I came there they had no gloves on and where serving people food he just sprayed a cleaning product its disgusting i said if he can put on gloves the old man and the guy started screaming at me they said that i needed to leave the store DONT EAT YOU FOOD HERE THEY HAVE DIRTY HANDS AND NO KINDNESS!!

So yummy and such friendly people! Would recommend 10/10 good portion size

I've been coming here for years, but I always kind of took this little place for granted until owner Mohammed recently surprised me with a lovely gesture. Regarding the food: it seems like the quality just keeps improving over the years. I think it's one of the tastiest döner and durum in Arnhem. And as a meat eater, I sometimes even give in and order a falafel sandwich, they're so good. The sandwiches are always well-filled with delicious meat and there's a wide selection of salads and sauces, so you can have your sandwich prepared exactly to your liking. Besides the friendly staff, as mentioned, owner Mohammed is also very involved in the neighborhood and supports local initiatives. So, all the more reason to eat your sandwich here! 🙏🏼

Sadly, they no longer offer veal doner, but only chicken skin doner. Such a shame, as they were so well-known for their veal doner among many Arnhem residents.

I'd read about this place before: the best falafel in Arnhem—and it's absolutely true! Not factory-made or wholesale falafel, but truly well-prepared, fresh falafel. The fries are also nicely seasoned. You get a large portion with each dish. The only downside: it's incredibly hot inside, small, and a tight wait. In the summer, you'll love going outside, but in the winter, that's not really an option. Maybe rearrange the space? In short: the best falafel in Arnhem.

The (chicken only) döner products are what you expect from döner. Not too greasy, good in flavour and plenty of vegetable options to pick from. The falafel is not good in my opinion. I understand that plenty of people love it here, but it's too crispy on the outside and too dry on the inside for me. Service is proper, tho a little more care into rolling the durum and lahmacun would be appreciated. I rated the atmosphere so low because it's basically just a pickup corner. They have outside seating, but given its location it would never be a great atmosphere.

Get any food. Brilliant. Especially Mitano dish. Always a sure thing to get food food and value for your money.

Vooropgesteld: de Turkse pizza was meestal lekker en betaalbaar. Maar waar ik op ben afgehaakt is: - niet altijd even vriendelijk, ongeïnteresseerd - er hangt een spanning binnen - kregen het voor elkaar ruzie te maken (verbaal agressief) met mijn partner omdat die niet betaald zou hebben terwijl het wél betaald was via pin. Nadat ‘ie bankierenapp liet zien werden ze rustiger. - toppunt waarom ik niet meer ga is omdat personeel op bankje aan de overkant “hangt” en naar vrouwen “sist”.

The falafel is really fantastic. As far as I understand it is not factory stuff but they make it themselves. And I think that is correct. What a delicious durum falafel. Well worth the detour. The shop is quite small, and the men work hard to keep up with the demand. Sometimes it can be a bit confusing with who is already being served and who can order. Maybe a turn system with numbers? Because staying to eat is very limited. The falafel is so good that all inconveniences disappear immediately. Maybe the best in the Netherlands?

Very busy which speaks for itself, friendlynand quick. The food was delicious, all the reviews are true. A small shop more for take away. If you ask for salad with your doner...be a little more specific or you will end up with olives and red cabbage in your food.... which was my mistake. Very filling and worth the price!

After a long time I ate a falafel sandwich again. The falafel is freshly prepared on site. Tasted good. It is more for takeaway and ordering. The thing is A bit cramped and doesn't look very attractive, but the taste experience makes up for it all.

Very stingy with chicken doner on mitano dish, I have been a customer of yours for years, but what has happened lately is unacceptable, man, you are being sneaky, aren't you? 80% bulgur, 10% chicken, 10% lettuce and only paying for 9 euros, this has become a joke in the past. For 5 to 6 euros I got a really nice mitano dish from you and your new staff is also a real joke and has little respect for the customers......

Very tasty falafel (home made) and kebab (halal). Everything super fresh. Mainly focused on takeaway, eating on site is less pleasant.

Everything was great except the guy who was making my döner was touching everything with his bare hands.

꽤 맛있는 편입니다. 터키쉬 피자 가성비가 훌륭하네요. 음식이 빨리 나오는 것도 좋았습니다. 식성 따라 다르겠지만 튀르키예 음식들이 다 그렇듯 조금 짭니다. 팔라펠은 제 취향은 아니었습니다. 겉이 너무 딱딱하고 탄 맛이 났습니다.

Ze doen het hier perfect! Eten is erg lekker , kwaliteit vers en smaakvol. Vrolijke mensen en aardige mensen, ze staan voor de klant klaar en daar wordt ik blij van.

Mijn lievelingsplek in Arnhem om eten te halen. Het eten is altijd goed gevuld, ook met lekkere groente, olijven en lekkere sausjes. Pizza's ook aan te raden. Eten snel klaar. Leuke sfeer. Kom er al jaren. Je kan ook leuk buiten zitten. :)

We komen hier af en toe in de pauze een lekkere dürüm halen. Altijd vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten. Genoeg keuze voor groentes en sausjes bij de falafel of kipdöner. Falafel is hier erg lekker! We komen snel weer langs!

Lekker snel en vriendelijk Edit: een jaar later, en ik moet zeggen dat we inmiddels bij Mitano als onze donderdag middag " fallaffeldag" hebben uitgeroepen! Door het lekkere eten, verste producten en vriendelijke service is het altijd een plezier om hier te bestellen (we halen altijd direct af) .Dus als je in Arnhem bent, en je hebt trek! bestel hier!
