Ordered here a few times now and the food is delicious and the delivery drivers are fast, top place, solid 10+

After being a customer for years, I'm completely done with it. 👋❌ This company isn't getting my money anymore. 💸🚫 Fries with chicken 🍟🐔 have gone from €7.50 💶 to €10.00 💰. For that price, you expect quality ⭐, but in my experience, it has actually gone downhill fast. 📉 The fries 🍟 are often way too greasy. 🛢️🤢 Additionally, my order goes wrong regularly, especially with the sauce. 🥫❌ That is why I ALWAYS check my order these days. 👀📦 The service 🤔❌ also leaves a lot to be desired. If there are mistakes, you have to come back yourself 🚗⛽ and the opening hours 🕒 are often incorrect. 🚪❌ What also struck me 🚬 is that I saw employees smoking multiple times and then going back to work. 👨‍🍳 That didn't give me a hygienic feeling personally. 🤢🦠 For me, it's over. ❌ The quality 📉, service 👥, and price 💸 are completely out of proportion.

Since the new owner, they have really improved. We had a delicious meal, and the staff were very nice and friendly! Definitely recommended.

I got a cheese soufflé from the vending machine; it was reddish-brown inside. It was edible in itself, until the last bite. It really tasted like mold. My girlfriend had a chicken burger and the bun was as hard as a cracker. The atmosphere is grim too; not recommended. I almost threw up my food.

Dunord was always a legend in the city center. Last night we ordered the highly praised pollo sandwich but got a minced chicken sandwich (?) with Joppie sauce, so not the delicious grilled meat like before. The satay sauce on the hot meat sandwich was also way too spicy. It's a shame you didn't use exactly the same ingredients after the takeover, because the food was so good! You shouldn't change that.

I used to get delicious fries and pollo here after a night out. Now I get a bowl of fries and chicken, without the delicious sauce they used to have, and the cheese is also missing. Unfortunately, I now have a bowl of fries with dry chicken. Such a shame. I was really looking forward to the delicious fries and pollo like before :(

Ordered from the website, paid and when I got there, I was greeted with a closed door. No one to contact, no food, ridiculous. Seems this is a common occurance 👎

Tasty sandwich but ripped off by that little boy behind the counter 22 euros for 3 sandwiches, I could already see from his look that it was not okay

OPENING HOURS ARE WRONG! Furthermore really top sandwiches but just stood in front of a closed door and compared to their sandwiches everything is a disappointment! Please correct times for the full 3x5 stars!

They're closed for delivery every day. And they're not open on December 31st either, even though it says they are. Amateurish.

The food was always great! Just a bit different from all the other snack bars (especially at night), but lately they've only served frozen spring rolls and poorly prepared fries with polos. The old specialty is unfortunately no longer available... 12-13-2024 edit. Since they took over again, it's been great! The new owner is working hard to build a good reputation and is passionate about the business. The sandwiches are also still of good quality! Keep up the good work!

Good fast, you can scream and sing all you want and they still give you extra sauce. Enjoyed

The croquette was lukewarm, unfortunately. Nice atmosphere, though.

My order was initially confirmed. An hour later, the order was canceled! No personal contact. It's a shame, because the pollo sandwich is my go-to.

If you´re not happy with your order, no money back. Keep away, more sauce than pizza...

The quality of the food has been very inconsistent lately. After working late me and my colleagues like(d) to order at Du Nord. Maybe it depends on the employee working that day because we've noticed that on certain days the sandwiches were bland and meagerly dressed whilst on other days they were quite alright. I'm sorry but this was the last time we've ordered at DuNord. PS: The store could definitely be cleaned more often.

Minor update, 2023; Du Nord is no longer what it used to be. Had a hot meat sandwich Royaal yesterday, the peanut sauce was so spicy that it was not tasty, it really ruined the taste experience. As for the pollo; Those pieces are now so large that the herbs disappear, since when has this been the case? It's really not tasty and a shame. Staff could be a bit friendlier. If you are waiting for your food (which is already more expensive than it was) then it is strange when one person asks the other; "How long should the roulade bake?" (for the hot meat generously) and the other person then says: "no idea" as in; just see what you do. That's impossible? Partner's sandwich was as pale as white paint and mine was nicely baked. There is also no wish for a nice evening, no farewell or whatever, even though we were happy with this. A shame because Du Nord was always a well-known great store in Leeuwarden. 2022: For me, there is nothing tastier and better than Du Nord. If anything, they are extremely solution-oriented, the food is of perfect quality.

Delicious food, definitely try fries or pollo sandwich here. Divine food! Service is a bit less, maybe because of the experience or because of the crowds, but certainly not bad service. There isn't really any atmosphere unless your cat comes walking in at 3:00 am, but then there is atmosphere everywhere.

Heel gezellig, personeel kletst lekker mee. Broodje pollo is elke keer weer genieten. Goed verpakt, dus heerlijk thuis opgegeten. Echt een aanrader!

Hele lekkere broodjes en patat pollo daarom hebben we er besteld. Helaas staat er aangegeven dat hij dinsdags geopend is, maar hij is dicht. We hebben besteld maar helaas geen eten.

Perfecte plek om zowel in de middag als in de late uren een goed broodje te halen! De pollo is en blijft een favoriete. Al verschilt het wel wie het maakt en of ze je Italiaanse bol even toasten.

Menu heeft goede broodjes die je niet overal ziet, de kwaliteit was goed genoeg. Service kan ietsje beter misschien, ik zou hier nog wel eens terug komen.

Een van de beste plekken om heerlijke broodjes te halen!

Ken de producten van Du Nord alleen van online bestellen en ik moet zeggen dat 9 van 10 keer ze prima producten leveren tegen een goede prijs. Broodjes zijn vers, combi producten komen in een goede hoeveelheid en mix en de pindasaus is echt heerlijk. Heb wel gemerkt dat bestelling vlak voordat de tent gaat sluiten vaak van mindere kwaliteit zijn door uitgedroogd brood wat blijkbaar al even ligt. Al met al toch altijd een feestje om hier te bestellen.

Gutes Essen für geringen Preis aber nicht das beste vom besten.
