coffee company in Stadshart

My wife and I ordered coffee, waited a long time, and when it arrived, it was ice cold. Because it was cold, it was gone immediately; I didn't enjoy it at all. When there are too many customers, the staff doesn't know how to handle it and gets stressed. Incidentally, the coffee at Stadiumhearts is the most expensive here. But unfortunately, despite the high price, the food is cold. Coffee Company is a disappointment.

I have had the best chai latte of my entire life here. Their kitchen sandwiches are also amazing, and their service very nice and respectful. I am definitely going back again.

I ordered dubbele Expresso but the taste was not that great and moreover unlike other such brand coffee stores they don't give you any cookies (even not small ones) to combine with bitter coffee combo taste and when asked for a cookie they said they don't serve it at all .. what they well do is instead of introducing a cookie introduce well know small size stroof wafel which goes good with all black or Expresso coffees and have a good customer experience. This is just a suggestion though as myself a business owner and thinker for betterment of customer journeys. Small investment but a great customer return I suppose. For now I give 3 stars as I understand the business works

Friendly staff! The banana bread can vary in slice size... A larger slice would be nice, considering the price! Great place to come!

I like this place a lot. Spacious, tasty coffee and friendly staff. I haven’t observed dirty tables in my past 5 visits. Good place to read something or to study.

Best coffee you can drink in the area. Dirty tables and chairs is something you see very often and they stay like this for hours.. I think they have enough personnel but they do not pay attention

The muffins were nice, coffee usual but the coolers were disappointing. Also, it was in no way cheaper than Starbucks.

Very mediocre and way too expensive! Don't order a cappuccino because it consists entirely of lukewarm milk. Toasts were dark on the outside, but cold on the inside. With competition just a few meters away, you don't understand how such a place survives.

Ordered 2x a bourbon iced vanilla latte, really horrible! It had no taste at all, it was just watery milk! Really wasted money😡😡😡 better go to Starbucks!

Excellent coffee, nice atmosphere and spacious layout, although there are a lot of laptop workers.

Everything was good, except the sitting area which was quite unorganized and also the tables being not clean

was here on 18.01 at 5pm, nice and big place but I didn't like the way a boy barista talked to me. I like to make jokes and stuff, but jeez you talk too informally with people you see for the first time in your life 😕

The coffee machine was broken, so they proposed me to make a filtered coffee instead of a normal coffee but they made me paid it like a normal coffee!

The 4 euro “lemon tea” is lukewarm water with very small slices of lemon, the sandwiches were both burnt and way too expensive for what you get. The coffee was okay

Coffee is decent, workers are friendly but unfortunately the place is quite messy. Tables are dirty and food/drinks are left on the table and not picked up.

At most mediocre capuchino as you can see from the air bubbles. Too bad, it costs €5.20.

Well... what can you say about this? The coffee is great, and that's what it's all about. Food (pastries) also looks delicious. Prices are not really about anything, the atmosphere is aimed at a living room, but in a large "chilly" room. The staff seems very sweet, but it remains just a counter where you place and pick up your order. You can also order via QR, but the point really escapes me in such a small place. Very hipster, but no atmosphere. It would justify the price if you were served with a smile from your comfy seat

Mosquitoes, mosquitoes, mosquitoes… Please take an action on this. Otherwise I will have to stop coming by.

Very nice place to drink coffee, but the mosquito plague is unbearable. Wherever you are, there are 4 mosquitoes with you as standard.

A very nice looking cafè with great coffee

This was my go to place for work and having some great coffee.. but recently this place is filled with mosquitoes. I tried to ignore them and work as the ambience is great but it was difficult to continue so had to move to City Cafe next doors. Despite sharing this feedback with staff, there was no action and it can be seen that number of people visiting this place have dropped significantly. Hope they recognize the reason and act swiftly to fix this up.

Same offering and prices that other franchises. In this case, the cake I had felt like it was not from the same day, too dry. On the flip side, there is a changing table for babies, that is missing in the majority of other Coffee Companies scattered in the city.

I love the coffees and the staff. Customers almost always get work done in front of the computer. There are music choices that wouldn't fit into this type of cafe. It's too noisy. Also, the music is always too loud. Most of the time I have to leave. Please turn the music down and choose more relaxing music. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE <3

Went to the new location with great anticipation! What a disappointment, so unpleasant! It seems like there is still Corona, everything is so far apart, white floor, cold and without atmosphere, missed opportunity as far as I'm concerned..😥

Delicious coffee. It took a while because there was only one employee in the store, who was very friendly and hospitable.

AWESOME!!!! Fifteen minutes by bus from Aalsmeer and then delicious coffee, nice music, fantastic team behind the bar and I definitely recommend the chocolate cake (: Perfect place to study, work, chat with people or just relax. LOVE :D P.S. A barista is trying hard with her "flatte art" ;)

And it happened again.. Monday morning, 9AM, nobody there, lights off… someone opens the lights at around 9:10, and takes her time before opening.. I left 9:15 as I was already patient enough. It’s a coffee place, 9AM is already quite late, but every other week your employees decide to come in even later .. happened already several times in the last months.. terrible

Does not accept cash, which is legal tender and shops are obligated to accept according to ECB rules. Tables and chairs not that clean but acceptable. Espresso is not Italian style

Loving location and fantastic for working and nice vibe. But terrible in the winter! It’s so damn cold that everyone sits in jackets and beanies…it’s so uncomfortable. Recommend only for summer

Great breakfasty pastries and lunch options, with vegan options too. Perfectly located right by the entrance with a middle bar for working from your laptop and comfier couches for sitting cosy for a catch up with friends.

Little atmosphere with sofas facing each other. Empty cups are not cleaned up, toilets are downright disgusting. Staff friendly. Cold draft, also in the back. We won't be coming back here.

We come here occasionally at the weekend and so far we have always received friendly service and there is a nice atmosphere. I had a Matcha Strawberry drink, looked exactly like the poster and it was very tasty!

Friendly staff but terrible coffee... Go anywhere else for a coffee, the owner also suggested as a reply to this review that I should ask the barista for advice for my choice of coffee... They were unavailable to make a cappuccino so I am now degrading the service score as Charlotte from management made a snarky reply

Unfortunately the coffee is cold. Many places are occupied by long-term laptop users. This makes for an unpleasant atmosphere.

Ordered coffee to go (flat white) and tea (mint tea) at the end of the afternoon on Sunday 12-2. This had to be on a screen at the entrance where you could pay immediately. You could choose to take away or drink inside. The place wasn't really busy and there were only a few customers waiting. Orders for us went wrong. Ours too. Not made to go but served in glass and mug. To make up for this, the employee turned the Flat white and tea into a to-go cup. Really not possible. Especially after waiting more than 10 minutes when it wasn't busy.

The pastry is so dry that if my enemy is thirsty, I would recommend it to him.

Superb Coffeeplace. The recommendation from the barista with green blueish hair was really welcome! Really enjoy my oat latte with bourben vanille. Also, the toilet is gender-neutral if I translate the note on the door correctly.

Appreciate it that finally Coffee Company comes to Amstelveen. I understand that the store is newly open, so not everything is on the right track yet. The atmosphere is not welcoming, and it is too noisy compared to some other branches. It appears a bit unorganized. At least the toilet is very clean.

We had coffee. Girlfriend cappuccino. I just regular coffee. A really weak bowl, not tasty. The lemon cake was great and also a thick slice. I had a delicious cake with pudding and scrumptious sugar.

The small cappuccino was really very mini and that for €3.40.

Bad Service and the coffee is not that great. Took forever to get an Espresso. They forgot about it. After I complaint they continued to serve others instead of fixing it quickly. How hard can it be to make an espresso. Not coming back for sure.

Terrible coffee cups that burn your hands, no earpiece and very hot so wait until it has finished drinking before drinking it, which is a shame, so no follow-up.

New in stadshart. Had to serve ourselves. Attitude of serving staff was mediocre. Bathroom was missing paper. Cake was blah.

Staff is not welcoming nor available We queued up for 10min to order because the kiosk wasn’t updated with the store stock. We saw the waiter take the last piece of cake in front of us, the floor was dirty, the dirty dishes piling up and the other waiter rude to a pregnant lady with her little girl. Worst coffee company experience

The coffee is nice, yet I’ve waited over 10 minutes for my takeaway coffee with two other people ahead of me. I Wouldn’t want to wait for a takeaway coffee when restrictions are lifted and the cafe is actually busy.
