The atmosphere is very pleasant. There is always a certain sense of calm, regardless of how many people are there. The food is always delicious and there is a lot of variety, which is very nice. It is also great that there is variety in terms of milk and sweeteners for your drink!!, as not everyone immediately wants granulated sugar/cane sugar or soy milk. The staff are always friendly and helpful; I come here often and they are always friendly. It is certainly a hygienic place as well.

It took them 50 minutes to bring out a kids meal that didn't even need any cooking because it was mostly just salad and edamame and cold rice. The worst part was that it was missing half of the things mentioned in the menu like avocado, broccoli etc but they still charged full price. My toddler went hungry for almost an hour for a badly served half meal. They said they'll give us free drinks, but then they never came back to take the order. We have been to Copper Branch many many times but this was the worst experience we have ever had.

An absolute culinary highlight of our entire Netherlands tour. Friendly and attentive staff and a great atmosphere. I can't imagine how it could be improved. Perfect. :)

Ordered a to-go lunch. On the pricey side, but the value for money was good. The staff was friendly, and although we had to wait a bit, that is understandable given that everything is prepared fresh.

Mint tea with many old leaves. Hot chocolate was watery. No toasted sandwiches on the menu. Service took a long time despite it being quiet. Whipped cream was not available; ladies, it is only 11 o'clock in the morning. Not recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Copper Branch. I really appreciate their 100% plant-based menu and their focus on wholesome, fresh, and more sustainable food. The meal was flavorful, satisfying, and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of healthy options to choose from. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I just ordered Copper Branch Bowl for 18.9 € including the request to have it NO spicy. My request was completely ignored and I got a full chili sauce Bowl.... I have not been able to eat it. I regret that the employees have not able to check in detail the order of the customers, even the restaurant was empty, so no rush hour. Too high price for high spicy bowl. This has been my first and last time...I can not recommend it.

The food was very good. However, it took an hour to arrive due to an error in the ordering system. The staff didn't really resolve this either; unfortunately, there was no apology or compensation. But contact with headquarters went very smoothly, and they handled it properly.

Terrible... veggie chicken wasn't cooked through... Wraps weren't special either, and on top of that, super expensive! .sorry, take down that sign at the front that says award-winning! Terrible cook! Only the coffee and waitress were very nice

This restaurant bills itself as one of the better ones in the area, but unfortunately, our experience was different. I ordered a hamburger with fries. The fries were served first, and the COLD hamburger only arrived about 20 minutes later. That is not what you should expect. My wife's dish didn't improve the experience; it was partially burnt!! We also found the value for money disappointing. The food wasn't bad, but certainly not special. All in all, the experience fell considerably short of the expectations raised. Additionally, the hard rock-style music is very prominent. If you like that, it might be a plus, but personally, we felt it didn't contribute to a relaxed lunch. For us, no reason to come back.

What a gem to find in this concrete city. The restaurant was very calm, chill vibes, with a very nice and caring American waitress, she was impeccable to us. The food was great, we were craving something healthy and delicious, and we were not disappointed. The burgers were amazing, properly sized, and it felt like real meat. Would completely recomendo a visit.

The food is quite tasty, but the place is severely understaffed. I waited half an hour and ended up going to get the menu myself. It's a real shame, because for this price I expect somewhat faster service. I find it disappointing that a frappuccino listed on the menu with syrup, for which you have to pay an extra euro.

Great experience. There is also a QR code on the tables that you can scan. You then get a menu from which you can place your order immediately. It might be less personal, but you don't have to wait long for someone to come by. You don't have to wait long for your order or to pay. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food is an experience.

The service is friendly, but everything took a very long time even though it wasn't busy at all. No hospitality experience. The atmosphere is a bit like McDonald's despite the greenery + lounge music that is too loud. A shame.

The food was very tasty; we also had a cup of tea with it. For the price, I think there could have been a bit more in the cup, considering how big it was. The service was very good: a Dutch-speaking man and an English-speaking woman, both very friendly. The atmosphere on the terrace was very nice. A group did come later to protest about animal cruelty; we weren't bothered by it, but that is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

It was a weekday and early in the afternoon, so I didn't eat here during a rush; my food arrived quite quickly, and WHAT KIND OF FOOD. This is simply OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD!!!! What an amazing place this is! My sister and I were looking for a spot that is completely vegan, well, this was it 🥰 We could eat everything on the menu and on top of that, it was delicious! We ordered lunch here—a Poké Bowl and a Caesar Bowl. Both were perfectly put together and absolutely delicious! Due to a computer issue, we had to wait a little longer than normal. The staff more than generously made up for the delay, so we can now also confirm that the smoothies, the carrot cake, and the apple pie are excellent as well. The frosting on the carrot cake and the spices are outstanding, and the shortcrust pastry of the apple pie was clearly prepared with great care and true craftsmanship. I went here today to buy something to eat [to-go]. I am not even kidding when I say I ate the best vegan burger ever. I had the 'truffel burger' and from the first bite I absolutely fell in love. Now that it is christian fasting for some of us I wanted to try out a new place and I am telling you I will absolutely come back to try some other things. The staff was so kind. and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming. Not to mention the great taste in music I hear in the background, very enjoyable!! I remember while I was waiting for my burger I also ordered the 'chai latte' which was also very delicious and so purely chai. I love chai lattes and order them wherever I go, however this one was full of spice and exactly what I was looking for. To finish it off, the food was amazing! it’s a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. A ten out of ten and I definitely recommend ❤️

To our surprise, the table next to us suddenly received their food. We thought they were finished long ago. That didn't bode well for our order. I recently visited Copper Branch in Almere Stad on a Wednesday afternoon, and the experience was genuinely impressive. We were there with two people. The Focaccia Georgia was a standout. The ingredients tasted remarkably fresh, the pesto was full of flavor, and the focaccia itself was soft and perfectly baked. It had that comforting, homemade feel but with a refined touch. The burger was also very well done. The plant‑based chicken had a great texture and a satisfying crunch. The only small improvement we’d suggest is for the plant‑based bacon, it could use a bit more flavor and crispiness to match the rest of the burger’s quality. Still, the overall taste was delicious and satisfying. Atmosphere & Interior The interior of Copper Branch is absolutely lovely. With lots of plants, a beautiful green wall, and a calm, stylish design, the space feels both modern and relaxing. After we sat down, a lady came 20 minutes later to take our drinks, which were served half an hour later. It wasn't until 20 minutes later that our dinner requests were taken. After 45 minutes, I asked when we could get our starters. Another 5 minutes... Ten minutes later, the starters arrived, PLUS the three burgers. My main course arrived another 10 minutes later. How nice! The fries I ordered didn't arrive; I asked again, "They'll be here in 5 minutes." Ten minutes later, three portions of lukewarm fries arrived. After dinner, our table wasn't cleared...we decided to skip dessert, otherwise we probably wouldn't have caught the last train. Now I understand perfectly well why the restaurant wasn't full. You go there once, and then never again.

We had lunch at the Copper branch in Almere today. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy. Definitely recommended. It's a bit pricey, but the food is very tasty.

The three of us thought we'd have a nice day out in Almere. After seeing the sign outside that said "Winner of Almere's Best Restaurant," we decided to go in. Unfortunately, it turned out the service wasn't the issue. After sitting down for a bit, a waiter came over to ask us to order a drink. It took a while, but it eventually arrived. We then wanted to order some food. We ordered from the same waiter, but it took a ridiculously long time to get our food. After that, no one came over to see if we wanted anything else to drink. After waiting 45 minutes, we finally asked someone if we were getting our food. It wasn't busy at all at that time of day. It turned out the order hadn't been received by the kitchen. They didn't apologize and looked at us sheepishly when we told them we wanted to pay anyway. Unfortunately, you don't do it for the service here🤷🏼‍♀️

Once again, great food, amazing service! I will be coming back more often

Well, a bit of a disappointment. The marketing campaign about "best restaurant in Almere" works well, but in practice, the service proved completely disinterested. Serving a simple lunch for three people was also done in three separate portions, which wasn't very welcoming. The signature burger was very meager and was served lukewarm. Wraps were placed on a huge layer of green lettuce. Nachos were slightly more appreciated, and Fritz-Cola is always a plus. But we won't be back.

Update 3/1: Following the owner's response, I received a full refund. Therefore, the service rating has been adjusted from 1 to 5 stars. Everyone deserves a second chance after such honest feedback. 30/1: Expensive and poor service. A one-hour wait for an order that then arrived incorrectly. Avoid them completely. Waste of money.

It took a very long time to get our food. The food was okay, although we didn't get exactly what we described on the menu. We also had to constantly look at dirty dishes on the bar. The cappuccino wasn't made quite right.

The atmosphere was magnificent, but 40 minutes for two ridiculously expensive focaccias that weren't anything special... well, that's a no-go. And let's not even talk about the rest of the prices. I don't know what criteria they use to rate this restaurant in Almería, but I don't think the food was right.

We visited around 2 p.m. and it was very busy, with dirty tables. It wasn't clear whether you had to order at the bar or not. Everything took a long time. As a result, I only ordered drinks and didn't eat. The staff kept going to the wrong tables with orders. No second visit...

The food tasted good, but the carrot cake was very cold and hard. Friendly staff, but what a mess. The entire counter was covered in dirty dishes. It seemed like the team didn't have a proper manager to guide them. We had to wait 40 minutes for two coffees and were first served one of our two meals before drinks.

The menu offers excellent options, and the food tastes and looks good. It was my first time at a vegan restaurant. The service was a bit disappointing; it seemed understaffed. We definitely would have had more drinks and dessert if someone had come to take our order. It's a really nice place with potential. More interaction with the guests at the table and a more frequent check of the restrooms are areas for improvement, I would suggest.

If you're lucky, someone will help you at some point during the day. People who arrive later will be helped sooner. Even after indicating that you want to order, you'll be told, "I'll be with you shortly," and then you'll chat with a colleague.

Last Tuesday I visited your Almere branch and, with much anticipation, ordered a Signature and Blue Mary burger. When you pay €31.80 for two burgers, you're immediately alert when your food arrives within three minutes. It's the smallest burger I've ever seen in my life. There was some unprepared lettuce next to it, and they'd squeezed the bottle of spicy sauce once. The bun was limp and soft, the burger hadn't even seen the grill (it was probably already baked in a pan in the oven) and tasted bland (looks like a medium-rare hamburger). The garnish consisted of two bottled sauces and a bit of lettuce. No "blue cheese" or "bacon" was seen. The Signature burger was just as bad, the same meat, and after a minute the bun was soaked with juice. A red onion, cut into very large chunks, was thankfully easy to pick out. Why didn't I report this on the spot? Because it couldn't be resolved on the spot. I'm a convinced vegan and I wish you all the best, work hard! I tasted absolutely no love in the dish.

Very kind and thoughtful staff however fourth time I eat here and the quality was very disappointing. Crispy chicken only had for crisp its name, all cakes I took were not eatable. Very dry (sponge cake, banana bread) or very moist (appel taart). For the price paid I was very disappointed.

It was a rainy afternoon on Thursday 17th of September. I walked into the restaurant with a family member after we felt like getting a coffee Immediately we felt the nice cozy atmosphere that this restaurant has to offer, it didnt take long for the staff to notice our arrival at the restaurant. We were greeted with a warm lovely welcome by the staff that we both appreciated, and felt seen as guests here at this restaurant. I noticed how clean the tables were, truly a aesthetically pleasing sight to withness, our drink orders were very to our liking. The other guests their food orders seemed really delicious and i will definitely try the food with my next visit.

It was a huge disappointment. It all started with the reservation. We'd booked two weeks in advance because we wanted to dine with 12 people. But we didn't receive a confirmation. We had to call to follow up. Upon arrival, we were assigned a table for six, even though I'd booked and called ahead for 12 people. So, tables had to be quickly moved and set. The service was slow. We had to wait a long time for drinks. And two drinks were forgotten. We had to follow up on this. The sparkling water and several other dishes weren't available. We cleared the table ourselves in between, but it simply wasn't done. Something went wrong with the order. We received the main courses first, and then the starters. One main course was also forgotten and had to be prepared. Furthermore, one starter hadn't been brought at all. The food was absolutely cold. I sent the kids' burgers back. It was unbearable. The other dishes were also unappetizing/dry because they were cold. The restroom was very dirty. They apologized several times. But nothing was offered to solve it. Yes, two refillable bottles of lukewarm tap water. Too bad, we really had high expectations.

I was completely dissatisfied with my experience at Copper Brunch. The staff doesn't even look at you, and once you order, it takes so long that you regret ordering at all. When I told them I was very hungry, the waitress just laughed and said it was busy and there was nothing she could do. After waiting forty minutes, while the bar staff just joked around, I was given a sandwich full of sauce even though I'd clearly stated I wanted it plain. I'll never be back and absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

An overrated place with food prepared carelessly (for example, we got corn ribs, which turned out to be raw and still frozen corn inside 🤦), the food lacked any interesting flavor and structure and the toilet was also quite messy. Horrible :/

We had a reservation for 6:30 PM for two people, and we received a friendly welcome, which was all we needed. After waiting 35 minutes, not a single drink order had been placed, the staff couldn't be reached, and they showed no interest. They just shuffled around with zero enthusiasm. In the end, we just got up and left. The man said goodbye and didn't seem to understand why we were leaving, or maybe he did, but didn't care. It's a shame, because we like to support these kinds of restaurants, but with a bit of service.

Nicely decorated, lots of plants and greenery. On a Friday afternoon during our lunch break at 1 p.m., we ordered two drinks (iced latte and lemon fritz). It was quite busy, but there were still plenty of free seats. There were three of them, but the drinks didn't arrive for 27 minutes. I can't comment on the food.

It's a nice place to walk into. It wasn't busy. Two tables outside. Inside, four tables, one of which was a long table. All tables were already set with food. We received a very warm welcome. No further questions were asked, and the staff were nowhere to be seen. After fifteen minutes, we asked if we could order something. We were allowed to... then... nothing. No staff in sight. Tables that had vacated remained uncleared, and the few times someone walked by, everything was left behind. New customers weren't greeted, while there was plenty of chatter and laughter in the kitchen (we were sitting next to the kitchen). After more than half an hour, our food arrived in a nearly empty restaurant. Drinks were also served then! Despite ordering drinks and food via a machine, the espresso machine was missing. The food was delicious, that must be said, but in the hospitality industry, I think the service is a bit of a letdown. If it were busy, I could understand that to some extent, but definitely not now, with only four tables. BTW 2 customers simply left because they were not served

We sat there for ten minutes before someone could come take our order, and after half an hour, we had almost the entire order on the table in one go. Meanwhile, three tables in the room were still uncleared, but there was still plenty of time to chat in the kitchen.

They are so sweet here! I really recommend this place. My granddaughter wanted to order a matcha. I thought: what is that? That green stuff? But oh, it was so good! And that truffle burger, delicious, totally my taste. And what sweethearts they are here, such good service! Even though some speak English, they remain incredibly friendly and helpful. (By the way, I was here a month ago, but I completely forgot to write a review.)

That means they take the experience of their customers seriously and want to improve. Bad and unfriendly service. Nobody was interested in helping or answering questions. They ignored us twice. Then I figured out we could also order with the QR code; none of the servers pointed this out when we sat down. But I thought, maybe they were having a bad day, and I would let the food speak. It only got worse from there. Their famous award-winning burger must have been famous for its terrible and fatty taste. They didn't give me a fork for the salad, so I used it as a topping on my burger because the burger tasted of nothing. Also, the onion rings were probably made a few hours ago and reheated in the microwave (sloppy and sour). To top it all off, you overpay for all of this. Just to add to this, the bathroom was filthy. The two ladies who were cleaning were chatting in the corner, uninterested in doing their work. My advice: don't go here! My advice to the establishment: if you win an award, try and maintain that standard, because this is a shame.

Lovely cafe. Nice atmosphere. Pretty interior. Cake was tasty. Good selection of food on the menu. The coffee is spot on - which is hard to find in NL. Service was great - everyone was very friendly, especially the South African lady who served me.

Good food but our order took more than 45 minutes to arrive, and was also wrong. Not even an apology.

Ordered 2 cortados, had to wait almost half an hour. When they finally arrived they were not cortados but regular coffee with a very thin layer of foam. Returned to employee but the only response was “oh I don’t know my colleague made it”. No apologies, not taken off the bill and when paying the same employee clearly indicated that we could tap a tip on the screen………

Fake plants take away from the atmosphere. The interior looks a bit cheap and the cake was a bit tough as if it had been left out too long. Could be better for the prices asked here. I want fresher and larger portions and measure atmosphere for these prices.
