Great takeout restaurant. Sometimes it tastes better.

Never had such disgusting food, babi pangang was inedible, scandalous, never again, never eaten so bad

I ordered Moksie Meti, and it didn't taste bad. However, the next morning, both my parents and I puked our stomachs empty. It just wasn't good anymore. Unfortunately. Because it didn't taste bad.

The food here is good, too bad it was delivered 45 minutes early. We could easily still be on our way.

Ordered food, didn't arrive at the desired time, plus three containers were simply ripped open, and the sauce and food were mixed together. Poor delivery service, and apparently, telling the time is difficult.

Delivery took and took, in the end it was a mess in the bag, cup of sauce empty and sauce at the bottom of the bag. Order incomplete. Took forever...never here again.

The food was delicious and on time! I spoke to the owner on the phone; he was very friendly. I will definitely order from here again.

Been waiting for over 2.5 hours. After an hour I called to see where it was and it was supposedly just ready. Called again after 45 minutes and the line was still busy. After 10 attempts, the phone was finally answered and immediately hung up. I called again more than half an hour ago and the delivery person was on his way... still nothing delivered.

ordered food via the website, which was made by home delivery paid via ideal, but unfortunately it had a malfunction that meant it did not arrive immediately, but was simply debited. After 2 hours the fault was resolved, and as a surprise the food arrived at 9:00 PM, ok the restaurant can't do anything about it, just heat it up and eat it the next day, which is doable in itself, I do blame them because the nasi was not included, which actually feels a bit like theft. Don't order online via their website, it is 5 years too old, then you will be in for a surprise if you suddenly have to pay 11 euros more! Unfortunately, the owner doesn't want to think along and she only nags at you asking if you want to leave the store Bad thing!

the worst and worst meal order we ever made. Food arrived much too late, even after calling, order was lukewarm, panggang tough, spring roll leek was a greasy squeezed out doormat, satay sauce lukewarm in color and tasteless, egg dish chemical taste, no sambal, prawn crackers or atjar, what a drama, flicked away at home and taken elsewhere , really disgraceful, VWA has a lot of work to do on this, never ever again!

Ridiculous! Order your food, received nothing after 1.5 hours, called. Then every time we heard '5 minutes' 'delivery person had a problem' we never got our food. Canceled and just picked up McDonald's. Scandalous for our guests, no food after 2 hours! If there are problems, we understand. But NO lies. They couldn't find/reach the delivery person at first. Then the final straw, no call backs were received. Very ridiculous.

The food itself is okay, but not a tour de force. What I find annoying is that the order was delivered 1.5 hours late (!), without further explanation or excuse. In addition, we did not receive what we ordered. But really completely different. Finally, we had to heat up the food in the microwave because it had become lukewarm. Shame.

Delivered on time, but something had leaked in the bag, covering everything, the ordered spring roll was at the bottom and was crushed and another ordered item was delivered incorrectly. After a phone call we received a new spring roll, but it immediately ended up in the trash, it was soaked in grease.

Ordered here for the first time via home delivery and only then did we see the many bad reviews... let's just wait and see... it would take an hour... then they rang the bell... as you can see in the photo, this is what you get for 70 euros. The intention for us is to eat it for 2 days... that works fine! We loved the food... enjoy it again tomorrow...

After first explaining that they must let the spring rolls drain well before packing, otherwise they will become soaking wet, and not close them, otherwise the moisture cannot escape, not so, the 2 spring rolls on top of each other, the bottom one torn open and both soaking wet. Not to eat, they still don't understand how to give a spring roll without ruining the crispy crust.

Ordered for the third time because it is delicious. But yesterday it was disappointing, the portions have been halved but the prices are the same, how?? The food was tasty, but I won't order anything anymore for the time being.

After almost 2 hours we received the food.. we received a bag full of sauce, the containers had been opened. This was not accepted and was returned.. an hour later it came again and was very disappointing. Also received little food for almost 30 euros. Not recommended

This is honestly the worst order I have ever had from them. The portions have been halved and prices are more expensive. Now also received spoiled food. No more Kingspalace for us.

Order food this week. The delivery went anything but well. First an incorrect menu was delivered. After almost 2 hours of calling back and forth, a new meal was prepared for me Owner then personally brought the food to me. I can honestly say that the food tasted good. Next time I order, I will pick it up myself. Then be sure that everything will go well

Ordered food at 5pm for 6pm. At 10 to 7 the delivery person is at the door with a soaking wet plastic bag. I sent him away immediately. Almost €24.00 paid immediately. Hope to receive this back as soon as possible. Crappy business and crappy home delivery.

This was the last time I ordered there. Having to wait rudely for 3 hours is one thing. But then finding a hair in my food is the final straw. It's not even the food itself They probably mean well but are not capable enough to run a business.

I don't have so much experience about the food

Placed an order for 5 p.m. 2 hours before the time, thinking that it would be well in time, because I still have to be somewhere on time. The food still hasn't arrived. They cannot be reached by telephone. Bad service!

Prices have increased dramatically since the new business. The nasi rames special was EUR 9.50 2 months ago and is now EUR 11.20, or an increase of 18%! Furthermore, takeaway is no longer separated, so you are confronted with tipsy slot machine visitors who had an argument this time and a grim atmosphere was created. Reason for me not to go there anymore. Too bad, because the food was still okay.

Ordered a fantastic dish. Duck with black bean sauce and noodles. Worth the wait. Fresh products. Top.

Babi Pangang was probably from yesterday and warmed up again. Not crispy bacon but it was like bubble gum. Koo loo Yoek has no taste or dredging fat. The rice was good, but if that didn't work anymore... First and last time. It was delivered on time, which was worth the one star

The restaurant itself is an unsightly thing, very small, plain and bare, without any frills. Looking at it, you wouldn't expect much from the food. Nothing is less true. This restaurant is an ultimate taste surprise. Just right with the right flavors. Stands head and shoulders above (4) other Chinese-Indian restaurants in Zoetermeer that I know of, The portions are very generous and the service is friendly.

Good price and quality, tasty and lots of food. Always ready quickly and you receive friendly help. Thinking along with you, even if you are vegetarian!

Delicious food, great takeaway address and plenty of parking in front of the door. Not the epitome of conviviality, but you only come there to pick up and the food is fine. The restaurant must ensure that there is someone behind the counter who can take orders properly, but last time something was wrong.

It's all a bit messy... there are not enough staff... and the man who helps you barely understands Dutch... so things are going wrong...

Worthless!! I ordered 2x Chinese noodles with roasted chicken. First the lady was busy on her phone and then helped. Bami dry, tastes like NOTHING, roasted chicken was completely dry and placed on a layer of sweet cabbage. A waste of money, amount of €24.30!!! Ooh and 10 cents charged for sambal! RIDICULOUS

Had food delivered for 14 people, it was very tasty and delivered on time. We will definitely choose King's Palace again next time!

Had a buffet delivered yesterday for our 30th wedding anniversary. In one word, fantastic, the delivery, the structure of the buffet and all that tasty food!! Everyone enjoyed all the goodies. Thank you for the great service of this catering!!! Marcel and Monique

Good quality and quantity food compared to other Chinese take outs. Small restaurant.

As a local resident, I experience a lot of inconvenience from this tent. Regular litter from the kitchen, nasty frying smell that you can smell strongly in the entire neighborhood and the kitchen does not radiate hygiene as the kitchen door is simply open. The floor looks very dirty. I would never eat in this dirty place.

Not a great Chinese Restaurant. Seems shabby. Quality also leaves much to be desired. Not recommended.

1 star is still too much. Had to wait over an hour for the food, then it was not complete... Call, yes, they will deliver it shortly. Another hour later! Call, yes, I'll call the delivery person. Called back, yes in 5 minutes. What the hell. Waited for 2 hours for Chinese food... Never again!!

Delicious (lots of) food for a reasonable price.

The food was beyond deplorable, despite being starved to death, the rice was the only consumable aspect of the meal that I had eagerly anticipated. The sauce could only have been concocted in the mind of a mentally retarded person, devoid of taste buds, assuming that sauces have a cumulative effect. Obviously they didn't taste it before sending it out. The meat was otherworldly, It refused to disintegrate in my mouth, much like the memories of its consumption. Mind you, this is merely the description of my own meal and not my partners. Had it only been this meal, we would not have even been incensed, but rather impressed. Seeing as the pork was torched and overwhelmingly raw at the same time. Unfortunately this was not readily apparent before consuming said Schödinger's pig and realizing that all its realities are equally disgusting.

Great service in the restaurant and the takeaway is not bad at all. Definitely recommended!

The takeaway food is fine, the rest is messy, crates in the store, people are waiting everywhere for the food. It is not without reason that it is busy with collectors. Large generous portions

One star is still too good. Ordered food here, nothing after an hour. Called, suddenly someone else explained the explanation. The food would be there within half an hour, but no. Again we had to wait 20 minutes. Weak story about the food being mixed up and us having to wait. Not even bothering to let them know it will take a little longer. Bad service, for me the taste of the food doesn't even matter anymore. We will NEVER order here again!

We have been coming to King's Palace for years and the food is simply good. Nothing special, but tasty. Recommended are the babi ketjap and the Bami Goreng Extra Special.
