Best hoolah i had in the Netherlands ao far Plus the price is not high

We come here every week, sometimes twice a week. Coming from Kampen, this is the only place where the shisha is really good. The food is good, and the service is always spot on. You can easily enjoy your hookah for a good hour; changing coals once is more than enough. Definitely recommended 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼✔️

They think they're in Dubai haha. You get extorted for paying too much. And shisha isn't very tasty in my opinion. Replace the coals once and that's it. Not recommended! Other low reviews were right!

Food was okay. A bit small portions, but A-H quality. Shisha is tasty for the first 20 minutes. After that, the flavor is gone. Unfortunately, you have to pay more than what is on the menu. Especially if you are not a regular customer. A pity.

I don't understand why they make people pay more than what's on the menu. And you get laughed at and are considered poor if you don't want to pay 5 euros more than what's on the menu. Coals replaced once. After that, they say you are required to buy a new cup. All in all. Plenty of other nice places. I don't think this is a woman-friendly place either, with all those street people.

I've never experienced such a terrible shisha bar. I waited 45 minutes for shisha. They take half an hour to change your coals when you ask. At the end, I even had to wait at the cash register to pay. And they overcharged me. Luckily, my company was sharp, otherwise I wouldn't have even gotten my money back.

Super good service and delicious food. You don't have to wait long for your order. It's great fun, and I'll definitely go there again!

€20 for a shisha that burned after 10 minutes, asked for a new cup of €10 on the menu. You get the response: Due to inflation you absolutely have to order a new shisha. Was Cloud9 for us last time. Things have gone downhill since the ownership changed

Location is nice and neat. Light and spacious. Staff also provide well-founded advice. Definitely come by again when I'm near Apeldoorn

Very cozy location A water pipe is an instrument for smoking pipe or fruit tobacco. It is also known as shisha, hookah, nargileh (narghile), ghaliyan, or hubble bubble. No alcohol is served, but food is served Opening hours 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM Really nice and relaxing place to sit

Air doesn't circulate very well at the back of the room, but there is a breeze. Good selection of sisha tastes and snacks. Milkshakes are freshly made and delicious! Would come here just for the milkshakes!

Atmosphere is cozy. It's a shame that I had to move to another seat twice during a shisha session. That just can not be.

Great lounge! Compared to other lounges, it is just light inside, the music is not too loud and different genres of music are played (oldskool, R&B, rap, Dutch music) so there is something for everyone. What mainly made me very happy was the knowledge that every staff had there, they can explain the menu very well, ideal for people who are not familiar with some flavors. You can say no to the shishas they use, this is simply the first shisha lounge I have come across that uses Starbuzz shishas. The ratio between boys and girls is also quite equal here, and because Cloud9 is not a dark cave and does not play loud disco music, I think it is a great place for the ladies as well. Are you a shisha fanatic? Do you know a little about shishas and are you looking for a lounge that knows what they are doing and that uses the right materials? Then this is the place to be!
