Super nice woman behind the counter, everything is clean inside and the food is good too :) I ordered a wrap myself.

I've gotten cigkofte here before and it was tasty, especially with the spicy sauce. Fresh and hygienic.

I normally always order my çiğköfte dürüm in The Hague and am used to well-filled dürüms. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. The dürüm was incredibly sparsely topped. There was even hesitation about adding a small extra piece of cucumber, which was then put back. There also seemed to be hesitation regarding the chips, as well as adding a few extra crumbs, even though quite little is used for a large dürüm (max 5 Doritos pieces or less). That gave me the feeling that they were cutting corners on everything. Additionally, there were cheese-flavored chips on the dürüm, which in my opinion really doesn't go with a çiğköfte dürüm and actually made the taste worse. Unfortunately, this was the last time for me. It's a shame, because based on my previous experiences, I had much higher expectations.

Nice music was playing, which created a lovely atmosphere. Meanwhile, they were also busy keeping the place clean. Everything smelled fresh and clean, which immediately made a good impression. You can tell that a lot of attention is paid to hygiene and hospitality. Highly recommended and definitely worth a return visit!

My girlfriend and I ordered a wrap here the other day because we were curious about Cigkoftem. It was very tasty; it was a kind of paste made with bulgur and a lot of spices, which is then spread on a wrap with lettuce, sauce, and so on. I loved it, and it was vegetarian too.

I regularly visit Cigköftem on Schiedamseweg, and every time I'm extremely satisfied. The staff, in particular, deserves a huge compliment: the two ladies who work there are incredibly friendly, professional, and always with a smile. They really take their time with you and make sure your order is exactly as you want it. The excellent hygiene is also immediately noticeable. Everything looks clean and tidy, both behind the counter and inside the shop itself. That gives a very pleasant and familiar feeling while ordering and eating. Customer satisfaction is clearly their top priority. You receive a warm welcome, are helped quickly, and you can tell they enjoy their work. That makes all the difference! In short: delicious food, super friendly staff, top-notch hygiene, and a pleasant atmosphere. Absolutely recommended!

We went here for dinner on December 11, 2025. What a terrible experience. The food wasn't fresh at all and tasted anything but like kofta... the whole place was empty when we got there. The staff was also not friendly at all. Upon arrival, a woman was outside VIPing and on FaceTime, looking askance, "Ugh, another customer..." It didn't feel welcome at all. After ordering, we sat down at a table, and after about 10 minutes, a completely empty restaurant (really no one but us) shouted, "It's ready!" 😅 Man, what a hassle to walk 5 meters and bring it to the table instead of shouting, "IT'S READY!" When I complained, the response I got was, "It's self-service here, man, man, man!" 🤦🏻‍♂️ I paid €30 for a family meal, but 1) it was absolutely inedible, 2) definitely not fresh, and 3) absolutely not value for money. All in all, definitely not recommended. I wouldn't come back a second time for anything.

All those bad reviews are for a reason. The woman behind the counter is a big mouth. And she doesn't even listen to the customers. Well, I don't think this franchisee will last long. Disappointment!

Çiğköftem is a really great place to eat! The food is always fresh and delicious. The portions are generous, and there's plenty of choice. The staff are also super friendly and helpful, and they always make you feel welcome. Definitely recommended if you're craving something delicious and fresh!

The coke was two days past its expiration date! But two days past its expiration date wasn't so bad, said the cashier! I had to pay in full, and she didn't apologize either. Rude thing!!!!!!!!

I ate at Cigkoftem again after a long time, but what a disappointment. The taste was awful, not fresh either, and the employee/owner acted like he didn't care. And then there was the TV blaring loudly, which was really annoying. A little customer service costs nothing! No next time for me.

A day ago I ate both a wrap and a package of raw meatballs. After eating a little, I realized that the greens were full of bugs. The lavash was dried and the lemon was literally rotten. I think they don't care that it's from a package. It's a place with no flavor. I will never go again. I don't recommend it.

Order placed for home delivery at 9:30 PM and it is now 10:43 PM and we have not received anything yet!

I bought familie pakket. It is 500 gram of product with some condiments. I came home and weighed the cigkofte and it was 430 gram. They say it can differ 20 gram more or less and it was 70 gram less. I think that this is very immoral and unethical. Basically scamming. The product itself did not taste good, it was not fresh. Condiments like parsley and mint were extremely small amount. 2 out of 10. I donot recomment this place and I will not stop by again.

Very dramatic service, called twice for an order and an update is not mentioned, the first time is simply not answered and the second time you can't even talk to them properly. Real drama, if you don't feel like working, don't work!
