We visited around 2 p.m. and it was very busy, with dirty tables. It wasn't clear whether you had to order at the bar or not. Everything took a long time. As a result, I only ordered drinks and didn't eat. The staff kept going to the wrong tables with orders. No second visit...

The food tasted good, but the carrot cake was very cold and hard. Friendly staff, but what a mess. The entire counter was covered in dirty dishes. It seemed like the team didn't have a proper manager to guide them. We had to wait 40 minutes for two coffees and were first served one of our two meals before drinks.

The menu offers excellent options, and the food tastes and looks good. It was my first time at a vegan restaurant. The service was a bit disappointing; it seemed understaffed. We definitely would have had more drinks and dessert if someone had come to take our order. It's a really nice place with potential. More interaction with the guests at the table and a more frequent check of the restrooms are areas for improvement, I would suggest.

If you're lucky, someone will help you at some point during the day. People who arrive later will be helped sooner. Even after indicating that you want to order, you'll be told, "I'll be with you shortly," and then you'll chat with a colleague.

Last Tuesday I visited your Almere branch and, with much anticipation, ordered a Signature and Blue Mary burger. When you pay €31.80 for two burgers, you're immediately alert when your food arrives within three minutes. It's the smallest burger I've ever seen in my life. There was some unprepared lettuce next to it, and they'd squeezed the bottle of spicy sauce once. The bun was limp and soft, the burger hadn't even seen the grill (it was probably already baked in a pan in the oven) and tasted bland (looks like a medium-rare hamburger). The garnish consisted of two bottled sauces and a bit of lettuce. No "blue cheese" or "bacon" was seen. The Signature burger was just as bad, the same meat, and after a minute the bun was soaked with juice. A red onion, cut into very large chunks, was thankfully easy to pick out. Why didn't I report this on the spot? Because it couldn't be resolved on the spot. I'm a convinced vegan and I wish you all the best, work hard! I tasted absolutely no love in the dish.

Very kind and thoughtful staff however fourth time I eat here and the quality was very disappointing. Crispy chicken only had for crisp its name, all cakes I took were not eatable. Very dry (sponge cake, banana bread) or very moist (appel taart). For the price paid I was very disappointed.

It was a rainy afternoon on Thursday 17th of September. I walked into the restaurant with a family member after we felt like getting a coffee Immediately we felt the nice cozy atmosphere that this restaurant has to offer, it didnt take long for the staff to notice our arrival at the restaurant. We were greeted with a warm lovely welcome by the staff that we both appreciated, and felt seen as guests here at this restaurant. I noticed how clean the tables were, truly a aesthetically pleasing sight to withness, our drink orders were very to our liking. The other guests their food orders seemed really delicious and i will definitely try the food with my next visit.

It was a huge disappointment. It all started with the reservation. We'd booked two weeks in advance because we wanted to dine with 12 people. But we didn't receive a confirmation. We had to call to follow up. Upon arrival, we were assigned a table for six, even though I'd booked and called ahead for 12 people. So, tables had to be quickly moved and set. The service was slow. We had to wait a long time for drinks. And two drinks were forgotten. We had to follow up on this. The sparkling water and several other dishes weren't available. We cleared the table ourselves in between, but it simply wasn't done. Something went wrong with the order. We received the main courses first, and then the starters. One main course was also forgotten and had to be prepared. Furthermore, one starter hadn't been brought at all. The food was absolutely cold. I sent the kids' burgers back. It was unbearable. The other dishes were also unappetizing/dry because they were cold. The restroom was very dirty. They apologized several times. But nothing was offered to solve it. Yes, two refillable bottles of lukewarm tap water. Too bad, we really had high expectations.

I was completely dissatisfied with my experience at Copper Brunch. The staff doesn't even look at you, and once you order, it takes so long that you regret ordering at all. When I told them I was very hungry, the waitress just laughed and said it was busy and there was nothing she could do. After waiting forty minutes, while the bar staff just joked around, I was given a sandwich full of sauce even though I'd clearly stated I wanted it plain. I'll never be back and absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

An overrated place with food prepared carelessly (for example, we got corn ribs, which turned out to be raw and still frozen corn inside 🤦), the food lacked any interesting flavor and structure and the toilet was also quite messy. Horrible :/

We had a reservation for 6:30 PM for two people, and we received a friendly welcome, which was all we needed. After waiting 35 minutes, not a single drink order had been placed, the staff couldn't be reached, and they showed no interest. They just shuffled around with zero enthusiasm. In the end, we just got up and left. The man said goodbye and didn't seem to understand why we were leaving, or maybe he did, but didn't care. It's a shame, because we like to support these kinds of restaurants, but with a bit of service.

We recently visited this lovely restaurant (Copper Branch - Almere) on our overseas travels. It was such a beautiful setting, with delicious food and drinks. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit! Was the perfect location to have a break while doing shopping.

Nicely decorated, lots of plants and greenery. On a Friday afternoon during our lunch break at 1 p.m., we ordered two drinks (iced latte and lemon fritz). It was quite busy, but there were still plenty of free seats. There were three of them, but the drinks didn't arrive for 27 minutes. I can't comment on the food.

Unfortunately, my satisfaction varies depending on the day I go and which service staff is working. Sometimes it's clean and tidy, sometimes it's dirty and unpleasant.

It's a nice place to walk into. It wasn't busy. Two tables outside. Inside, four tables, one of which was a long table. All tables were already set with food. We received a very warm welcome. No further questions were asked, and the staff were nowhere to be seen. After fifteen minutes, we asked if we could order something. We were allowed to... then... nothing. No staff in sight. Tables that had vacated remained uncleared, and the few times someone walked by, everything was left behind. New customers weren't greeted, while there was plenty of chatter and laughter in the kitchen (we were sitting next to the kitchen). After more than half an hour, our food arrived in a nearly empty restaurant. Drinks were also served then! Despite ordering drinks and food via a machine, the espresso machine was missing. The food was delicious, that must be said, but in the hospitality industry, I think the service is a bit of a letdown. If it were busy, I could understand that to some extent, but definitely not now, with only four tables. BTW 2 customers simply left because they were not served

We sat there for ten minutes before someone could come take our order, and after half an hour, we had almost the entire order on the table in one go. Meanwhile, three tables in the room were still uncleared, but there was still plenty of time to chat in the kitchen.

What a lovely place! Everything is vegan, and the menu is extensive. I had a generous Caesar salad bowl and took banana bread to go. Friendly service, a charming patio, and a warm interior. I'd love to come back.

They are so sweet here! I really recommend this place. My granddaughter wanted to order a matcha. I thought: what is that? That green stuff? But oh, it was so good! And that truffle burger, delicious, totally my taste. And what sweethearts they are here, such good service! Even though some speak English, they remain incredibly friendly and helpful. (By the way, I was here a month ago, but I completely forgot to write a review.)

Update: The owner approached us rather quickly after the review. He handled the situation professionally with a lot of understanding. That means they take the experience of their customers seriously and want to improve. Bad and unfriendly service. Nobody was interested in helping or answering questions. They ignored us twice. Then I figured out we could also order with the QR code; none of the servers pointed this out when we sat down. But I thought, maybe they were having a bad day, and I would let the food speak. It only got worse from there. Their famous award-winning burger must have been famous for its terrible and fatty taste. They didn't give me a fork for the salad, so I used it as a topping on my burger because the burger tasted of nothing. Also, the onion rings were probably made a few hours ago and reheated in the microwave (sloppy and sour). To top it all off, you overpay for all of this. Just to add to this, the bathroom was filthy. The two ladies who were cleaning were chatting in the corner, uninterested in doing their work. My advice: don't go here! My advice to the establishment: if you win an award, try and maintain that standard, because this is a shame.

Good food but our order took more than 45 minutes to arrive, and was also wrong. Not even an apology.

Ordered 2 cortados, had to wait almost half an hour. When they finally arrived they were not cortados but regular coffee with a very thin layer of foam. Returned to employee but the only response was “oh I don’t know my colleague made it”. No apologies, not taken off the bill and when paying the same employee clearly indicated that we could tap a tip on the screen………

Fake plants take away from the atmosphere. The interior looks a bit cheap and the cake was a bit tough as if it had been left out too long. Could be better for the prices asked here. I want fresher and larger portions and measure atmosphere for these prices.

Ended up here with the intention of having dinner. Totally unhelpful staff who consider their own phone more important than the customers. Everything is just disgusting from tables to employees' clothing and toilets. We had to ask to order something (can also be done via QR, but it's nice if someone comes to clean your sticky table). After a drink we decided not to eat here either. When everything looks so gross, you wonder what it's like in the kitchen. I keep reading responses from the owner with an offer to give money back. I don't have to make sure everything is clean and you have nice staff who enjoy working. I didn't get that idea here. That's why I don't come anymore.

Although you don't immediately think of a chain, this is already the third Copper Branch branch in the Netherlands, a sign of our growing appetite for plant-based food. The other two opened in Utrecht and Rotterdam. A driven entrepreneur with a love for hospitality and sustainable food is behind the expansion. In France he was once looking for a nice place to eat with his vegetarian family and that was not that easy - until he came across a local Copperbranch. All the children stood on the benches and that's how the ball started rolling. The Canadian concept now has more than 50 locations worldwide and continues to grow with its own view on what 'fast-casual' (affordable and fast food in a restaurant setting) can mean when it is green. That is not only good for your body, but also for our planet. The food is delicious, but personally, affordability should still be considered. I mean a croissant with a hamburger filling and truffle sauce, a try before. You mention that and charge €14 for it, is a bit too much to ask as far as I'm concerned.

What an incredibly refreshing place. Great menu (vegan, but you can't "taste" it) and also super tasty dishes. Yes, a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it. It's also nice that they promote initiatives such as the De Peerdegaert Foundation. And nice coffee.

It was very busy when we entered, but we immediately got a spot for 2. That went quickly. Then no one came to us, so after about fifteen minutes we asked for the map. Then it took a while again and no one came, so I finally called the lady behind the cash register that I wanted to order. We wanted to order via QR code, but the website didn't have nachos as I wanted, so we had to order from the staff. Then we waited again and four people who arrived after us received their orders earlier. Waitress didn't know why that happened. Finally our food arrived! A few pieces of nachos were burnt, but the taste of sauces and avocado was good. There was still a whole piece of avocado in the guacamole, which was a bit less. While eating the feeling that something was wrong. It turned out that parsley had been put on my nachos instead of coriander. Had to take my dish to the cash register to indicate this, where they then gave me a separate container with coriander. Asked if they wanted to remove the parsley from the dish. My daughter didn't really like the signature burger. Didn't eat everything. Tasted too sour. We often eat plant-based, so it's not because we're not used to the taste, but this just wasn't really good. The Matcha latte and Matcha frappucino were delicious! Friendly staff, chilled atmosphere, and very cosy. Everything is plant based (vegan). I ordered a pulled "chicken" wrap and it was delicious! The portions are generous too! They also have an interesting cake called the matcha cake, unexpectedly tasty - not too sweet and has a hint of lemon 🍋🤤 I will definitely be back!

I've eaten from "yogurt" breakfasts to bowls to burgers and wraps and can recommend all the tasty dishes! Me and my friends are not vegan but it is just tasty and fun.

I experienced a wonderful peace and quiet with lots of greenery and a nice theme at Copper Branch Almere. All portions were well filled. Both the food and desserts were very tasty. I also wanted to try the matcha here, it was honestly one of the best matchas I've ever had!

Love it! Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken, I would have liked a coffee, but I opted for a mint of tea, the glass of which was nice and large and well filled! The waitresses are very friendly and the interior is beautifully laid out. I thought the music was a bit too loud, I was reading a book myself, so it bothered me slightly. But that is more of a personal preference than a point for improvement from the cafe. I spent a good hour and a half there and really enjoyed the atmosphere and atmosphere. I will definitely come back here more often!

Today I thought I would eat a tasty burger from this store. Well that was quite disappointing. I knew that they would be a bit more pricey than fast-food chains, but then I expected value for my money. Ordered a Portobellissimo Burger in the store and received a measly bun with a deplorably sad topping. Just ridiculous. 3/4 bites and it was gone and unfortunately for an hour I had a stomach ache and strange stitches in my heart. I was hoping for a nice, thick, filling burger like at the vegan food bar, but alas. It's a nice, cozy place, but I don't think I'll ever walk in here for a burger again.

The staff are wonderfully polite and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. If you're curious about how vegan food can be both innovative and satisfying, Almere Copper Branch is the place to go! I had Crispy Chicken , Onion Rings, fries, flat white and Wedges. Everything was just perfect and taste is top notch. Presentation is amazing and overall a cozy place where you sit relax and work or enjoy your meal or chat with friend. Staff is as amazing and polite 😍. They suggested me right meal and it was just amazing experience.

Corn dish and syrup were nothing special. Upon arrival it was not indicated that you had to order dishes via QR code on the menu. I was waiting quite a long time. But unfortunately no one came to take my order. A fellow guest/customer at another table indicated that I had to order via the QR code or otherwise go to the bar/counter to order.
