Na het winkelen even een lekker rust momentje met een heerlijk bakkie koffie en een supervers warm sauzijsen broodje ,leuke gelegenheid en gezellig personeel

Very nice place, spontaneous and friendly staff and delicious food and drinks

Great place, came to pick up a sandwich and were kindly directed to a take-away hatch. Food took a while, but was worth the wait.

We had a nice time. Friendly service and the coffee was also delicious

We had a sisters' lunch worth repeating and again at Chez Frans of course, cozy and a feeling of welcome.. 🥰

Often go there for coffee and cake, or occasionally have lunch there. In the morning a lot of old cakes 👍 that go through all the facts of the Dijk en Waard municipality.

They come often, but they are deteriorating step by step, the service, the food, everything is getting worse, unfortunately. Just go to the snack bar outside and eat a better hamburger.

The meal was great, but they need to do more on training of staff. We arrived and had a booking, yet the staff waved us to the general area for the table yet did not take us there, and I noticed more people arriving for dinner and the staff did not great them or talk to them and the guest just walked in the restaurant and took a table!

An unlikely place to find such good, fresh and thoughtful food in a shopping centre, but it was lunchtime and so we tried it. The staff were great, but it was the food that prompted me to write this. Delicious throughout with high quality ingredients at a very fair price. Well done!

The shopping center is nice, not great. The restaurant is located in the middle of it. Very friendly service, quite extensive menu, tasty food and good prices.

Update following feedback: The owner is clearly not happy and starts lying below, she has also updated her comment for the 2nd time after lying, because she simply does not know how to deal with a dissatisfied customer, the same woman who saw them smoking a another day that said that you have still paid and I said I think it's a shame not to pay anything while the rest is nice. Walking out the door satisfied and then leaving a review if you were a little intelligent, that doesn't add up and I have been very clear about my dissatisfaction with the meat alone, but I think this position is too intense. You can just call me if you want to express your frustration, normally the customer does that if he or she is dissatisfied, but I notice the need for you to constantly lie and change things afterwards. You could have prevented this. Well that says enough about how much this place is deteriorating. I clearly indicated that I liked the potatoes and the sauce and was willing to pay for them! Maybe you smoke something "other" than cigarettes. I clearly answered your colleague's question whether I want salad or fried vegetables that I want "fried vegetables" and for the 2nd time even why do I get salad instead of the vegetables I ordered. The previous owner at least respected his regular customers, but I find it hilarious to read that people are lying about smoking, a woman has clearly seen that and yes, you choose to do that, which is very unhygienic, that is your choice . And you know what, maybe I'll continue from now on if that's what you want, because earlier I said it could happen and I wanted to give you a chance, but the place is becoming increasingly empty and everyone notices that, plus I already indicated in my comment that I "shouldn't" have to pay for the drinks, but you respond sooner than you read. That's right, it's not the 1st time I've commented "positively", yes, and this is the 1st negative review including returning a plate. Since I have been coming here for years, it is not surprising that if someone ever forgets to bring the mayonnaise or a straw, I respond and then you should not work in a restaurant if you call that a complaining customer. 1st comment: I've been eating here for years and I've always been satisfied until the ownership changed. The owner does not know how to resolve complaints. I ordered a steak today for 20,- and this is the 1st time it was gross and I asked for medium without a large pool of blood please, but the taste itself was also gross and I asked for fried vegetables but I got cold salad, So if they had overcooked the steak a bit, it still tasted gross... well, that can happen, but then you say I'll give you a new one or half the price. I indicated that I was certainly not going to pay €23, so I stopped drinking and the potatoes and sauce tasted good, so I paid for it and it was then that I was satisfied for years, but today I understood that they also "smoked". now in the kitchen and I have heard more complaints, so I heard that from the owner and that explains a lot. Too bad Chez was nice and generous and always had good food for everything you ordered. No more dinner for now. Maybe one day I'll see if that chicken satay survives. The young waiter was nice, but I wonder why I got salad again instead of warm vegetables when I said it for the 2nd time, anyway. Another thing while I was eating fish an older woman almost slipped and her daughter caught her in time because the floor was wet in front of the ice cream stand which was being cleaned by a young man and you could hear people saying oh it all the time It's wet here... making a plate or dry is a lot more convenient, but I thought I'd report it.

Iedere donderdag een koopavond menu, vandaag was dat poke-bowl, deze was heerlijk Vriendelijke medewerkers

Even een kopje koffie met gebak halen na een middag winkelen.Lekker gezellig.

Zeer lekker eten, Enig puntje was alleen bij het aankomen werd gevraagt of we wat wouden drinken, daarna niet meer en hebben er zelf om moeten vragen. Anders was het 5 sterren geweest.

Soms te lang wachten voor een patatje

Dit restaurant is niet wat het was met de vorige eigenaren. Daar kreeg je een goed bord vol. Broodjes wat goed belegd werd maar deze "nieuwe" eigenaar is zeker aan het consuminderen. Een tosti besteld en kreeg 2 hele kleine boterhammetjes (kontjes?) Met de gesmolten kaas en ham. Thuis kon ik gelijk wat boterhammen smeren. Mijn man had 2 kroketten op brood en ook die boterhammetjes waren net zo groot als de kroketjes. Eerder al een keer de pikante kip geprobeerd maar ook zó karig belegd. Voor ons heeft dit restaurant afgedaan. Ze hebben daar geen concurrentie daarom zit het vol denk ik.

Je kunt er echt lekker wat eten en als je iets aangepast wikt hebben denken ze met je mee. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Heel leuke plek midden in het winkelcentrum. Heerlijk geluncht.

Gewoon lekker gegeten Lunch met alles er op en er bij. Druk gebeuren in de middag. Dus het moet er wel druk zijn en goed zijn met zoveel gasten. Aardige bediening en ik zag hamburgers voorbij komen die waarschijnlijk bij de top van de lunch staan Denk dat ze tegen de 10 cm hoog zitten. Zeker een aanrader tussen het winkelen in

Leuke tent midden in winkelcentrum de broekerveiling. Heerlijke latte, leuke sfeer, leuk personeel. Ga er graag een bakkie doen!

Eten gehaald aan de zijkant van de keuken. Op dat moment was het erg druk. De dame met het bruinen haar (knotje) nam evengoed de tijd om naar mijn lange wensenlijstje te luisteren. Zaak ziet er mooi en schoon uit. Eten was lekker en het aanwezige keukenpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Uitstekend gegeten, een aanrader voor als je op donderdagavond even ergens wilt eten. Want dan is het koopavond en zijn ze open.

Een frikadel met majo en curry besteld. En dan alsnog met ketchup krijgen..

Net geluncht bij Chez Frans. Wat een goeie tent. Heerlijk broodje (tonijnsalade en boeren tosti), grote porties, kleine prijsjes en super aardige bediening. Absolute aanrader.

Alles klopt in dit restaurant!! Fijne zitplaatsen, zeer vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten voor een prima prijs. Mijn man en ik eten hier regelmatig. Echt een aanrader!!
