I asked for a recommendation and chose a few different pastries and all the pastries I tried were quite firm and felt dry. I didn’t ask for gluten-free, just chose what looked appealing.

They have all sorts of croissants, like chocolate, ham, and cheese, and more! And the other pastries are also delicious and made with love. The staff is super friendly, and the seating is comfortable. The prices are also definitely reasonable for a gluten-free bakery. Highly recommended!

It's really nice that you can enjoy delicious cheese croissants and gluten-free bread, or enjoy coffee and a treat even with an allergy. The service is always friendly.

I don't get how it has a 4.9 rating! worst croissant and coffee latté I've ever had, the croissant was so oily it made my stomach ache and the coffee was unbearable I couldn't even drink more than two sips!

Amazing bakery! What a relief to have so many options when you have to eat gluten-free; everything is delicious (even if you don't eat gluten-free)! Our teenager is thrilled to try a cinnamon bun and a jalapeño roll. The staff is very friendly. We'll definitely be back! 🥐☕️

Today I visited Craft Coffee & Pastry (Almere), and what a wonderful experience! Everything is freshly made, from delicious coffee to gluten-free croissants and pastries, many of which are also lactose-free and vegan. The friendly staff and warm atmosphere make it extra special. Whether you need to eat gluten-free or just fancy something special, Craft Coffee & Pastry is an absolute must for anyone who appreciates quality. I'll definitely be back!

What a great gluten-free bakery! 😍 Finally got to go there once. A delicious assortment. My daughter loved being able to eat so many delicious things. 😋Croissants that really taste great. Delicious muffins, cookies and cannolis. Definitely worth it, highly recommended! Hopefully a bakery in Twente in the future?! That would be great! Haha 😄

Great store with only freshly baked gluten-free products, and they are the best and tastiest in the Netherlands! The different types of croissants are delicious, just like all the other pastries and cookies. But the different types of bread are also of a rare high and delicious quality. If you have celiac disease, this is definitely your store!

I've been living in Almere almost 9 years, but I just found this place yesterday and randomly checked it via google maps! I am so happy I found this place, a gluten free bakery! I understand some people said that the croissant was not airy/crispy .. that's because they dont use wheat flour 😁! indeed Gluten will give the nice texture to your bread but it gives a lot of problems to your body! I will definitely come back to this store for some more bread choices!

I came for the croissants because everyone is so enthusiastic about them. But I have to say that in my opinion the baguette is the big winner. I sat at craft for a while, but apart from the food I didn't find it very pleasant to sit there (that is of course a personal preference).

*Edit* Well I came back to Holland and travelled an hr to come back here. Still brilliant and still delicious. It's still hard to get over that I can eat everything, without the need to double check everything! This time I had a Italian croissant and a slice of butter cake, both wonderful, but the butter cake is out of this world. I purchased a whole bag of goodies to last the rest of the holiday. Once again, thank you and keep doing what you do ❤️ ***************************************** Craft coffee and pastry, Almere is an absolute gold mine if you're gluten free. You better believe that everytime I'm in Holland I will be making a pit stop here. Good gluten free pastry is hard to find in England, let alone a whole bakery full of 100% gluten free treats! You can sit in and enjoy a coffee also or take away. Kid in a candy store doesn't even cut it. I was so excited, and to think we found this place by accident! Thank you for doing what you do, keep it up!

I have never eaten such delicious gluten & lactose-free products in years. (My family is gluten and dairy free and even they think it tastes great.) I have been coming here every week since the beginning of this year to get fresh bread, cookies and croissants and I am so satisfied every time. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

All is gluten free 😍 Delicious 😋chocolate croissants, almond croissants, French croissants, excellent bread, muffins to die for and what about the ham/cheese croissants to get you up at night 👌🏻 Thank you for this incredible quality! The advice: go there when it opens to have as many choices as possible 😋 and avoid the queue!

I only had a cappuccino here (and didn't eat). It was great that one of the employees (himself) offered the QR code for the WiFi. Pleasant atmosphere!

The croissant has strange texture, there was no air in the layers so it tasted not fluffy, but dry like sponge. I know this is not their normal quality, but it’s unfortunate that they were willing to sell this to customers without warning, if knowing there must have been something wrong with the batch. . Edit review because of the constructive response from the shop.

Bought 3 chocolate croissants. They gave me 10 euro too little change. The employees were mainly minding each other. The croissants tasted old and little like a real croissant.

What a gem this is in Almere Haven. Ended up by accident and had a delicious coffee. Butter cake and chocolate cakes were really delicious. And everything turns out to be gluten-free.

Great bread and pastries, friendly service, very small seating area (3 tables, 6 seats)...and a bad cappuccino. Beans are ok, milk was too hot which spoiled the flavour. Conclusion: great take-out for bakery and pastries, not a cafe to sit down and drink.

What a party!! So much choice of gluten-free rolls, cookies, cakes. Mmmmm... The pistachio cake is one of my favorites!! The lemon muffin is also delicious. The sandwiches and croissants fit perfectly in the freezer, so I can always take some with me. And always a sweet smile from behind the counter. Too bad I live in Belgium otherwise I would come here every day 🤍

Gluten-free. Bread looks and tastes as normal one. In my opinion buttercook better to serve after several hours in fridge so it's not soooo sweet. Bread is amazing!

Vandaag langs geweest in de zaak in Almere. De producten die ze hebben liggen hier zijn echt top! Bijna niet van tarwe producten te onderscheiden! Echt heel erg lekker Ik zou mensen wel aanraden om te bestellen als ze uit het volledige assortiment willen kiezen. Wij waren er om 12:00 en dan is een groot gedeelte van het assortiment al uitverkocht. Vooral de croissant kaas en de ham kaas. Ze bakken dan ook niet meer bij helaas werd mij verteld. Zeker als de mensen voor je 5 croissant achter elkaar bestellen. Voor mensen die van ver komen is dat het risico niet waard en kun je beter bestellen.

Mag ik ook 6 sterren geven? Wat een geluk dat ik zo'n geweldige glutenvrije bakkerij om de hoek heb!

Absoluut de beste plek voor glutenvrije producten. Heerlijke croissantjes in allerlei smaken. Makkelijk parkeren in de buurt.

Eindelijk eens een keer cappuccino waardoor je je in Italië waant. Ook nog eens hele lekkere muffins erbij: echt top!

Zalige bakkers delicatessen maar ook gewoon brood. En alles glutenvrij. Zo goed dat je je dat niet eens realiseert.

This is an artesanal pastry. Great quality products, fresh and friendly staff. Their products are gluten free and the variety is big. You can take a coffee and be able to enjoy on sight there's a few tables, very cozy bakery.

Geweldig bedrijf. Lekker glutenvrij brood en banket dat qua smaak en uiterlijk niet onder doet voor "the real thing". Een aanwinst in Almere.
