Great place for a cup of tea. The food is not recommended. We could still taste the burnt egg on rock-hard toast two hours later.

The food was old and disgusting. The fries were fried in old grease, the chicken satay was black, and the chicken on the club sandwich was spongy and stale. The bread was so hard I almost broke my tooth on it. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. The woman behind the counter was rude and completely incomprehensible. I'll never go back.

Extremely rude ladies at the counter and one in the kitchen. Nothing else to say about it. Zero patience and incredibly grumpy. It took ages for the food to be ready (how hard is it to fry croquettes...). Absolutely no hospitality experience. If you can't handle people, go work somewhere where you don't have to interact with them at all. One guy in the kitchen was professional. Those two ladies, not at all. And I won't even mention the prices... It's a real shame to start your vacation like that with such negativity from those ladies. Ugh...

As you walk in, there are no visible signs anywhere saying there's no self service and after sitting for a while, a female server rudely said we must order at the counter. I heard it used to be seated ordering and cheaper prices, why do we pay more for no service like a normal restaurant?? She spoke to us the whole time as if she was angry at us which was not a great start. We hoped the food would make up for it but the chicken melt sandwich was tasteless and drowning in sauce so much that the bread was very soggy and inedible. The fries were ok but it's hard to get those wrong. Airport food is known for being overpriced and not the best but this place won the award for worst experience at an airport so far. The actual decor of the restaurant is really nice hence 2 stars and not 1 but we can't eat that. Don't recommend at all.

Good food, good service. I had a hamburger and it was very good. My partner ordered pasta.

Poor customer service. We had to wait a short time (5 minutes) and didn't want to order coffee. We were immediately told it was too busy and we had to leave. There were only two tables occupied.

Nice spot for a cup of coffee and a treat. This Saturday afternoon it was almost deserted, only five tables occupied. The view over the airport is okay though.

Great spot to spot some planes with a local beer from Noordt Brewery.

Delicious lunch, midday snack, friendly service! The food is served quickly and well, as you'd expect at an airport, where everyone is always in a hurry. It's before customs, so everyone can enjoy a good lunch (or something else) here. And watch the planes from the panorama deck.

I have physical complaints that caused my small stomach to explain this, but I was not allowed to order a children's menu, it was too busy and by the way, it was not nice to look around

We were delayed from 1850 to 2050. It is horrible that no meal can be eaten except a sandwich from the refrigerator or tomato soup! Everyone around us wanted to eat! A sausage wasn't even made! It's horrible that a restaurant closes while the hall is full of delays. Staff are crying, you want to make turnover, right? But no, I'd rather clean everything and close it 😢 Closing when delays are over is better option!!!! No entrepreneurs, take a salary and leave, the rest is not interesting to them and I was not the only one, especially among 30 people, which was very annoying!
