The food was really disgusting.

At two in the morning, I was looking for a snack. I was pleasantly surprised by Chicken Palace. I had a double burger, and I couldn't remember the last time I had such a good one. The rest of my party was certainly satisfied with their late-night meal as well. We ate it outside, which was no problem in June.

Never order! The order simply doesn't arrive.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd after Thuishaven, . The chicken burger was so crispy, it was too delicious. My buddy Rik even walked back inside for an extra one. If you have the time, definitely go here, everything was well organized, top-notch.

NEVER order food. I sat waiting for over 2 hours. The food was soggy, lukewarm, tasteless, and thrown away. The delivery costs were 30, yes, 30 euros. Never order food from them because they are rude too.

First of all, you'll find the best food in Amsterdam here at Chicken Palace Amsterdam. Secondly, since they expanded their menu to include burgers and grilled dishes, it's much better. I just ordered at night, so because I ordered at night, I had to pay €30 for my €25.45 order because I wanted to pay by bank transfer, but if I had paid via Thuisbezorgd by bank transfer, it would have been €25.45 as well. I have screenshots of that person saying, "Yeah, but the rate is higher at night." 😂😂 I got cold food, reason 1: cold food, and reason 2: without the sauce I chose and paid for. What terrible service, unbelievable. I wouldn't order here for your own good.

We got hot chicken wings and onion rings - they were both cooked nicely at the right time ad crispy, we liked them! the sauce was also pretty good, perfect find after our party. thank you! we just wish the guy had used some gloves when cooking :/

I ordered my food at 00:47, it only arrived cold at 03:10, didn't call once, nothing. At 2 o'clock I called and they said the delivery person was on the way. Ridiculous!

Ordered through Uber eats .it arrived within the given time , but the food was so bad. Infact I was afraid to eat as it may good food poison. Ordered hot wings and fries..I don't know in what kind of oil the chicken was cooked , it had a strong engine oil like smell and there were some sort of thin hair like thread on the fried batter around the chicken. I removed the skin and ate the flesh part only, but that too had a bad smell almost like it was an old chicken. I ate just few as I was hungry and threw away rest... considered I just lost a 20 euro as paid that for this food. I just hope my stomach stays well. I will never ever order from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE! This place is a total fraud! I ordered three items through Thuisbezorgd around 1:30am (they were open till 3) and after waiting for HOURS, the food never arrived!! I submitted a request for refund through Thuisbezorgd and they informed that the vendor, Chicken Palace, refused my request and claimed they delivered the food! This is a downright LIE, as I was awake from the time I ordered the food until 4:30am, and once I woke, I checked with the hotel reception who told me nothing had been delivered. Chicken Palace is a SCAM!!!

DO NOT order here! I ordered a chicken burger and it was raw on the inside. As stated in previous reviews, the owner says that this is because it is chicken thigh fillet. Of course I know the difference between cooked chicken and raw chicken. My experience at Chicken Palace was nothing short of disappointing. I ordered food and then had to wait no less than two hours for delivery. This is unacceptably long, especially since there was no communication about the delay. When I called to ask where my order was, I was treated in a particularly rude manner. The employee on the phone even hugged me in my ear. This shows a total lack of respect for customers. I will never order from here again and recommend everyone order their food elsewhere. Chicken Palace really needs to work on their customer service and delivery speed as this was a very bad experience.

It is my first time with this restaurant. I ordered a spicy burger and twisted french fries and it was delicious and full of flavour. I really liked it. On the other hand, I asked the delivery guy to wait for me outside the hotel in the order notes, but he delivered the order to the reception. We took the trouble to go to the address of the restaurant in Amsterdam West. It was a wrong address , itis for a company not resturant , a big intrance with a van car in front of it , it was like a warehouse. I do not recommend it.
