The food and service are wonderful! Paçanga böreği, sac kavurma, and meatballs for the kids. All meticulously prepared. The waiter was polite and attentive. The ambiance was authentic.

Yesterday we ate at Munzur for the first time, and we really enjoyed the meals. The personal attention was definitely a plus, you immediately feel welcome :). We can't wait to try all the other dishes at your place.

This restaurant is undoubtedly one of my top three Turkish restaurants in the Netherlands. The flavors are authentic, refined, and clearly prepared with care. Every dish I've tried so far has been excellent in quality and rich in flavor.

Atmosphere was Super! We enjoyed live music. I love Turkish food and the restaurant had it right. Staff was very personable, attention to detail was there. I didn't have to beg for napkins like in GE. They serve food late as well. Not your hit-and-run spot, be ready to hangout and enjoy. We had multiple drinks, appetizers, main course and dessert.

Success guaranteed, good food. The staff is very friendly. I first came here through a Turkish friend of mine. Afterwards I ate here several times. It is recommended to start with the Mezze. You get delicious Turkish bread with this. Afiyet olsun (or enjoy your meal)

A lot of families made the environment a bit noisy. Privacy was good since there is adequate distance between the tables. The food quality was ok with generous quantity.

The appetizers were delicious and so was the food. They said the food was late because we ordered an appetizer. Other than that, everything was fine. If you want the food along with the appetizers, please specify this in advance.

A wonderful wooden concept similar to the civil servant restaurants I went to as a child in Ankara, and delicious appetizers and kebabs that you can hardly find even in Turkey. The best place I've seen in Northern Europe to drink raki.

Best food, top quality service and friendly attention to customers

We ordered food it was 28 euros per person the food was not cooked enough and we had to pay 56 euros with VAT and they get 5 euros extra from extra from us. 7 euros for little flashes of fanta. Total we pay 68 euros. That was very bad experience they all look for their pocket pocket. I will never come back.

The food is good, I ate shepherd's roast, the meat was soft and delicious, the prices are salty accordingly...

In een ongedwongen sfeer hier een leuke avond gehad en het belangrijkste, heerlijk gegeten. Er is keuze genoeg op de kaart. Zelfs voor kinderen een uitgebreide keus. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en geeft advies als je vragen hebt. Er komen veel bezoekers van Turkse afkomst dus dat is altijd een goed teken. Enige minpunt is dat bij om 21.00 uur de live muziek begon en het volume zo hard was dat je elkaar amper nog kon verstaan van de herrie. Voor ons een geluk dat we al klaar waren.

We ordered 9 liters of soft drinks and we received 2 liters, when we wanted to call about this they hung up several times. We ended up paying €25 for a few cans. Very bad service!

This was the most amazing little restaurant, myself and my husband loved eating here while in Rotterdam

The punchline: I dreamt about the meal I ate here. This is the first place I will come back to when I am next in the city. Restaurant Munzur is a Rotterdam hidden gem. It looks like a humble storefront, right in the middle of the city. When you sit down…you might get that sense. But from the first bite of the night…you forget all that… Free starter bread is unreal. Munzur special: all the cuts, so flavorful and tender, served with rice and some slaw (pro tip: Unsure of what to get, choose this) If you are privy to a drink: can’t go wrong with Efes (Turkish beer). I left the restaurant…and immediately wanted to go back for seconds…but I resisted the urge…I woke up the next day dreaming of the meal. I wished I had another night in the city…but there is always a next time. There will be a next time, and I will be back.

a disturbing experience; You go to a restaurant for dinner and when you enter the door, the waiter asks you how long you will stay in the restaurant. During the meal, the tables are constantly being rearranged, suddenly 5-6 people are standing up and the tables are rearranged. portions are really small and not enough. kebab that looks cooked is actually raw, but when you tell the waiter about it, he tries to convince you that it is not actually raw. undeservedly overpriced. I definitely don't recommend it.

If you want to eat delicious Turkish food in the Netherlands, this is a place that will not disappoint you with its atmosphere, food and staff. I especially recommend their ribs and meat. Vegetable soup is also delicious. There are two things you cannot find about Turkish cuisine; Turkish coffee and brewed Turkish tea :)

Frankly, he made me pay 8 Euros for a glass of water and 60 Euros for 35 glasses of raki. It's not expensive, it's literally a place established to rip off its own citizens. The old man at the bar was also a very nervous person, even his presence was enough to make us nervous… If you go there, go there knowing that you will be ripped off.

My wife asked for permission to use the toilet of the venue due to her urgent need, the owner of the venue grumbled sullenly and then allowed her to use it. If he didn't need it, he wouldn't use it anyway, especially against that attitude. If a woman is not allowed to use the toilet in a place with available toilets, that place should be heavily sanctioned. Shame... Shame on you... Shame on you a thousand times over.

Decent food. Little flavour to the adana kebab but was tender and soft. Small portion in general given the price of €17. There was live music if you like that sort of thing. It was way too loud for me.

I went in for take-out, I wanted to stay for the ambiance. Ordered Lamb with rice and a salad on the side - 25.50€. Best lamb & rice I have had in my life. Lamb is extremely tender and perfectly grilled. I don't know what's in the rice but it is delicious. The salad is good too, so is the flatbread that comes with the meal. Absolutely best take-out I have had in the Netherlands.

Simply the best Turkish restaurant in Rdam

Delicious Turkish food, they have a lot on the menu and for normal prices. For example, we ate eggplant dip with Turkish bread, kebab meat served with salad, Turkish yogurt, bread and rice, so large portions. Afterwards delicious baklava, but they also serve ice cream, Turkish delight and other typical desserts. Friendly service, sometimes we had to wait a while for the menu. We spent 112 euros for 3 courses and a few drinks per person.

Ik kom hier reeds jaren zowel met vrienden als met collega's vanuit de hele wereld. Elke keer weer, iedereen die hier komt wilt graag nog een keer terug komen. Anderen die het via via gehoord hebben moet ik er naar toe brengen. De bediening is super vriendelijk, de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. De menu is door de jaren heen niet veranderd. Van de andere kant, wat goed is mag zo blijven.

Today, I went to this place for a walk-in visit and mentioned that I would be very pleased if they could arrange a table for us. However, I was turned away at the door. I acknowledge that going without a reservation was a mistake, and it's perfectly understandable if they were fully booked. Still, the communication I had with a staff member, who appeared to be middle-aged, was unfriendly, lacked empathy, and was overall displeasing to me. There were empty tables without any "reserved" signs, and some tables were even at the tea-drinking stage. At the very least, they could have said they could only accommodate us for a short time.

Delicious mixed dish, but some meats were overcooked...

Ik was er met een vriendin in december 2023 gegaan. Alleen het vlees was goed verder waren de mezze's niet te eten. Een van de mezze's was vol net mayonaise en we kregen een klein beetje diepvries patat bij het hoofdgerecht. Salade eas ook niet goed bereid en voornamelijk ijsbergsla en volgegooid met sla dressing.

Very tasty place, a must visit for people who enjoy Turkish cuisine. From the starters to the dessert, everything is just amazing. One small disadvantage is that one of the times I was there, we were seated at a table of 2 while we were 3 (we had made a reservation for 3). However since I like the food and service besides that incident a lot, I give 5 stars and will visit for the 4th time for sure.
