My Snax in Vrijheidswijk

*Threatened & told not to bark!!* I texted the owner to communicate that my cola was delivered dirty and had a thumb print on the opening. He said another would be brought. I called an hour later and an Arab employee tells me that I am shameless and that he should not have to drive 5km. The owner told me it would be changed and delivered. It is not coming of your own pocket and as far as I know you are not the owner. He tells me that it is as if I am British and the cola was free. I pay €2.5 for delivery and how much does a cola really cost that you give it away for free to entice customers to order from your snackbar. I've been in restaurants and see how dirty employees are who do not wash their hands and pick up meat that fell on the ground and still cook it. Why should I have to wash something brought in a dirty condition and I do not know where your hands were all day. He calls me back after I hung up on him and asks if I cussed at him to which I say no did you hear me cussing? He threatens me and says if you did then nothing good will come out of it as in something bad will happen. He afterwards also tells me not to bark. I'm a long term customer and I definitely won't be ordering from this disrespectful establishment again. They also make you wait 1.5-2 hours for delivery.

Ordered almost 2 hours ago I called and they said it would arrive in half an hour. So never ordering here again

I was at the snack bar and they were very rude and uninterested. I was placing my order, wasn't even looking me in the eye, was just staring at a screen, and had no idea if they could hear us. And instead of asking me what I wanted on my burger, they asked the person I had brought with me what I wanted. But they act nice to their employees??? And after I got my burger, I saw that the cheese had been tossed on crookedly and was cold, unmelted! At least the burger was tasty. Worst experience ever!

Had to wait longer than 2 hours for my order, the doorbell was figuratively smashed, and I ordered fries with peanut sauce and not with mayo. Next time I'll look at the receipt better and improve the service; it always takes a long time, and it's not the first time.

Actually, it was always good, but extremely long waiting times, and the food is getting worse too.

Very sweet staff, and the food is really mega delicious! I could honestly eat here every day. Plus, it feels like a second home; the people here are that sweet!

There is no fault with the food, it is always good, but the delivery time is terrible. I order around 8 and at 10 o'clock still nothing. Yes, it is busy, but waiting 2 hours is more than ridiculous. You pay a lot these days, and then to wait so long. No, this is not good for this restaurant. This is the third time now. And I am afraid it will be the last time too. The owner really needs to run his business better, especially when it is busy; this is costing them customers, which is a real shame.

It takes longer than 1 hour to arrive

Orders are often incorrect. Ordered peanut meatballs and no peanut sauce, ordered a chicken kapsalon and then received whole blocks of chicken fillet, probably from Jumbo, in soy sauce on top of fries. Worthless, last time for me.

Exactly the same order here, almost an hour late. Never ordering from here again. Worthless place.

We give My Snax a huge compliment for the way they delivered the snacks. They were as hot as if we were eating them straight from the snack bar, were well-seasoned (the peanut sauce was fantastic!), and the portions were generous. We highly recommend this snack bar!

I waited an hour and a half for my order, only to discover it was at my neighbor's. I called about it, and they were able to reorder it. Half an hour later, the doorbell rang, and the delivery person was rude and aggressive. It was the neighbor's fault, not his. They should learn some manners... Instead of just ringing the bell, he'd just done it. The hamburger was so greasy that everything was sliding off and soaking wet before I even opened the container. The fries were limp and soaked in salt. I paid for 6 chicken nuggets and received 5... yet another bad experience there. I'm done with it.

Absolutely fantastic, Buffalo wings are highly recommended!

when you order food they block your number so you can not call them.

After an hour and a half, I called to see if our order was on its way. The answer was no, we're still working on it. Then, when the food arrived, they forgot the sauce. "It's coming," they said. 45 minutes later, still no sauce. We called again, and in 5 minutes, there was no apology. Poor service.

Waited 2 hours, called to see if they were coming then had to wait another half hour, the shop is almost around the corner (only closed for take-out) and then it took so long, the food was also half burnt never again!

Order placed but received nothing after waiting for 2 hours

Arrived way too late, waiting for 2 hours. Not a good company. It was inedible. Delivery guy said car breakdown communicating is an option. Called once and also the last 6 times.... I threw most of it in the bin, yuck, never eaten anything so disgusting.

One star is actually too much. I ordered a bag of fries for 9 people and two cheese soufflés. I pressed "as soon as possible" since I had guests, but I received an email saying it would arrive at 7:10 PM. Nothing was there when it arrived at 7:30 PM, and without an apology, the bag was handed to me. Bad business here.

The order took more than 3 hours. Upon delivery I did not even receive the complete order. That is why I cancelled. I was promised that the amount would be in my account immediately. After ten minutes I called Thuiszorgd myself. Refund was not possible within 3 days. In short, a lying company that cannot work during busy periods. From now on I will order from a real company

Ordered food for 21:30, then arrived at 21:50. Indicated that I wanted my sauce through the kapsalon, unfortunately got the sauce separately. Then the delivery person came without change, he would arrange this immediately.. after 40 minutes I called myself where my change was and I got a very rude person on the phone that I shouldn't make such a big deal about my change. It would be put through the letterbox, then the man wanted to start a whole discussion about how they have been doing this for so long and have never had any problems with orders or money. Downright rude that you treat people like this, never again for me! Also funny that they only have good reviews on their website 🙃

Took 2 hours for the food to be delivered (on a Tuesday) and that has happened before. If you call after an hour and a half to find out where your order is, they will also lie. And negative reviews are not posted on the website. So this regular customer will order elsewhere from now on.

Delivery time more expensive longer. The food didn't look good, the peanut sauce was in the container next to it, everything was underneath and if you order a cheese soufflé sandwich, the peanut sandwich was not there. The food itself was delicious!! And we missed the can of coke that we were supposed to get for free

Things have deteriorated completely since the takeover. Sorry, but food is no longer tasty. And no more service. What I think is even worse is that the food is not tasty. Customer-friendly is hard to find.

As everyone agrees, they are quite slow, you have to wait 2 hours, order is incomplete, fries are riddled with grease sometimes as the fried fries are often re-fried. Was the previous owner and still... these guys don't get it

Order takes longer than 2 hours. After an hour and a half we received a message that it was on its way. After waiting 2 hours and calling 10, we finally got in touch and apparently it wasn't on its way yet. Tip: do not place the order on the way while it is NOT yet on the way, because this will cause you to lose customers. This is the last time we order here.

Ordered at 6:15 PM. The food arrived at 9:10 PM. Had to wait terribly long. Also the food was cold when it arrived. Shame!

I ordered here once; they never showed up and I tried calling for an update and later to cancel at various times but was bounced away each time. Do yourself a favor and don't order here.

Normaal doe ik dit niet, maar het eten was niet te eten gister. Hamburgers en de rest was een dikke prima maar, patat was vol met frituurvet. Doordat we allemaal trek hadden hebben we toch gegeten maar werd er wel misselijk van. En ik werd wakker met maagzuur. Dus bedankt !!

Besteld bij thuisbezorgd omdat deze zaak wel goede recensies heeft en niet zo duur is. Ik heb heerlijk genoten van de patat en de frikandel speciaal! Maar toen ik een hap van de kipnuggets nam... vond ik dat niet lekker.. het smaakte niet naar kipnuggets, maar meer naar kip met een smaak van oud vet wat gigantisch overheerste. Verder niks op aan te merken. Jammer van de kipnuggets, vooral omdat ik daar altijd zo gek op ben. Zoals ik al zei de rest was wel lekker dus alsnog een aanrader maar voor kipnuggets moet je even ergens anders heen. 😉

Ik geef "My Snax" een cijfer 10. De reden waarom ik deze hoge cijfer geef is. De Eigenaar is een vriendelijk en vertrouwelijk persoon. Ik ben keer gebeld. Omdat er een keer iets fout ging bij thuisbezorgd. De eigenaar belden mij netjes op. Door het probleem. En ik kreeg netjes mijn geld terug. Van thuisbezorgd. Altijd staan zij mij netjes te woord via de telefoon. De boys die het eten rond brengen super tof vriendelijk. Je kan zien dat deze echt voor de klanten zijn. En niet zomaar een nummertje. Eten komt altijd goed warm aan. Geen klachten over deze zaak. Echt een aanrader. Je kunt gerust hier een frietje halen of bestellen. Ga zo door jongens. Ik vind dit echt wat mij en mijn vrouw betreft een uistekende snackbar het eten is echt geweldig van smaak goed warm en wat de bezorging betreft zeer netjes en vriendelijk en keurig op tijd ik zeg wat mij betreft de beste snackbar van leeuwarden shapoo

Was erg lekker vooral chickennugets ware heerlijk!
