DO NOT order here! I ordered a chicken burger and it was raw on the inside. As stated in previous reviews, the owner says that this is because it is chicken thigh fillet. Of course I know the difference between cooked chicken and raw chicken. Then I tried to resolve it with the owner in a normal way, after which he didn't want to give my money back and hung up in my face. This is a worthless company.

My experience at Chicken Palace was nothing short of disappointing. I ordered food and then had to wait no less than two hours for delivery. This is unacceptably long, especially since there was no communication about the delay. When I called to ask where my order was, I was treated in a particularly rude manner. The employee on the phone even hugged me in my ear. This shows a total lack of respect for customers. I will never order from here again and recommend everyone order their food elsewhere. Chicken Palace really needs to work on their customer service and delivery speed as this was a very bad experience.

It's 3:13 and these wdel kehbas still haven't brought my food. I've been waiting for 1.5 hours of disrespectful people.

Just order via the website im not the kaïn off Guy to complain but really the food from here was really expensif and discussing the chicken was tasting like was really old like recooked for seconde or a third Time or something and some place was. It is my first time with this restaurant. I ordered a spicy burger and twisted french fries and it was delicious and full of flavour. I really liked it. On the other hand, I asked the delivery guy to wait for me outside the hotel in the order notes, but he delivered the order to the reception. I think That's the only thing other than that the food was amazing👍

We took the trouble to go to the address of the restaurant in Amsterdam West. It was a wrong address , itis for a company not resturant , a big intrance with a van car in front of it , it was like a warehouse. I do not recommend it.

I understand that people are a bit angry about the delivery times, but if you think about it okay, it is the only place still open that low in Amsterdam, so it is probably very busy, but otherwise the food was good and still warm.

I had a terrible experience with my recent order. The delivery took an extremely long time, and I was not provided with a reason for the delay. Furthermore, the estimated delivery time was not updated even after waiting for over an hour. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service provided. Had I read their reviews before placing the order, I would not have made the purchase. I was unable to sleep the entire night waiting for the order to arrive. To make matters worse, the restaurant did not answer their phone when I called to inquire about the status of my order. It's unacceptable for a manager to allow such poor service. I hope they improve their service in the future.

was very satisfied with the food, it was good portions and was reasonably priced, the chicken also arrived very warm. Delivery people are always nice and work hard and honest. I would definitely try this place if you want to fill your stomach with cheap and tasty food like the company staff reads this, I appreciate the good service and keep it up!

The food is always super tasty and neat! Delivery is to the front door and on time. Mo is really the best and sweetest delivery person, he brings the food right to your door. Such a friendly and cheerful man 5 stars for this man. We love him!

Horrible. NEVER GOT MY FOOD nor a refund. I second everything everyone else is saying about this place. I called twice and the restaurant communicated inaccurate delivery times - 5 mins turns into 30 mins into 45 min into 1 hour, etc. Do not order from expecting good food, delivery or service.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. First we had to wait 20 minutes longer than indicated, we called and got a very grumpy boy on the phone who indicated that the delivery person could be there at any moment and immediately hung up. We finally get our food, we miss the sauces and we don't have our drinks either. We certainly won't order from here again, I hope no one does anyway.

They should shut down this place. I ordered to a hotel and waited for almost 3 hours until I couldn’t anymore and left the place. I tried to reach the restaurant hundreds of times and they don't even answer the phone or contact the customer to say they're cominig or not. If I'm ordering food is because I'm hungry in the moment! Not after more than 2 hours. Then I realized the next morning one missed called at 3 am in the morning.

So he wanted me to report this to my home delivery service to claim my money back. What does it matter to me that €13 for a burger, it was more about the service that was provided and the discussion that was had about that burger: I ordered some food for a customer of mine that is not known in Amsterdam, I received the final score a hot wings that were ok, could have been baked a little longer, but that's objective, it just depends on what you like: and then I find out that that burger isn't fried at all, it's just raw and cold. And what was his answer to this: “We fry with chicken thighs, and they are put in the fat just as quickly as the hot wings.” I don't want to cause a big scene for this, but being fair is the minimum I want to get out of this, even if I was told on the phone that we can solve it next time, I would never have done this. But realize that I called him 3 times with a solution.

I placed an order over two hours ago via JustEat/Thuisbezorgd, and I am still waiting, despite the time saying 20-30 mins for delivery. After calling the restaurant, I was told the driver was outside, and that the person on the phone was also outside with the driver (despite me hearing the noises of the restaurant in the background). I waited outside for a hour. I called again and was told it hadn’t left the restaurant, but would be en route soon. I called several times after this, and was told various lies about the whereabouts of my order. When I asked him to cancel the order, he swore at me and hung up the phone. I’m so appalled at this. I’ve now called over twenty times to try get this cancelled. AVOID!! They are now claiming it has been delivered — it has not. Edit: In response to Chicken Palace’s totally unprofessional response to my review, I was “smart enough” to write down my telephone number with the correct country code. I called them over twenty times. This wasn’t an issue. They began ignoring my calls, they never tried to call. Secondly, the hotel room number is clearly shown on my order, and I asked them to leave the food with reception (where I was stood waiting for over an hour).

Ordered 2 hours ago, I called the restaurant immediately after to say Uber eats put the wrong address(im in a hotel atm) the people of the phone said it that’s fine, we will get the driver to call, fast toward to now, 1hr+ after the latest estimated arrival… STILL NO FOOD, no call, no nothing. I can’t believe it !!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE. It’s 6am now

I feel the need to share my experience after my friend and I ordered from here and explain how this scam works. If you order from Uber Eats for example, they will charge you but the food will not get delivered. You can call this restaurant but they may ignore you or lie to you. You can get a refund if you dispute it in most cases, however apps like Uber eats will not refund the automatic tip, which will go straight to this sham restaurant enabling their bad behaviour. I advise you to read this before you fall victim to restaurants like these that often operate illegally.

Where is my food? You absolutely scammed me. Avoid this place, I’m going to take action against them luckily I took pictures and evidence of everything.

What comes first, chicken or egg? At this place they have no idea, I feel like I've had a raw combo of both. It is now a day after ordering and I have severe diarrhea!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED. The day itself gave me high hopes, the curly Fries were something to write home about. I thought it was going to be great. But nothing turned out to be the case, the rest was ice cold and the chicken was raw, even after being microwaved. DEATHERS! Seems cheap and tasty, but is cheap crap! Bestel hier al jaren. Je moet wel wat geduld hebben. (Minimaal 1 á 1,5 uur) Maar dan kan je ook genieten van een feestmaal. Tip: bestel na een avondje stappen gewoon een beetje meer, dan heb je de volgende ochtend ook nog wat om naar uit te kijken als je brak op de bank ligt!

Duurde klein uurtje voordat chaps er waren, niet gek voor Amsterdam naar Nes aan de Amstel. Kip was goed warm, wel taai maar prima te chappen. Friet was koud, wel prima kruiden. Mrja wat boeit dat als je kkr stoned ben. Chappen is chappen en om 4 uur wil je gwn kip. Bismillah.

Koude friet, burger vlees zat vol met spier pezen, taai en niet te eten, nuggets waren oké. Gratis tweede burger gekregen, fijn, maar nog steeds niet te eten.

Heerlijk en warm bezorgd, wij hebben heerlijk genoten.

Chicken palace is zwaaar achteruit gegaan met de kwaliteit van hun kip... Ik snap niet waarom (bezuinigen? Meer geld verdienen?) Echt jammer dat het zo slecht is geworden vergeleken met vorigjaar toen de kip echt superlekker was. Na 3 happen krijg ik al meteen buikpijn en misselijkheid. nare eigenaar ook met zijn houding Doe aub wat aan jullie kwaliteit!

We waren een beetje bang na alle één ster reviews, maar hier is onze: - Bezorger vriendelijk, besteltijd iets langer (half uur langer) en het was al een uur, en hij kwam met de auto (?) - Frietjes oke, beetje zacht maar tolereerbaar (koolhydraten zijn altijd lekker) All in all, tot nu toe nog niet gekotst.

It did what it was meant to do. However, the meat eaters in my house said it tasted like the end parts of the chicken. Nothing special but the thrill of it arriving made up for the mediocre salt distribution on the fries.

I came across this place because I was looking for jalapeño poppers, looks like it's the only place that makes it in Amsterdam. Ordered several times different dishes, everything was great and delicious, food came quite fast and was always hot.

Ordered with no expectations and folks let me tell you one thing this chicken palace, is chicken valhalla!!! I never write reviews but the chicken was impressively tasty, french such as curly fries still crunchy and hot, which normally never happens when ordering fries and the burger was much better than any kind of KFC burger. Props for the driver for being a chill dude and big shout to this restaurant which is also open til f****** 4 o'clock in the morning!!!! 5 stars very well deserved, keep up the good chicken and thanks for this delicious meal.
