China Supreme in Buitenveldert-West

Ordered here via Uber. The restaurant canceled the order without giving a reason just before the delivery driver was supposed to pick it up and deliver it. I was then charged the bill because the restaurant had already started preparing the food.

I ordered the Biang Biang noodles and they were delicious. I ordered them for dinner to take away and they were ready in just 7 minutes. The hand pulled noodles are really tasty, the meat is so soft and tender and they were all so juicy. Looking forward to ordering again and trying out other dishes.

Authentic chinese food. We had Biang Biang noodles and they were super tasty. Everything was fresh and well balanced. Definitely recommend it.

I ordered a large portion of Sui Kao soup today at China Supreme through Uber. I was totally disappointed ☹️ The small portion with three pieces of Sui Kau costs 9,75 euros. I ordered the large portion which I paid 20 euros plus delivery fee for (almost 25 euros with service costs). However, the large portion has only 5 pieces. I thought it should be at least 6 or 7 pieces, given the price. Additionally, 1 piece of Sui Kai was not even a full piece. It was half a piece and there was not even any meat inside. The soup was also quite salty. In my opinion, I paid too much for what I got. I called them by phone and asked about this but I only got rude responses from the staff there. I will not come back here to have dinner anymore!

The food gets a solid 10+. The hand-pulled noodles are highly recommended. The atmosphere is a bit simple and cool; I'd like to improve it a bit. The tables and chairs are the same. The staff is incredibly friendly, but a bit clumsy. The serving of food is completely out of time. But honestly, any other restaurant would have scored this one star less. The food more than makes up for the shortcomings!

The vegetables weren't cooked properly, they were rock hard. And the beef smelled funky.

Absolutely delicious! The beef tendon dry noodles, available only for in-house use, are amazing! 🥹 The beef melts in your mouth and is incredibly flavorful. The teriyaki chicken rice is pretty average; the rice is Thai long-grain, not Japanese. The prices are reasonable, and the staff all speak Cantonese.

We went out for lunch with a group of 11 on a Thursday. The food was amazing, the Tsingtao was cold and service was great. Many of us had noodles or rice dishes, which were equally amazing. Would definitely stop by if I’m in the area!

Last night, the two of us had a wonderful meal at China Suprème. Whatever you order, it's always delicious. The service is perfect, and the food is very flavorful. I had an okra salad with a surprisingly delicious sweet and sour sauce as a starter. I ordered the special, the Beef Rib Biang Biang noodles, and I will definitely order them again when I'm in the area. It was delicious 😋 the meat just falls off the bone.

Was okay but a little but greasy for me. Desserts was amazing though!

We ended up at this restaurant by chance. Upon entering, we were kindly welcomed by the owner. We ordered the handmade noodles with pork, the savory pancakes and the wontong soup. Already during the ride home we could not resist the delicious smells and ate the pancakes and later at home the rest. Everything was perfectly seasoned and super fresh. We will come back here soon to try the rest of the dishes.

Absolutely five stars! This is an authentic Chinese restaurant run by real Beijingers. You can tell they put a lot of thought into ingredient selection—everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. The flavors are spot on and truly bring out the essence of northern Chinese cuisine. I was especially impressed by their new dish: Beef Rib Biangbiang Noodles. The beef ribs were tender and flavorful, the chili oil was aromatic without being overpowering, and the noodles had the perfect chewy texture. A must-try if you’re into authentic Chinese food!

The Chinese crêpe wasn't what we expected and it was quite expensive. The crêpe lacked flavour, the noodles I had last time had flavour.

We tried the dan dan noodles and biang biang noodles, and both were really tasty and had great textures. It was so flavorful and it is a solid spot for people that love all things noodly. We tried the Dan Dan Noodles and Biang Biang Noodles, both were very delicious and had a great texture. Rich in flavor, this is definitely a good place for anyone who loves all kinds of pasta!

I ordered the Cha Xiu Noodle, which is a little too salty and greasy for me! Also the meat are too thick and big pieces! But the other starter dish — spicy beef is good! The waitress is super nice and friendly, excellent service!

Great food! I enjoyed the beef noodles and the biangbiang noodles. The shrimp toasts were excellent. The pancake wraps were very good, both classic and shrimp versions. Just try to improve a little on the service and this would be a perfect restaurant.

Ordered the teriyaki chicken. It's a bit of a shame that you get a container with dry rice, 3 broccoli stalks, 4 carrot slices, some dry fried chicken and a plastic bottle of soy to give it a salty taste. Mediocre and certainly not worth the 18 euros. Soup with dumplings was ok. But 9.50 for a cup of soup?

i love the jian bing but it could be better if it had a little bit extra sauce and a bit more meat! the staff is really nice and i love the shaved ice as well, one of my go to chinese restaurants (from a chinese girl)

Everything fresh and home made. Super friendly owner (tho he is a little shy 🙈 at first). Shrimp toast and panfried dumpling were my fav. They taste great even the next day after air-frying.

Highly recommend the cumin noodle with wide pulled noodle. Food was served quickly and the female staff with glasses was very attentive and caring. Don't wear white as the soup will splash a bit.

The food was extremely disappointing. I am a Chinese person and this is definitely not authentic Chinese food. The Chinese crepes were soggy and could have been crispier and thicker. The Dan Dan noodles arrived warm, not hot. There was a layer of oil on top of the noodles that didn’t add any flavour to the dish. If you have grown up in Asia and are used to eating at local Chinese restaurants, you would find this place an extremely watered down version of real Chinese food. For 67 euros, the food was not worth it. The ice cream dessert was of sub-par, poor quality ice cream and chocolate sprinkles. :(

It's a nice place with authentic Chinese flavors. We've had some side dishes and noodles. All the flavours are saturated and rich. For those who are looking for more Szechuan peppercorn numbness, there is quite some Szechuan flavor but no numbness. The warmer dishes are perfect for the colder weather 😊

The Chinese crepes were fantastic. The noodle dishes were so so. I highly recommend that you get the classic Chinese crepe. The staff was very kind, helpful and attentive. I'll definitely go back to here to eat more crepes.

We had a delicious meal with a group of 6 Asians and the quality of the noodles and broth was very good. Delicious side dishes included. And because of this late lunch I only had a snack in the evening. Very filling.

This used to be our favorite casual restaurant, but the last two times we went, it was really bad. They used to bring proper spicy food, now it's toned down so much, you can't feel it. For the first time, I needed to add a lot of salt to Chinese food, and I don't even eat salty. The cumin noodles were just terrible, no taste at all. Something changed with this place and it's not good anymore.

I love biang biang noodles. #1 on the menu. Thick and chewy noodles. Ask for extra spicy if you want spicy. I like it the way it is. Garlic breath warning - they serve it with a nice pile of minced garlic. Lekker lekker lekker. I do have to remove one star because the pricing is painful. 7.5 euros for a small wonton soup with no noodles and only 3 wontons feels bad man.

This is the best Chinese in Amsterdam. Dan Dan noodle is incredible and their cold dishes to start are also great. Very nice people too.

Mainly pasta. I ate the long-lost pancake fruit. If there are two people together, you can order one portion first, or order different flavors, because it will be served in two and a half portions, making it easy to share. Personally, I think wide noodles taste better than thin noodles.

A very simple and not expensive place with delicious food. Highly recommend the wide noodles with pork and tomatoes (#1 on the menu). Personnel is very friendly, attentive and fast.

Delicious noodles, our favorite being dandan noodles. Hand made “gyoza” are wonderful too. One of the only restaurants worth visiting to eat tasty Chinese noodles!

Quite authentic and delicious Chinese noodles close to Amstelveen and Adam Zuid. Can definitely recommend the pancake (JianBing) and the Dan Dan noodles. The place is also clean and tidy. Service was good. Good experiences overall.

Greatest hits of various Chinese cuisines, all of which hit the spot. The zhajiang noodles and jianbing are the highlights of a generally great menu.

The portion is a little too small and you are not full, so you have to cover it with rice. No more claypot rice

Tried Beijing style Duck pancake. If the pancake can be thicker and more crispy, that’s will be even better.

We went here to find some sechuan peppercorn dish. We had 1 noodle soup with the peppercorn and the tomatoe pork noodle dish. I loved there bouncy fat noodle, dish could have a bit extra Spice in my opinion but I can imagine the average Dutch customer would not appreciate it. Will visit again

I have enjoyed coming there from the second day they are open! The owner and his wife are very sweet, attentive people! The owner works in the kitchen and his wife serves. I always eat there very well! I don't like coriander and they always take that into account. I always like to take my friends with me to get acquainted with their dishes. A nice little restaurant, which doesn't look like much but whose food was good. Prices are OK for Amsterdam, the restaurant is quiet but ex-centric. A car or a good walk is necessary, after the restaurant, although good, is not worth such a big detour if you are staying in the heart of the capital.

Good eatery, prices are a bit expensive. Jianbings (Beijing style crepe) are tasty, but the variation with sausage is a real disappointment because that "sausage" was just plain sausage. Guoti dumpling was tasty.

Such a gem that you want to keep for yourself while the whole world should know that the food here is 10/10. Really crazy. No matter how often we pick up takeaway or eat here, it never gets boring. And every time the food is just as great. Highly recommended!! The Jian Bing in particular is a must.

If you are looking for Chinese style noodles or Chinese savoury crepes, this is a great spot to visit. Menu focuses on noodle bowls, a few rice bowls and savoury crepes. I found the flavour of the biang biang I ordered delicate overall. Would be interested to try something with a bit more punch.

Interesting place. The wonton soup appetizer we got was a bit too salty. Everything else was average! My friend really likes the spicy Dan Dan noodles. I got the Lap Cheung rice which I thought was nice and subtle for my liking.
