Very good address for breakfast and coffee. Otherwise a nice thing. Unfortunately, however, the service is very poor. Had to wait a very long time and then the staff chatted nicely in the kitchen.

Nice place for coffee. Staff came by at the right times to ask if there was anything they could do. Many people are also working or studying.

Delicious coffee here. We had a Blondie (kind of like a Brownie but with caramel instead of chocolate) and it was delicious. And... you will be served at the table by friendly staff And also important clean toilets. In short, highly recommended.

I ordered the pastrami sandwich and the pastrami had green dots on it, smelled also rotten. When I told the service about this, the supervisor- a woman in sunglass drinking coffee on the bench simply said it’s normal. They refused to take it back. Excuse me??? In what world is a green pastrami normal?? Shocking that you are serving people food. You should be reported!

Just came here to grab a coffee on my way to the Tattoo Convention. It was a busy Saturday morning. The two girls tried their best. Had to wait for 30 minutes just for a coffee which I ordered in the end to take away. The coffee was really good. The location itself looks great. If I wouldn't be any busy it would be a lovely place to relax and sit a while.

Nice cafe with some vegan options (more would be even nicer 🌚) Staff was kind. Was nice to be able to study here for a few hours. Also liked the bathrooms and that they provide free period products

Good food and drinks, but the wait was way too long in my opinion. Waited 30 minutes and then left the building. During my previous visit it took also long, but I was thinking let’s give it another shot. But I got disappointed.

Nice place and good coffee. Service took a long time even though they had a lot of staff. And, where you have to order is in front of the entrance. So in no time people are crammed into the entrance. But, I was there during an event. So perhaps things normally go a bit more smoothly. But, very cool place.

Had cappuccino with a friend yesterday. What immediately stood out was the friendly greeting from the young lady upon entering, you immediately felt welcome. I have worked in the catering industry for years and I took "have a good day and goodbye" for granted, but unfortunately this is becoming increasingly rare. A young lady came to ask the council if everything was OK. An eye for the customer and not, like most people nowadays, an eye for the mobile phone and chatting with colleagues, which makes them forget about the customers. This made the cappuccino taste even better.

Had a very extensive lunch here today. We ended up staying here for almost 6 hours until closing. Homely atmosphere, nice to sit in, staff who give you space when you are having a conversation but who come by enough to take orders. Overall, we had a positive experience here today! And don't forget good coffee!

Went for lunch with 4 friends last Sunday. It was nice that we were greeted even though it was full, it all took a little longer, but I would like to compliment the staff. they were working hard and despite it being so busy, there was clear communication. This should also be mentioned! We will definitely come back, ps: the food was made with care, as was the cappucino, which was delicious and beautiful to look at! Thanks

The first impression of this tent is industrially hip & happening. In terms of service, not much happened, the service is slow. The menu is full of dishes that are available in Breda or Den Bosch. The coffee is weak and the sandwiches, meh, bland in taste.

Took a very long time, dry bagel not properly baked, ice cold grilled vegetables in salad. Drinks are good. Staff not friendly. Too bad, it used to be a lot better.

Super chill environment. Loved being able to order a coffee and work on my laptop for a couple hours. It’s busy and loud but it didn’t bother me. There is decent free wifi. Only problem is not many seats with an outlet, I had to unplug a lamp to charge my laptop.

This afternoon I decided to have a coffee but the waitresses (young with dark curly hair) told me that they were going to close in 30 minutes and that it was table service. So I decided to stay an have something to eat. I waited around 10 minutes and she didn’t came so I went to the bar to make the order. She told me again in a rude way to wait at the table so I took a seat. Finally she came to take the order and while I was placing it she interrupted me saying that if had any problem in a very rude way. I didn’t reply back so she kept asking me violently. So I decided to leave. What a terrible service.

Good coffee! And I'm a huge fan of the soups of the day. Fresh every day and a party every time. Keep it up!

We were sitting for 20 minutes when we decided to leave. It seems to be a common denominator for COFFEELAB that the service is it's problem. The location seems to have 15-20 tables for up to ca. 40 guests. However, only three employees were to be seen. Two in the kitchen and one waiting tables and taking orders. The poor guy was constantly running and dealing with annoyed customers.

Nice place to study and get some work done :) good atmosphere and nice staff! I ordered the Matcha latte, it wasn’t pre sweetened which was nice!

Very nice vibe inside, staff is friendly but a little slow sometimes, understandable when it’s full though :) perfect place to study, food is alright as well!

Life is too short for bad coffee

Good vibe. Good coffee. Visited on a Sunday afternoon, and the kitchen was closed.

Vriendelijke bediening, maar het eten is net iets te prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Veel vliegen, het is er niet heel schoon. Ik houd van de industriële uitstraling, maar dat maakt het wel erg lawaaierig. Het terrasje buiten is wat dat betreft fijner. In tegenstelling tot wat anderen zeggen vind ik de koffie prima.

Een leuke plek op een mooie locatie met goede kwaliteit koffie.. Echter laat de service echt de wensen over. Al meerdere keren meegemaakt dat de service (lees; trage en nonchalante bediening) echt ondermaats is. Natuurlijk, voor een goed product ben je best bereid even te wachten. Maar.. er mag wel iets meer enthousiasme uitgaan van het personeel en daadkracht om iemand te helpen, te begroeten bij binnenkomst en een simpele bestelling ook redelijk snel af te ronden. En dit betrof ook rustige momenten.

Best oke om te zitten als je een plek nodig hebt om af te spreken. De koffie is te slecht voor een plek met koffie in de naam. Er was service, maar zonder lach, passie of enthousiasme.

What’s wrong with the ladies working at the coffeelab today ? They are not welcoming not communicative in any way… I it seems they were forced to come to work this morning.

Ik heb hier eerder geluncht en toen had ik een goede ervaring. Helaas vandaag waren veel tafels vies met etensresten waardoor er veel vliegen binnen waren. De service was langzaam en niet echt fantastisch. We moesten heel lang op ons drinken wachten en toen nog langer op onze lunch. De broodje waren wel prima, maar niet heel speciaal.

Hier al verschillende keren geweest. Bediening ontzettend slecht en sommige meiden kijken zo chagrijnig. Vandaag weer geweest om te lunchen want het eten is wel heel lekker. Er werd ons meedegedeeld dat de keuken vandaag dicht is vanwege de verwachte drukte. Uiteindelijk na 10 minuten wachten iemand geroepen of we koffie konden bestellen. Na 5 minuten kwam medewerkster terug omdat bestelling niet goed was doorgekomen dus opnieuw doorgegeven. Vervolgens zeker een kwartier op onze koffie gewacht en kreeg ik een klein kopje cappuccino ipv een grote wat ik besteld had. Echt heel jammer dat de bediening en service zo ontzettend slecht is. Leuk ingericht intiem ogend zaakje. Personeel zeer ongeïnteresseerd. Broodje brie droog en smaakloos. Porties zijn ook klein.

Heerlijke geuren binnen. Goede koffie, heerlijke zelfgebakken croissants en taarten. Enige minpuntje, geen glaasje water bij de espresso. Zou een echt koffielab toch moeten weten.

Great casual service, friendly people each time I come over. Coffee is good and they have nice lunch and breakfast options. The vibe is impeccable in this cafe, as it’s a lovely blend of post industrial, cozy personal and modern. You can come work on your laptop here, discuss business with coworkers or just catch-up and enjoy your time with friends and family.

Went here just because it was nearby and had best chai latte ever. Amazing milk foam with vegan milk and delicious blondie. Definitely coming back although i live very far from this place.

Prima gegeten, sfeer zoals je op Strijp verwacht. Was niet druk maar duurde toch even voor er onze bestelling was. Ben benieuw hoe het gaat als het wel vol zit?

Lekker broodje alleen zo duur. Dat was het dan ook weer niet waard. Verder wel een gezellig tentje.

De koffie duurde zo lang, dat het koud is. Bovendien hebben we zelf de koffie maar opgehaald van de balie, daar stond het al een tijdje klaar...

Coffee was lukewarm, brownie was stone hard and service unfriendly (and extremely slow!) It took 20 minutes for them to take our orders and 30+ minutes to serve 2 cups of coffee and 2 snacks. Granola was fine. Overall quite disappointing for this price range.

Calling all caffeine addicts, the Coffee Lab in Strijp-s is the place for you! But be warned, the industrial interior design may give you flashbacks of your last visit to a factory, and the staff may be grumpier than a bear with a toothache. But don't let that deter you, because the coffee is worth it. Just don't expect a warm welcome, unless you're talking about the temperature of your latte. And if you're looking for a smile, you may have to go elsewhere. But hey, at least you'll be well-caffeinated. So if you're in the mood for a little industrial-grade coffee and a dose of grumpiness, Coffee Lab is the place for you!
