Food superrrrr Atmosphere is a bit cool in terms of light and color. But food is great.

Had a delicious meal with my Chinese food club. New experience, but definitely worth repeating!

We needed comfort take away food on the first night in Amsterdam. New side dish of fried dumplings with shrimps is very nice. Noodle is good too. Very nice clean space and friendly and courteous staff.

The food was extremely disappointing. I am a Chinese person and this is definitely not authentic Chinese food. The Chinese crepes were soggy and could have been crispier and thicker. The Dan Dan noodles arrived warm, not hot. There was a layer of oil on top of the noodles that didn’t add any flavour to the dish. If you have grown up in Asia and are used to eating at local Chinese restaurants, you would find this place an extremely watered down version of real Chinese food. For 67 euros, the food was not worth it. The ice cream dessert was of sub-par, poor quality ice cream and chocolate sprinkles. :(

If you want to try something different AND delicious , "biang-biang" noodles are the way to go! You finally understand why and where the Italians got pasta. #chineseOG. And just like the Italians after these noodles you don't need to eat the rest of the day anymore hahaha

It's a nice place with authentic Chinese flavors. We've had some side dishes and noodles. All the flavours are saturated and rich. For those who are looking for more Szechuan peppercorn numbness, there is quite some Szechuan flavor but no numbness. The warmer dishes are perfect for the colder weather 😊

The Chinese crepes were fantastic. The noodle dishes were so so. I highly recommend that you get the classic Chinese crepe. The staff was very kind, helpful and attentive. I'll definitely go back to here to eat more crepes.

We had a delicious meal with a group of 6 Asians and the quality of the noodles and broth was very good. Delicious side dishes included. And because of this late lunch I only had a snack in the evening. Very filling.

This used to be our favorite casual restaurant, but the last two times we went, it was really bad. They used to bring proper spicy food, now it's toned down so much, you can't feel it. For the first time, I needed to add a lot of salt to Chinese food, and I don't even eat salty. The cumin noodles were just terrible, no taste at all. Something changed with this place and it's not good anymore.

I love biang biang noodles. #1 on the menu. Thick and chewy noodles. Ask for extra spicy if you want spicy. I like it the way it is. Garlic breath warning - they serve it with a nice pile of minced garlic. Lekker lekker lekker. I do have to remove one star because the pricing is painful. 7.5 euros for a small wonton soup with no noodles and only 3 wontons feels bad man.

Enjoyed refined Chinese. Nothing greasy or bulky, but tasty good portions. Be surprised by the hot and cold side dishes. Great for use in advance.

This is the best Chinese in Amsterdam. Dan Dan noodle is incredible and their cold dishes to start are also great. Very nice people too.

Mainly pasta. I ate the long-lost pancake fruit. If there are two people together, you can order one portion first, or order different flavors, because it will be served in two and a half portions, making it easy to share. Personally, I think wide noodles taste better than thin noodles.

The food, service and atmosphere are all superb, I cannot easily give three or five stars.

A very simple and not expensive place with delicious food. Highly recommend the wide noodles with pork and tomatoes (#1 on the menu). Personnel is very friendly, attentive and fast.

Delicious noodles, our favorite being dandan noodles. Hand made “gyoza” are wonderful too. One of the only restaurants worth visiting to eat tasty Chinese noodles!

Quite authentic and delicious Chinese noodles close to Amstelveen and Adam Zuid. Can definitely recommend the pancake (JianBing) and the Dan Dan noodles. The place is also clean and tidy. Service was good. Good experiences overall.

Greatest hits of various Chinese cuisines, all of which hit the spot. The zhajiang noodles and jianbing are the highlights of a generally great menu.

The portion is a little too small and you are not full, so you have to cover it with rice. No more claypot rice

Nice restaurant and nice food. I like the cold dish beef. Also tried some other food . It’s also nice . But for the noodle I think it’s too thick maybe need more time to be cooked hope the restaurant can improve it.

Wonton soup 17.50 The soup was very salty and contained some egg noodles and 5 wontons. Very scanty.

Tried Beijing style Duck pancake. If the pancake can be thicker and more crispy, that’s will be even better.

We went here to find some sechuan peppercorn dish. We had 1 noodle soup with the peppercorn and the tomatoe pork noodle dish. I loved there bouncy fat noodle, dish could have a bit extra Spice in my opinion but I can imagine the average Dutch customer would not appreciate it. Will visit again

I have enjoyed coming there from the second day they are open! The owner and his wife are very sweet, attentive people! The owner works in the kitchen and his wife serves. I always eat there very well! I don't like coriander and they always take that into account. I always like to take my friends with me to get acquainted with their dishes. A nice little restaurant, which doesn't look like much but whose food was good. Prices are OK for Amsterdam, the restaurant is quiet but ex-centric. A car or a good walk is necessary, after the restaurant, although good, is not worth such a big detour if you are staying in the heart of the capital.

Good eatery, prices are a bit expensive. Jianbings (Beijing style crepe) are tasty, but the variation with sausage is a real disappointment because that "sausage" was just plain sausage. Guoti dumpling was tasty.

Such a gem that you want to keep for yourself while the whole world should know that the food here is 10/10. Really crazy. No matter how often we pick up takeaway or eat here, it never gets boring. And every time the food is just as great. Highly recommended!! The Jian Bing in particular is a must.

If you’re looking for noodles with strong beef bouillon, this is the place. Delicious, but heavy. The service was good.

If you are looking for Chinese style noodles or Chinese savoury crepes, this is a great spot to visit. Menu focuses on noodle bowls, a few rice bowls and savoury crepes. I found the flavour of the biang biang I ordered delicate overall. Would be interested to try something with a bit more punch.

Our favorite restaurant in Amsterdam. We come here again and again for authentic and tasty Chinese food. The food is perfect every time. Here you can taste the love in the food!

Interesting place. The wonton soup appetizer we got was a bit too salty. Everything else was average! My friend really likes the spicy Dan Dan noodles. I got the Lap Cheung rice which I thought was nice and subtle for my liking.

Delicious food and very friendly service! The biangbiang noodles are really worth traveling for. Come eat them fresh and don't pick them up!

I don't understand the good reviews of this restaurant. We were very disappointed. The thin noodles are from a package. The dan dan noodles were extremely greasy. The clear soups were nothing special. By the way, we really liked the crepe! I definitely recommend that!

Actual 3.5-4 pieces🌟, the biang biang noodles are very chewy and delicious😋, but a little salty, there are some salt lumps in the dish that are not stirred up, the meal is prepared and delivered quickly.

Shredded potatoes, beef noodles and clay pot rice are all recommended, but the pancakes and fruits are just so-so.

As a non Chinese, I can only say that the food tastes great! New flavors, unexpected textures and combinations, very well executed. The biangbiang noodles are pleasantly chewy and take the flavour of the broth well, the Dandan noodles are not overly spicy. The tables by the window are nicer.

Heel blij deze plek te hebben "gevonden". Heel erg lekker eten, echt heerlijk. Lief personeel, mooi en simpel van binnen. We zaten een uur na sluitingstijd nog binnen na te kletsen en hier werd absoluut niet moeilijk over gedaan. De hand pulled noodles stelden absoluut niet teleur. Ik vroeg of een bepaald gerecht met (andere) noodles ook met de hand pulled noodles kon en dat was geen probleem. Geen foto's want toen was het eten al op...

I liked the spicy dan dan noodles

Was benieuwd naar de recensies. 3 noodles besteld, biang/dan dan en wonton noodles. Alleen de brede noodles van de biang biang noodles leek zelf gemaakt. De andere 2 noodles waren uit een pakje, op zich niks mis mee, maar de 3 noodles waren niet echt lekker naar mijn smaak, heb uren erna ook nog enorme dorst gekregen, ging niet weg. De service wat moet ik daar van zeggen. Als ik contact wilde maken zaten ze op hun mobiel. 1 vd staff keek echt de hele tijd of ze er echt niet wilde (je lacht tegen haar en ze keek zielloos terug, doe op z’n minst of je zin heb in je werk) zijn en deed alles echt traag en op haar gemak. Andere staff was iets vriendelijker.

Heerlijk geluncht met de traditionele brede noodles en heerlijke saus. Het miso soepje paste er perfect bij.

A taste of home!!! Beijing jianbing!!! As a local Beijinger, the JianBing( pancake or wrap) is really good!!! Noodles is not exactly like Sichuan dandanmian but very tasty. Who cares the name if the food is great. The shop offers lots of local street food, good price, clean, good quality. Cold spicy beef tender is my favorite. Hardly to find any shop would spend so much time rolling the beef and tender like old Beijingers. 👍👍👍👍👍

Best Chinese noodle soup in the Netherlands! I love Chinese food and have really high standard but this place was fantastic! Side dishes were nice but wish it had more portion. But their noodle soups are unbelievable. I will definitively come back here!

I definitely recommend the place! Great food, especially traditional Chinese noodles. There are quite some options, varying from light to the heavy/intense taste, and all are delicious. You can also choose between different shapes of noodles and fillings (e.g beef or pork). Portions are generous. Staff is charming, always ready to explain/give recommendations.
