smoothly and the food was great! The choice was snacks/drinks, but in such a way that it was enough for dinner. Everything delivered on the day itself and all we had to do was serve it out. Had a party at home two weeks ago for a special birthday. I asked Nils to make something beautiful out of it, just like at our wedding a year ago. This time not 100 people + plus, but from 4 o'clock onwards about 30 people. We started with drinks, followed by a number of served dishes, such as scallops, which you could eat with your fingers. As head Bavette of the BBQ with salads etc. The grand dessert trays were also really great. The serving of drinks was also arranged by the friendly men present. Fantastisch eten, fantastische service, fantastische wijnen. Kan niet anders zeggen dan dat het echt een topervaring was met Nils. Uiterst vriendelijke man die zich goed weet aan te passen aan omstandigheden. Communicatie was uitstekend. Lijkt alsof je in een sterren restaurant aan het eten bent. Nils heeft samen met Niels mijn verjaardag tot een écht feest gemaakt. Zalig eten en door de heren totaal ontzorgd. Dat, samen met een geweldige vriendengroep, prachtig weer en een live muzikant maakten mijn 50e verjaardag onvergetelijk. Dank!

Nils denkt mee en als het omslaande weer je feestje in de soep dreigt te laten lopen, is hij kalm en professioneel en vindt een oplossing. The party must go on!! Veel complimenten (ook van al mijn collega's) voor het heerlijke eten en de vriendelijkheid van Le Premier Chef. Vooraf is alles duidelijk besproken en ook onverwachte zaken waren geen probleem. Nils heeft ons wederom helemaal in de watten gelegd. Kerstdiner voor 15 vrienden. Leuk aangeklede tafel en mooie smaakvolle gerechtjes. Opties waren bespreekbaar en hier gaat hij flexibel mee om. We kijken uit naar volgend jaar! Nils bedankt 🙏🏻

Nils heeft voor onze vriendengroep een zalig kerstdiner georganiseerd. Van te voren fijn contact om het menu samen te stellen en tijdens de avond alles tot in de puntjes geregeld. Dikke aanrader!

Wat was het heerlijk! Op 3 september heeft Nils voor ons en onze gasten voor ons 12,5 jarig huwelijk gekookt. Van de tafel aankleding, het bedenken van de 5 gangen, de drankjes en zelfs een apart menu voor de kinderen was perfect geregeld. Het was een heerlijke belevenis, we konden volop genieten!

Chef Nils heeft (samen met zijn collega) een fantastisch 4-gangen diner voor ons (21 personen) voorgeschoteld. Het is ongelofelijk wat hij, in onze keuken, hoog kwalitatieve gerechten heeft gemaakt. Zeker een aanrader.

Le Premier Chef is alles wat je zoekt in een cateraar. Nils (de chef) is naast een geweldige kok ook erg meegaand met zijn klant. Alles gebeurt in overleg en eventuele aanpassingen zijn geen enkel probleem. Ik ben via internet bij Le Premier Chef gekomen, maar kan ze iedereen aanraden.

De BBQ was geweldig. We hoefden niets te doen, ruim voldoende vlees, salade enz. Een aardige kok en alles werd weer opgeruimd. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

You did it again Nils!! And of course Denise. Challenge was to prepare bites and dinner for 21 adults and 15 kids when we only arrived back from holidays the day before! Decoration, cake, balloons, standing tables, flowers all arranged perfectly in time. Food was excellent and most important all Guests had a fantastic time. Voor me bruiloft met 500+ gasten heeft Le premier chef een 9 gangen menu voor ons serveert. Het eten was super lekker en het bord was super mooi opgemaakt zoals in een Michelin restaurant. Nils is echt een fantastische chef-kok en samen met zijn vrouw (wedding planner) zijn ze een perfecte DUO!! Dit is zeker niet de laaste keer geweest dat ik hun inhuur!

Nils heeft samen met zijn collega op ons 25 jarig huwelijksfeest een 5 gangen diner voor 35 personen verzorgd vanaf de BBQ. Het was werkelijk GEWELDIG!! Niet alleen het eten was heerlijk en verfijnd, ook het ontzorgen van ons was heel bijzonder. Samen regelde ze alles en konden wij genieten van onze gasten. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die iets speciaals zoekt!

Vanaf het allereerste contact al zo prettig geadviseerd en meegedacht met de mogelijkheden voor een mooi verzorgde BBQ bij ons thuis. Als je denkt dat een BBQ bestaat uit gewoon lekker vlees of vis of vega op het rooster bereiden dan heb je het mis. Dit was een volwaardig gangenmenu met een fantastische bereiding en kwaliteit met een meer dan uitstekende smaak! Als afsluiting nog een prachtig Grand Dessert en alle gasten waren zeer tevreden en aangenaam verrast. Ons feest was compleet en hoe lekker om zelf helemaal niets te hoeven doen en alleen maar te genieten, zelfs opruimen hoeft niet. Nils en Hans bedankt voor een geweldige verzorging, super!

Voor ons managementdiner heeft Nils een fantastische avond neergezet! Het eten was geweldig en de bediening ging geruisloos. Hij gaf goede uitleg over de gerechten en hij had een heerlijk wijnarrangement voor ons geregeld. Daarnaast heeft hij ook de aankleding verzorgd, wat er fantastisch en feestelijk uitzag! Een absolute aanrader!

Le Premier Chef aan huis laten koken voor een 21-diner met 25 gasten. Het was in één woord fantastisch. De gerechten waren ongekend lekker, zagen er prachtig uit en waren precies naar (dieet)wens samengesteld. Nils neemt je zorgen weg en straalt rust uit in het koken/bedienen. Kortom: Le Premier Chef is meer dan aan te raden voor diners aan huis.

Gisteren heeft Nils een heerlijk 5-gangen diner voor ons en onze gasten gekookt met culinaire invloeden uit 5 continenten. Met veel zorg samengesteld en met passie gekookt! Het was verrukkelijk en de bijbehorende wijnen smaakte ons voortreffelijk. De tafel werd vooraf feestelijk gedekt en na afloop werd alles weer meegenomen! Nogmaals heel erg bedankt voor deze culinaire reis en de perfecte avond Nils!

Heerlijk eten van uitstekende kwaliteit en super vers, zelfs met Pasen! Knappe kok die van alle markten thuis is, vegetarisch ook prima. Wat een genot om thuis eten gebracht te krijgen wat mooi wordt opgediend en nog heerlijk is ook. TOP.
