Great place to have a coffee and brunch in Eindhoven

Lovely place with good coffee! However, I will edit the review, as today I have ordered the coffee with oatmilk, and now pretty sure got it with almond. I was not sure while drinking, I got only a suspicion, but now I feel very allergic. I think it is too bad to make such a mistake, and therefore remove the stars.

Just a stopover during the city walk. I can't judge much based on coffee alone. However, it is extremely noisy. Zero noise reduction...the dishwasher is in the bar. Etc...

Cute café not far from the PSV stadium. Both cappuccino and pancake were excellent. Facilities are very family friendly.

I like this place and been coming for several years now and then. Sometimes I also drive their just to get some cake as takeaway especially Lemon drizzle vegan loaf. With loafs as we all know there're 2 ends that nobody wants to be served. I don't mind it from time to time get the short straw, but when I takeaway I have strong reasons to ask 'please not the end'. Usually within 3 slices I still get one that was lying aside. Ok life's too beautiful to complain. But today it was 2 out of 3. And I understand to some it sounds not worth, but I have peculiar customers for these takeways. So when I ask the waiters (especially when you pay the same price for takeaway as if eat in)... It's just very dissapointing

A nice coffee shop/lunchroom in Strijp! There is a wide choice on the menu for both breakfast and lunch! I ordered the pancakes for breakfast and they were delicious (and healthy)! The coffee is also delicious! The atmosphere is very nice and cozy! The staff is also friendly and the service is good. It is definitely recommended to visit! ☕️

Wat een leuke gelegenheid vlakbij het PSV- stadion en de wijk Strijp-S. Wij kwamen er voor een kop koffie met een gebakje. Er is een ruime keus aan zoete gerechten en de bediening is heel attent en vriendelijk. Gelet op de drukte, zowel binnen als buiten, moet dit wel een hotspot zijn in deze omgeving.

I've been here 2 times now. Very nice and cozy atmosphere. They have tasty drinks and pastries. Due to busy times, they may sometimes overlook you for quite a while.

Gran café y comida. Todo el personal era justo lo que quería: atractivo y amable. Qué buen ambiente. Había una cola para comer afuera ya que el clima era encantador, pero una camarera trajo un vaso de agua a esas personas que esperaban.

Cozy cafe! Only my coffee was a bit lukewarm, I expected it to be served hotter. For the rest everything was good!

I absolutely like this cozy coffee spot – the atmosphere is great, and the people are wonderful. However, it's 2024, and I’m honestly baffled that you still charge an extra 0.5€ for non-dairy milk. With so many people opting for plant-based options, it feels a bit backward to penalize us. Maybe it’s time to flip the script: charge extra for dairy milk instead, and let us eco-conscious folks enjoy our coffee without the surcharge. I’ll happily change my 1-star review to 5 once this is fixed! 😉

The area is really nice and very quiet. The coffee and cakes are excellent!

Easily the best coffee in Eindhoven. My favourite is Cortado, but their cappuccino/Latte XL are also good options! In the picture is their affogato, which was a bit too sweet for me, but it is a crowd favourite. We were lucky to get their last scone after 12 noon, and it was worth it. Their cakes are very tasty but large portions - so I usually eat half and take the remaining home. I like the cozy vibes inside but on a good day you can make use of the outdoor seating. There’s a play area for people with small kids which makes it nice for a mamadag coffee date with a fellow mom. Their service is very friendly.

Went here two weeks ago, great place for breakfast. What really bothered me were the dirty toys in the children's corner. Really dirty, broken and worn out. Too bad, because otherwise a great place.

Hier heerlijk ontbeten op het terras. De croissantjes waren heel vers en het bananenbrood was ook erg lekker. Snelle service, goede bediening, leuke plek.

Komen we samen voor een brunch, en worden we aan een tafel gezet waar het de hele tijd stinkt naar het opwarmen van de kok voor (waarschijnlijk) een broodje warme kip..... We zitten letterlijk in een weggedrukt tafeltje langs een bakplaat van de kok en in de zoetzure stank die onze lunch helemaal teniet doet, héél erg jammer dit. Ik zal er NOOIT meer terug gaan!!!

Super nice breakfast and lunch spot. It's a nice, characterful establishment, with delicious coffee and a fairly small breakfast and lunch menu, but it certainly does the job. We had two (iced) coffees, two drinks and two pitas for 36 euros. Would definitely recommend it.

I've walked past this place before and every time I decided to have a drink and a bite to eat here. Today I deliberately made time to have lunch here with my daughter. What a lovely spot and the food was delicious! The pita with chicken thigh is highly recommended!! We will definitely come back here more often!

If you order a cappuccino and a cake, you would expect that they are served together, not 15 mins apart, otherwise the cappuccino gets cold! It is just common sense, isn't it?

The magic of this place to be is unparalleled: located in the first Etos supermarket in the middle of the dazzling architecture of the Philipsdorp. Nowhere is it more visible that Karl Marx had an influence on his family (Philips).

Really liked the vibe and service. The good weather helps, of course 😁. Tasty coffee, tasty sweets. All good value. What else do you really need?

Had a nice espresso, the taste was very good for me, it was not too sour, good strong and smelled delicious, definitely recommended, the price was below the Eindhoven standard

Delicious food, a great vibe, and some delicious gluten free options on the menu. Indoor and outdoor seating with a view of the stadium. I had the chicken pita, but with a gluten free bun, so good! Very affordable, very delicious, and very friendly. Highly recommend!

We’ve come here for coffee every weekend for a couple of years, and it’s been consistently good. Coffee is great, bakery is great, bread and soup are great, and service is great! :)

Coffee house is always cozy. Wonderful to have a coffee here early in the morning. Staff also friendly. They also have delicious pastries. You can also pick up at the bakery.

It is really hard to find a nice place where you could find, good food, coffee and vibe; and tbh this place ticked ✅ all of them. Staff were really friendly and helpful, I asked for a recommendation for a non/too sweet cake….. solution carrot cake 🍰 was yummy. Coffee is good, even though this time I had a dirty chai late…. Coffee was not burned. Good quality vs money ! Not too expensive. Vibe chill! 🤙🏾

Leuk plekje maar als t druk is binnen erg rumoerig. Daarom fijn dat je ook nu nog steeds buiten kan zitten. We zullen er helaas niet meer komen want de koffie is echt niet lekker. Meerdere keren nu geprobeerd maar echt voor ons de smerigste koffie ooit. Of nu latte, cappuccino of gewoon e koffie is.

Onze Melanny was zwanger van haar derde en mijn eerste zoontje. Giovanni, Delano en nu kwam Ricardo in beeld. Allemaal even lieve jongens waar wij evenveel van houden. Tijdens de zwangerschap van ons Mel gingen we met enige regelmaat naar tenten waar we normaliter niet heen zouden gaan om zo de relatie een beetje spannend te houden. Terwijl we door de straten van Eindhoven slenterde zoekend naar een geschikte tent die voldeed aan ons profiel kwamen we Het Koffiehuisje tegen. In het begin waren we niet zo gecharmeerd, maar toen we buiten een net wat te hippe jongeman zagen met een vleespet wisten we voldoende. De geur van onderdrukte koffieboeren en zaligmakende willekeurig geplaatste tatoeages prezen de entourage, wij hadden ons eindstation gevonden. Inmiddels zijn ik en Mel uit elkaar, maar deze middag was er een om niet te vergeten. We hebben onze Ricardo omgedoopt tot ‘Ricardo Chai Latte Jeffrey’ en op mijn vierde bezoek met mijn nieuwe vriend Alfons een keer de Cranberry Cheesecake Special Deluxe geprobeerd waarvan mijn stoelgang eindelijk de pit kreeg die hij al jaren miste. Aanrader!

Leuke tent voor zeer goed eten !!

Het is een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. Ook al was het september we konden buiten lunchen. De kaart is klein maar prima keuze. Het brood is van de eigen bakkerij en smaakt geweldig.

Unfortunately I have to give a very low score for my today experience. We asked for fresh orange juice and you see the extreme watery color of the juice in the attached photo. But the even worse thing was the glass on which I got my coffee. As you can see in the picture there is a trace of lipstick of a former person on my glass. I hope this review helps for the quality improvement.

Super leuke lokatie zo midden in de wijk, gastvrij personeel, heerlijke koffie én thee, dito eten. Hond mocht mee. We hebben lekker op het terras kunnen genieten op een zondagochtend in de zon! Het was erg druk, dit blijkt normaal te zijn, maar gezellig druk. 😀 We komen graag nog eens terug voor een bakkie

We hebben een kopje koffie gedronken. Wat ik jammer vond, is dat ze geen soyamelk hadden voor in de capuccino. Dus noodgedwongen maar een espresso genomen. Heerlijk! En lekker sterk ook. Vriendelijke bediening en ze werken met een stempelkaart waarmee je bij 10 stempels een gratis kopje koffie krijgt.

Erg fijn plekje voor wat drinken en een taartje. Er was veel lekkers voor mensen met een noten-allergie (let op, wel kans op sporen) wat bijna nooit voorkomt. Dus top! Ook heel vriendelijk personeel.

Hele leuke plek voor ontbijt, lunch of gewoon wat drinken. Altijd lekker.

Leuke plek om te eten. Er is glutenvrij brood beschikbaar om de broodopties mee te vervangen. Er is een kleine keuken en kruisbesmetting is niet altijd te voorkomen dus met coeliakie is attentie wel vereist.

Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en heerlijke koffie. Er is zelfs een kinderhoek. Ze hebben lekkere verse gebak,taartjes en cakejes.
