Chicken Spot Rotterdam in Rotterdam Centrum

The food was stale, the chicken burger tasted like rubber. I felt nauseous after two minutes and had to throw up. It's a disgrace that this place is still open!

I ordered and didn't get any food. I live nearby. If my food doesn't arrive, I'll go to that store. Or to every one of your stores in Rotterdam!

Ordered at 2:00 am, now 3:21 am, my food still hasn't arrived while they normally close at 3:00 am, poor service, can't even get them on the phone!!!!!

i ordered at 2:50 and still hadn’t come yet. i tried to call couple times and no one answered. neither from the apps nor the google number. please help Ubereats and Thuibezorgd to remove this shop.

I would suggest everyone to boycott this shop...and would suggest companies like Thuisbezord and Uber eats to remove this shop from their app so that customers do not suffer like me.

First of all, my food took ages to arrive. 2. The food smelled really weird. 3. The fries tasted old and had a nasty flavor. 4. The chicken was absolutely disgusting and had a strange, old color, as if it had been fried a few hours ago. 5. They don't care about the quality of the food here. Don't eat here unless you want food poisoning!

Now for the umpteenth time, I had to wait more than 2 hours for an order and the location was completely inaccessible. A small quote from the Chickenspot website; “We think it is important that our customers do not have to wait too long for their order and that everything is delivered complete and warm. The ultimate goal is always that our customers are and remain satisfied.” Given all the recent reviews, maybe it is time to update the website @Chickenspot.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Courier's telephone number was unreachable. Ultimately had to cancel the order after 1.5 hours via Uber Eats service. Never ordering here again.

We ordered via home delivery at around 11:45 PM. The delivery time was supposed to be 45 minutes, but we literally had to wait 2.5 hours. I had already given up and was even in bed. The food was also lukewarm. I should have at least gotten a discount or something.

The food is fine. My friend and I definitely didn't wait long for the food. It is very strange that we order 3 burgers and all 3 burgers have everything going wrong. All 3 no cheese. (While we clearly ordered with cheese.) My friend ordered a crispy chicken burger. He got a double beef burger junior instead AND the food was cold too. I don't know why, but it is extremely sloppy... So here's 1 star.

Yes man, Chicken Spot in Rotterdam has really tasty chicken! That crispy coating is always on point, and the chicken is nice and juicy on the inside. Especially their spicy wings and those large burgers with melted cheese are highly recommended. Have you also tried their loaded fries there? The ones with melted cheese and pieces of chicken on top are really great. What do you usually order there?

Ordered late in the evening, it was very fast and very tasty. Crispy chicken and good burgers. In my opinion, definitely recommended!

I ordered at half past two. It would be delivered between 2:10 and 2:30. At 2:50 am I wanted to call the restaurant because I still had not received my food, but it went straight to voicemail even though the business was still supposed to be open. My food arrives at 3:05 am. So much too late. Fries cold, burger was soggy…. The burger was just wet and not tasty... And I ordered sauce and didn't get it. Don't order/eat here because what a pathetic place this is. Go to McDonalds xx

Food is good don't expect too much. There are a lot of flies in the store. Not a closed garbage can but a garbage bag through which flies fly. Furthermore, the atmosphere is okay.

Terrible!!!! I ordered at 7:17 PM and only received a notification around 11:30 AM that it was being prepared. They don't answer the phone so contacting them is not an option.

I ordered a spicy burger and spicy hot wings I got them then I opened the bag the bag where the hot wings were in it was completely wet because of the oil the hot wings and the burger were soggy and the wings had no taste no salt nothing at all you got only a small spicy after taste in addition, the skin of the wings was soggy and the burger same story no taste few toppings no tomato jalepeno dry no flavor feel flashed 7 years ago when they were new it was tasty now it is barely eatable.

Stay away from this store. Diarrhea and vomiting are inevitable. Very old fat. No greeting or farewell. My friends and I had to suffer a lot from the old fat used to prepare the wings.

The food was very bad, I received it from a boy who rang the doorbell, I open it and I see that he has almost walked away while I was at the door within 10 seconds. Extreme health risk if you think you are going to have a quick bite here. Normally I never write reviews unless it is particularly good or in this case particularly bad. Bad isn't even the right description, it's truly dangerous. I should have known it when I entered, broken chairs, dirty tables, a centimeter thick layer of grease on the tiles, which just prevents you from slipping. Fried chicken was in a much too large pile (so old stuff) in a heated display case. Sweating employee without gloves. I should have known when my order was ready within 2 minutes. I am not someone who is quick to judge if there is less furniture or the like, there are plenty of things that can serve food where the thing is not in perfect condition. The inspection service should impose a permanent ban on this case, because they are just feeding you poison here. The food was not necessarily particularly bad, but far too expensive for frozen “beef” (most likely cheap mechanically separated meat) and greasy chicken with a dirty breading layer. But that doesn't matter, even if the food was delicious and free, you shouldn't eat here. I'm writing this with days of diarrhea and a literally bloody bottom. It's scandalous that such a place is still standing, it should have been boarded up a long time ago because of the nuclear waste that they call food here. How can you as an owner allow this, how difficult can it be to degrease the tiles, replace chairs and keep the tables clean and also encourage your employees to know basic hygiene. you try to serve food that people eat, then that's not too much to ask, right? 100% not recommended to eat here. Unless you want your digestive system to implode, of course.

2 sterren omdat snelle levering, dat is pluspunt. Maar ik betaalde met 50 euro, aangegeven via Thuisbezorgd. Bezorger had geen wisselgeld bij zich. Patat was niet gaar, slechtste kipburger die ik ooit heb gegeten in Rotterdam. Grote tegenvaller dit.

Ik heb er dus over gebeld en ze zouden het drinken dus toch nog opsturen. Hier is uiteindelijk niks van terechtgekomen. Heel jammer, want het eten is wel lekker

De bestelling was tiptop in orde en werd snel geleverd. Het eten zelf is niet heel bijzonder. De kip heeft een lekkere bite, maar er zit niet veel smaak aan. Twister fries zijn wel erg goed. De kipnuggets daarentegen zijn echt niet te beuken. Kortom, ik zou hier alleen frieten eten. Er zijn betere kiptoko's in Rotterdam!

I spotted this chicken place while looking for something to eat in Rotterdam Zuid one late evening. It is an okay place if others are closed and there is no choice. I would probably have given an extra 🌟 if the staff were a bit more welcoming. Then Chicken Spot would have been Spot on 😉
