Cigkoftem in Charlois

After shopping in zuidplein this is the place to go for vegan food, the vegetarian cigkofte wraps are recommended. Delicious food!

Every time I'm in Rotterdam, I go there to eat. The cigköfte are so delicious. The woman who makes them is also really sweet. Clean environment and healthy food after a night out. I don't understand at all why there are negative reviews.

I ordered durum chicofte. I was given a spicy and non-spicy option to try, I chose spicy. Everything was prepared quickly, there were enough greens and vegetables, everything looked fresh. There are tables inside where you can have a snack. In general, I didn't really like the taste, chicofte seemed dry and poorly kneaded. This is my opinion and maybe it will be better for someone else's taste.

We ate a vegan wrap with falafel at this nice eatery and it was delicious! Everything fresh, lots of vegetables and the taste was excellent! We also found the hospitality and service very positive!

The lady doesn't listen to your wishes and does whatever she wants with your food. So no, I don't recommend it here.

Man, it's really bad. If I made lentil meatballs, I'd get the same taste at home. The staff was very polite and I did not have any problems, but unfortunately the raw meatballs were bad... Where can I find quality raw meatballs in this country, help 😂

The taste of the cig kofte is too dry and less than you would expect from a normal cig kofte. Unhelpful and arrogant staff.

Niffo cigkofte durum is getting more expensive every time. Please keep it at 4 euros or so.

The employee are not nice people and they discussed about my customs in their own language (Turkish) and I could understand them because I speak a little Turkish.

It is human nature that you have made an order incorrectly. But then argue about whether or not it is true and give a whole attitude? Be professional with your customers. Then you take my cigkofte and place it hard on the counter. Girl... if you're not having a good day, don't take it out on your customers. Kindness is hard to find here...

Employee was very disrespectful after I came back to indicate that my order had gone wrong. After she remade my order she threw my food.

The treatment in the restaurant is very bad. I arrived fifteen minutes before closing and asked for a dish of falafel but the lady treated me badly and didn't want to work and didn't sell me any food. She preferred to give me the delivery food because it was easier for her. Unflavored falafel and resembles a stone due to its extreme dryness, and an uncut salad that does not contain tomatoes, as can be seen in the photo of the dish, so I do not recommend anyone to buy from them. They are very poor in terms of taste, food quality, handling and credibility.

Als veganist kun je hier terecht voor lekkere wraps. De mevrouw aan de balie kon niet goed Nederlands en was niet zo goed te verstaan maar ze deed haar best om uit te leggen wat cigkoftem is en wat we konden bestellen. Makkelijke wraps om mee te nemen.
