I ordered food. Didn't arrive and now the store is closed. Lost money! Never order anything here. Dirty scammers Update: I called Foodticket (which arranges the payments) and now my money back!

Never showed up with my food and didn’t answer my calls

This was a disgusting disaster! Everything was RAW, full of ollie, not cooked properly, has no taste at all and I had to wait over 1 hour for my order! Please don't order from here, these people don't care at all if your food arrives in good condition. Save your money and order somewhere else where your food arrives in good condition!!

They didn’t have enough drivers so he called 5 minutes after my order to tell me that they would cancel and give my money back. I called serveral times and still didn’t receive any money back.

Ordered food after a really long day, only to take 1 bite and spit it out because the chicken was almost still alive. Call the store to ask for a refund and are simply told that they don't do that and that the burger is just perfectly cooked.

Ordered at half past seven, it said 45 minutes. had to wait just over 1.5 hours for our food. Called twice and twice he said he was busy and that food was on its way. fries were very limp, burger was okay but far too expensive for what you paid. Shame. delivery person was nice

Ordered food here yesterday Order placed at 6am Around 8 o'clock the food finally arrived After calling twice, the second time it was also indicated that the food was definitely warm, unfortunately you guessed it, the food was cold I called about this and was quickly told that it was busy and that it would therefore take longer and I understand that it is dinner time and busier on the road, but if you can no longer deliver quality, you should not accept orders that are too far away are Unfortunately, they quickly hung up without a solution, called back and someone else answered the phone. This gentleman spoke to me politely and helped think of a solution. The solution was to receive the same order again for free, this is not necessary for us, we would like to get our money back, we would be called back about this, unfortunately this did not happen again. It was the first and last time we ordered something here Pity

Ordered food tonight, rang twice to ask where it was as it was over the hour. No answer when he did answer on the 3rd time ringing, he said it was 2 minutes away.. 15 minutes after calling it arrived and it wasn’t the correct order and was also cold. it was out in to the bin!! They will not answer the phone again. I will be calling into them in the morning!

Late delivery Cold food Chicken tasted a bit weird

Heerlijke cheese burger! Goed op smaak en malse kip. Ondanks dat ik een fout had gemaakt, hebben ze netjes aangeboden om het te bezorgen en waren ze op tijd.

Optijd en Zeer smakelijke kipburgers. Ik ga ze onthouden.

Don't use UberEats- use the Netherlands app or website called Thuisbezorgd and no issues. Food came, was great quality and tasted amazing. As a Canadian visiting I would certainly order from here again!

Bezorging was prima maar het eten was helaas koud. Geen ketchup ontvangen terwijl ik daar wel voor betaald heb.

Delivery took 90 min instead of the 40 min estimation. The fries tasted very good, and was a decent portion. The Hot wings however were very fatty. One slight annoyance: we ordered mayonaise but received frietsaus instead.

Extreem tevreden over de spicy burger menu. Verfrissend. Prijs en kwaliteit verhouding perfect. Snelle bezorging. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Een aanrader!
