Limited selection. Babipani looked like stew, very mediocre, and the quantity of Peking duck wasn't very tasty either. Tasty service, very friendly, and limited soft drinks available. I wouldn't recommend it.

Have been a customer for years, recently called back for food, it would be ready, waited another half hour, the food was really not good for 2 people and both were very sick, asked for my stamp and got a very blunt, unheard of answer, as did the people before me, this woman who helped me should find another job, totally unfriendly and the food was unbearable. They have lost us as customers for many years.

The last time I'll get anything here! I called an hour and a half beforehand to ask if the food would be ready at 5:30, which was no problem. I still had to wait a good half hour, even though I was one of the first to pick up my order. Then I had to pay extra for the sambal I requested, even though I ordered almost €100 worth of food, not to mention the wait time. No excuse :-( When I got home, I missed an extra portion of noodles, which isn't the first time... Then the food: the babi pangkang tasted sour and the tenderloin was way too salty. In short, nothing special! Only the nasi and tjap tjoi were okay. So, this is definitely the last time I'll get takeout here. They're just good at getting the bill quickly!

Very tasty Chinese, with friendly staff. Adjusting a dish due to allergies is no problem at all. Calling in advance is recommended due to high traffic. The indicated times when the food is ready are generally reasonable, although there is some delay when it is very busy. In the past years (10+) only had 3 times that an order was incorrect. Always neatly and quickly resolved without problems and always friendly and helpful.

Takeout only, so the restaurant itself doesn't matter. I don't go there for the atmosphere, but honestly, the food is simply delicious. It's probably a good thing you can't see into the kitchen, but whatever, everything is absolutely fantastic! Even the constant sighing from the staff is a given. I love going there!

Unfortunately another bad experience with a very long wait. This can happen once... but more often is just annoying. Part of the order was ready earlier and was then placed in a warming box for more than half an hour. Unfortunately, this food was no longer warm when we started eating it. The food was ready 45 minutes later than the communicated time. oh yes, and then they forgot to make the noodles... so maybe I wanted nasi after all... because that was faster... Food was tasty, but the price for what you got was way too expensive (monthly menu in December). Sambal or prawn crackers were not even asked for and we did not receive either. Waited a long time for food. Never again.

This company needs to be overhauled and have more respect for its customers. Being fobbed off with a bag of prawn crackers is not really compensation.

Last week we had another delicious meal at Chinese/Cantonese restaurant Fine Food. The shrimp and broccoli had the perfect bite and the sauce was perfect! Friendly service! What does a man want more!

Placed order by telephone at 6:45 PM, it would be ready at 7:15 PM. (Basket menu + chicken satay + portion of prawn crackers. Upon arrival, someone who still had to order at the counter went home early. 7:55 PM our food is not ready. When we got home, instead of extra noodles, the order included a large bowl of nasi. The food tastes good, but in future no more telephone orders and extra checks on location to ensure that the food is packaged correctly.

It took a very long time for food to arrive, telephone orders clearly take precedence, if we had not already paid, we would have walked away. Food was relatively good. But very unfortunate. Felt treated very poorly.

Worst "chinese" food ever! The delivery took over an hour. When food finally got here it was simply disappointing. Duck with Ketjap sauce came in a Container with 95% vegetables and barely any sauce or meat. So what's the point of paying EXTRA for your side dish if you end up eating plain noodles/rice since you didn't get any sauce. The few pieces of duck are chewy and the duck skin is soaked and therefor so soggy that's it's inedible. Charging almost 18EUR for that is actually fraud.

We had to wait 1 hour for our food before it was ready. (takeaway). I think that's a lot of time for noodles with babi pangang and babi ketjap. But I can't complain about the taste of the food. Because it tasted good. Next time I will order by phone. I hope we don't have to wait that long. So that's why 3 stars

I order Koloe kai with sauce separately, I don't get any sauce with it, when I want to call about it, the receiver is just next to it, busy 10 times. It was supposed to be busy but there was no one before me and no one after me. I'll come back in six months to see if things are improving there. Food is good but everything around it could be much better.

Very bad thing. After 20 years of being a customer.... If you place an order by telephone, and then you come home and the dishes turn out to be incorrect and you then call and they casually say that the numbers on the menu have recently changed and that it is actually just our own mistake... They weren't the smartest ones to help you at the counter, but then they also treated you that way on the phone... well, sorry, but that's not how a good restaurant treats its regular customers. Bunch of idiots!!!

Called the 1st today at 5:56 pm I was put on hold This took 8 minutes and I printed it out and called it for the 2nd time Was put on hold again and it took 2 minutes before I got someone on the phone again.
