Good restaurant, but it's a shame it's not really accessible. Wheelchairs are allowed, but not accessible to the restroom, as there are stairs.

Yesterday the two of us had a wonderful meal at Chapoo. Ribeye and diamond tenderloin, a beautiful piece of artisanal meat and wonderfully prepared! Really chapoo! Service friendly and attentive. We will be back soon!

Spent two days with the camper in Zutphen. After the bike ride we ended up in Zutphen at restaurant Chapoo!. Really delicious food. Quality food but very tasteful. An explosion of flavors. Also very friendly staff and owner. A must for those who appreciate quality. CHAPEAU

The two of us sat upstairs in peace and quiet. Still 1 portion of asparagus left in the kitchen. DELICIOUSly prepared with salmon, sauce and a crispy side. The pearl barley was so delicious that I have to come back again! For desert we had decaf with white chocolate mousse and madeleines (still warm from the oven)! We requested dark chocolate, but that was not possible. That's why there was a chocolate truffle as a bonus with the coffee. The service was therefore very personal and pleasant. Until next time!!!

Top restaurant! We ate the celeriac and we have rarely eaten it so well. The creme brulee was also great. But the icing on the cake was the service! All kindness and nothing was too much. We will definitely come back here!

Had dinner in this quiet restaurant for the 3rd time in 4 months. Once again well cared for and very tasty. The fried salmon, the chicken supreme and the sea bass (menu of the day) were very good. Ordering fries again was no problem. I go here more often.

Asked if the Orange juice was freshly squeezed. Yes, that was the case. (delivered via the greengrocer, the waitress said) Do you get it? so not fresh. Weird mixed juice. Not tasty. And that for 4.80.

We were taught a long time ago that you eat with your eyes first. Well, then dining at Chapoo is a party. The dishes look beautiful! And the test comes to the end. Is it as tasty as it looks? No, it's not. 'Tasty' is an understatement. Delicious comes closer, but the title 'taste sensation' does much more justice to reality. How they know how to spoil you here! We didn't know Chapoo yet and when you arrive you don't expect to be received in this way and to really be a guest. The atmosphere is good, the staff wonderfully informal, but very alert. Went into Zutphen on spec to have a bite to eat. We were on time (early) and could choose from the tables on the terrace. While our food was being served we saw the terrace filling up. And I understand that, delicious food, friendly hostesses and a beautiful terrace. And if the weather wasn't good, it looked cozy inside too.

The heart of Zutphen, eaten on the terrace. Service caring and cheerful! Luckily they don't pretend to be more pretentious than what they offer. And that's all fine. We were happy this summer evening.

Coffee was lukewarm. Apple pie was cold, just out of the freezer? The cookie was hard. Were there around 10am, cleaning was still taking place. No judgment on the food, it was very good on previous visits.

On a rainy afternoon I tried to get a sandwich and something extra here, but were attacked on this terrace by another customer because my brother was calling home. We were sent away, but we did get our money back.

Yesterday we had lunch with a friend on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We were able to park nearby (free), delicious food and a nice atmosphere. I had lunch for one and my girlfriend had a carpaccio sandwich. Delicious!

It was very busy when we walked in, but one of the waitresses was able to offer us a table. Furthermore, we had a delicious lunch in a pleasant atmosphere.

Gezellig, goeie bediening, prima eten

Heerlijk gegeten en een prettige avond gehad door de zeer vriendelijke en attente bediening. Top avond gehad!

Broodje met boerenham was erg goed. De bediening is erg vriendelijk.

Wat een leuke zaak. We konden in oktober nog buiten dineren, en kregen een kleedje toen het iets frisser werd om de benen. Na een lekker broodplankje met heerlijke smeersels, kozen we allebei voor een maaltijdsalade. De ceasarsade en de biefstukpuntjes. De bediening was vrolijk, meedenkend en relaxed. Het eten voortreffelijk. Volgende keer in Zutphen komen we weer.

Lekker gegeten. Echt een warme gezelligheid. Prima sfeer. We moesten wat "lang" wachten voor we geholpen werden maar ach wat is tijd als het gezellig is.

Wat een magere portie kregen we hier. Ruim 21 euro betaald voor het gambagerecht. We kregen misschien net 30 gram tagliatelle en 8 gambas en geen groentes. Meer tagliatelle en een beetje groentes zou het een stuk beter maken. Ik kom hier niet meer terug.

Leuke gelegenheid om wat te eten en drinken. Vriendelijke bediening en één goede service. Mooie kaart van alles wat wils, borrelplakje, lunch, diner. 👍

Heel leuke zaak alwaar we een lekkere lunch hadden. Ikzelf had een lekkere boerenomelet met lekker bruin brood, mijn vrouw had de salade met geitenkaas, een absolute aanrader! Van binnen een heel mooi interieur, buiten een gezellig terras. De toiletten verdienen beter in verhouding tot de zaak. Heel vriendelijke bediening!

Heerlijke wijnen, heerlijke broodjes (carpaccio) vriendelijke gastvrouwen. Mooie locatie in de binnenstad. Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Alleen ijskoffie voor mij te zoet en geen bolletje ijs erbij in.

Heerlijke wijn en prima lunchgerechten

Bij aankomst werd de deur voor ons opengehouden en kregen we een warme begroeting. Het interieur is ontzettend mooi, fijne indeling van zitplekken ook. We werden snel bediend, hoeften niet te wachten, het eten stond binnen 20 minuten op tafel. Het eten zag er prachtig uit, en smaakte nog lekkerder!

Een restaurant met een aangename en ontspannen sfeer. Heerlijke vrij eenvoudige gerechten voor een heel betaalbare prijs. Vlotte en prettige bediening. Zeker een aanrader. Wij komen nog eens terug

Topper in het hart van Zutphen. Lekkere gerechten tegen een normale prijs. Bediening vriendelijk leuke jong team een aanrader.

Met drie personen gegeten. Voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht en koffie na. Ik vond het niet best. De kruidenboter was net uit de koelcel gehaald evenals de rundercarpaccio. Daardoor viel veel van de smaak weg. Ook de zalmfilet was te lang doorgebakken waardoor het stukje vis te droog werd. De kwaliteit stond niet in verhouding met prijs. Drie personen, met een flesje wijn en dan €194,- afrekenen. Mwah, geen aanrader

Mooie zaak, sfeervol en bediening was heel attent. Menukaart is heel divers, ook voor vega prima. Wij hadden diner met soep vooraf, en vega risotto en lamstoofpotje met “voorjaarsgroenten” (dat waren div. paddenstoelen en vind ik herfstgroenten, heb ik liever niet, jammer). Prima bereid, goed warm en smaakvol. Grand café plus, diversiteit aan hoge en lage tafels, een kleine bar en een stamtafel/leestafel.

Heerlijk gegeten, en vriendelijk en behulpzaam bedieningspersoneel.
