Chico's Pizza & Pide in Centrum

We ordered a pizza and a kapsalon from this place. The delivery went well and was fast. The bag where the food was in was completely drenched in moisture from the heat. The pizza box was wet and full of oil. The food was cold, the kapsalon had ingredients on it that were not listed in the description. And the pizza looked and tasted as if it was reheated from a day before. For a place that is supposed to be "specialized" in pizzas, the pizzas were very mid.

Very bad... my friend and I broke the toilet because after eating the pizza with a wet box and the hot wings that were loose in the bag, everything soaked through, we got stomach aches that weren't normal. Terrible, and we will never order from here again!!!!

The pizza was cold, all the sauces, plus the extra ones I ordered, were forgotten. When I ordered Sunday night, the neighbors rang their doorbell. The only positive thing about this meal was the smiling man on the pizza box.

We were positively surprised by how good Etli ekmek tasted! We had to wait a long time (almost 30 minutes), but for us that day it was no problem and worth the wait.

We ordered lahmacun, but later we found out that it was delivered by another restaurant. They heated up a ready-made frozen lahmacun and served it to us. It was the worst lahmacun I have ever eaten: cold, tasteless and bland. While frozen lahmacun is sold outside for only 50 cents, we were presented with an extremely high bill. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Very bad!

BAH! I waited an hour for 2 hamburgers and a lahmacun.. well it arrives, I open my container and I see this, what poor service! Burger was still raw and vegetables were not fresh, isn't that possible? I try it every time with your chicos but it's over and I'll never eat with you again!

Dryest fries I've ever had. It was like eating old potatoes. No salt or other spices, nothing. Delivery person took over 1.45 hours to deliver, and when I called the business they let the phone ring more than 6 times in 10 minutes. Döner was passable, but because the delivery person was on the road for more than 1 hour, my food was completely lukewarm/cold. Way too overpriced for what they give you, don't do it

Kapsalon cold, no garlic, delivery took a long time. When you call the company you are told that it is not his fault and that he is not going to do anything. Worthless tent. For such crappy service and food they should give your money back. But there wasn't even a new meal in it.

I just ordered kapsalon with rice with my girlfriend I had never heard of it and had never eaten it but sowwwee was so delicious I also asked for extra sauces and that's what I got I expected it in there but I didn't clearly admit that I wanted it in there. You should definitely try kapsalon with rice!!!! Thank you chef ❤️

Ordered via home delivery, never received confirmation and food arrived much too late.

Today I ordered from this restaurant for the first and last time via Thuisbezorg. Because delivery people sometimes make a mistake in the address, I provided delivery instructions under comments. Especially because the residents of the address where delivery people sometimes make mistakes have no difficulty in receiving meals they did not order. Nevertheless, I received a message that the order had been delivered even though no one had showed up at my door. When I opened the door, I could just see the delivery person driving away from the infamous address. When I called the restaurant about this, I was told that the delivery person had asked the resident of the address where the order was delivered if he had ordered it via Thuisbezorg. And that this person would have confirmed that. And that I would have to go and get the order there myself. The owner refused to fix the mistake made by their delivery person. And disconnected.

Ordered food today, had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes and then ice cold food that was delivered. Never ordering food here again. Called the case and there is not even a contact person you can go to. Never have it delivered here again!!
