Head office does nothing with meat that is not good in Roosendaal. Yesterday 5 complaints, night diarrhea, but must go through bureaucracy and complaint form that is forwarded and restaurant what must be taken.... If not then you can email again.... Meat that is not good must NOW leave the kitchen!!!!!

I would like to inform you that the Kruidvat lady made a mistake in giving me one voucher. It turns out she was supposed to give two, so she gave me one. I have now received two vouchers through Kruidvat. My friend, who paid yesterday, is bringing both vouchers. He will give you the code I received via Kruidvat via email. Second question? We didn't have dessert, no ice cream, nothing. Third question: We didn't have the two children's burgers because the waiter made a mistake. We thought they were two chicken burgers, but instead he brought two beef burgers, even though we are Hindustani. He didn't correct it, but we still had to pay. My friend postponed the amount because the police were called. Even though I have proof that Kruidvat allows me to feed four people, plus an email confirmation that I can eat with four adults. The lady put the wrong amounts on the receipt, first €191, then €174.50. She was very chaotic and refused to give the money back. And they're not very helpful either. We didn't even get a proper meal and didn't get anything. Kind regards, Roberto jangbahadoer P.S. I'm sorry I ranted, that's my mistake. We made a reservation three weeks ago, and the day before, we received a reminder about our reservation. Four people traveled separately to Amersfoort, and it turned out the restaurant was permanently closed. It's outrageous that you weren't informed of this. The holding company's response was appalling. They were passing the buck, and we couldn't do anything about it, and we were also affected. As an umbrella organization with a single reservation system, you could have informed people. Mentioned it on the website and informed guests on social media, etc., instead of making people travel for nothing and seeing their planned night out fall through. Adequate compensation would have been appropriate.

Since the pandemic, we've regularly had food delivered for four people. The last few times have gone downhill considerably. Sloppily packaged, almost cold, often delivered late, impossible to reach on the phone. Stingy with satay sauce, recently out of fries sauce, and no response to a complaint about it. The second star is because the meat was still good and we always enjoyed it in the past. But we've stopped now.

Beautiful building, although De Beren will be moving soon. It is the head office and I gave chair massage there. You cannot eat or take away there. It is a commercial building

I wrote a review about the delivery guy at Crabbenhof Dordrecht. No response at all. I only asked who checked the outgoing dishes and kept an eye on the "cooks." Several people mentioned the "quality"... and we, and others like us, will never order from them again.

We placed an order on Saturday evening through the website. We received a confirmation email for pickup. We arrived at the store at the agreed-upon time, and guess what, the store was closed😬😬. Absolutely terrible! Why were we allowed to place an order even though the store was closed, especially on a Saturday evening? You call other nearby locations and are fobbed off with the words: "Everyone has their own business and their own responsibilities, we can't vouch for that." We also couldn't get in anywhere because it was so busy. So, no food on a Saturday evening! Bears, I'm so disappointed in you😞

We asked the head office a question, and they said they couldn't help us and sent us back to the local store. After this the connection was immediately disconnected, bad service!!!! The food, on the other hand, is always excellent!

Very mediocre shop. Took two hours and three phone calls before the food finally arrived. Food was ok, but there are better places than this one.

I completely disagree with the negative reviews. It was clean, cleaner than the rest of the hospital. The woman who helped me was incredibly friendly. The only thing that could be improved is the prices... a croissant and a small bottle of fruit juice for €5.15 is a bit steep in my opinion. The croissant, however, was delicious and fresh, even still a little warm!

Delicious lunch, 12 o'clock, friendly service! The food is served quickly and well, as you would expect at an airport, where everyone is always in a hurry. It's still before customs, so everyone can enjoy a good lunch (or something else) here. And watch the planes on the panoramic deck.

Vandaag 9 februari 2025 heb ik geprobeerd een afspraak te maken om daar te gaan eten, maar per telefoon kun je geen afspraak maken wegens dat de telefoon is afgesloten en op site stond ook een 06 nummer werd ook niet opgenomen en berichten kon je ook niet achter laten ben nog langs gegaan en alles was gesloten en bordje met een reden was niet te vinden
