Chinees Indisch Restaurant Baolong in Franeker

We've picked up food here several times now and are very satisfied. I don't really understand the negative reviews; just because you don't like something doesn't necessarily mean it's the preparation. They were closed for a while due to renovations, but thankfully they're open again now. We'll be ordering again soon. I've prepared food in the kitchen at my restaurant myself, so I know how it should taste. We also love Asian cuisine and often prepare special dishes.

With all due respect, what comes out of the kitchen here has nothing to do with tasty food. The Gado Gado is prepared here with an unappetizing dish of only bean sprouts, a dollop of Chinese peanut sauce, and an egg. The sign on the facade says "Chinese Indonesian Restaurant." So, you'd expect a good Gado Gado. I hope they listen to their customers and use the criticism to improve their products.

The nasi ramus special was unfortunately not that special this time: 1 satay stick, 1 chicken leg that was too hard and some stew that was quickly heated up made the meal insufficient.

Delicious food, right in the city center. Friendly service. They want to make you feel welcome.

Just a decent Chinese restaurant where there are still numbers on the menu and a hatch to the kitchen where all sorts of things happen. And all very recognizable dishes No modern concepts that only drive up the price. A Chinese restaurant, as it should be. Really great!!

Got a menu yesterday, I think I forgot salt and herbs. Tasteless and dirty. Peanut sauce was dried out, satay dry. Never get there again.

Really bad, I had already read something but I thought it wouldn't be too bad, no, really bad, no taste in the dishes and the noodles smelled and tasted old and mealy. I had a weekly menu of €25.50, so paying is almost €30 for the plastic containers, which I don't mind as long as it tastes good. I am 62 years old and have already taken away a lot of food, but it really didn't taste like anything. Too bad, it's only €30 and now I'm going to make a cheese sandwich. 90% of the food is in the garbage bin 😦

Some time ago, 10 people ordered food and had it delivered, 4 of whom got food poisoning, had telephone contact with the restaurant in question, but could not get an excuse or compensation.

Tip to restaurant owner, do something about the front building and entrance. This can help you get a lot more business.

What a hassle about the plastic surcharge that everyone has to deal with, those few euros don't matter to me, the food is always top notch and delicious, the staff is always friendly, a big 10

I'm a regular customer here. But if you indicate in a response to a customer that you have no choice to charge extra money for the plastic containers. Then that is correct. Apparently you decide the price yourself. At one Chinese restaurant it is 0.40 cents for a monthly menu and here it is 1.60, which is ridiculously high. You now also have to pay 0.25 cents for the sambal. The reason would be that not everyone needs sambal. I always add or say it. So I don't understand. It was stated in the newspaper that this will no longer be enforced, so you can remove the plastic tax again. If you offer the sambal for free again, I will come and get food from you again.

Zeer vriendelijke bediening. De service is snel voor een zeer goede prijs. Zeker aan te raden.

Eten was gewoon niet lekker... taai vlees babipangang kreeg je gewoon niet weg, sate was heel droog roedjak was meer saus dan vlees.... niet weer voor ons helaas

Komen al jaren als wij in ons huisje in Tzummarum zijn wonen zelf in Zeist. Het eten is heerlijk ook halen wij wel eens eten ook goed. Gaan morgenavond weer daar eten

Met de kinderen gezellig gegeten. Geen probleem dat geen enkel tafeltje geschikt was voor 7 personen... Even schuiven met wat tafels en stoelen en de boel was zo gefikst 🙂. Leuke bediening en prima eten voor een prima prijs.

Wij vinden het altijd heerlijk eten bij Linda. Wij gaan vanavond weer een kerstmenu bij hun bestellen.

Niet echt heel professioneel dat het personeel voor gaat zitten roken op het terras. Zouden hier bestellen en later afhalen, toen maar besteld bij Cheung kwong na de tijd.

Gibt nix zu meckern .perfekter Service tolle vielfältige Gerichte .gute Qualität .das Restaurant innen etwas klein aber gemütlich und Asia Touch wenn Mann es so beschreiben darf . Ich kann es sehr empfehlen .
