They came very late with the order and the food was very bad, doner sandwich without garlic sauce, the salad half in the sandwich and the sambal tasted like plastic, I would not order there again

The food wasn't tasty. I think the potatoes were microwaved and they were tough. They forgot the lahmacun, it was definitely not worth the money and everything was thrown in the bag. They shouldn't be making food at all.

I placed an order at Shawarma Brothers via Thuisbezorgd: a kapsalon and two portions of fries. Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. The kapsalon was just not good, but the fries in particular were a disappointment—full of grease and undercooked. We immediately called to report this, but received the response that we should have indicated that we wanted the fries well done. That might be an option, but you can expect fries to be at least well cooked, right? Customer service was not helpful at all and offered no solution. We noticed that the receipt with our order contained the name of another company: Crown Beef Ribs, while we had ordered from Shawarma Brothers. This feels like deception and is downright unreliable. Overall a bad experience: mediocre food, poor service and questionable practices. For us the last time we order here!

Bad business, ordered pizza with egg egg was just raw. Imagine being pregnant. I will never order here again. Ugh disgusting

Order was delivered much too late, it said at 02.05 that it was already “delivered” while the delivery person only came to my door once at 02.44. Also, the delivery was supposed to come at 01.30 & no message or anything received + they don't even answer the phone themselves, no apologies came from the delivery person and the food was lukewarm and of poor quality unfortunately. Very unfortunate since previous orders were always good. UPDATE: they are not even able to offer a decent compensation and just make up a lie that they delivered it within 25 minutes, they get off easy like that.

People don't order here !!!!! The fries were way too limp and they are not reachable, I called 12 times, unfortunately I lost my money

You really just can't reach these people.. you want to make some adjustments. You can't even get a hold of them. They have never been treated so antisocially at Evhr, yuck! Miss the thaziki , miss the peppers I asked for what I called for. And the pizza is really just too cold

Whenever I order from here, I know I'll always have a delicious meal. The portions are just right—not too much, but also not small, so you can only enjoy them for a short time. The price-quality ratio is also excellent. A kapsalon (beef ribs) from Crown was about €2 cheaper than from comparable providers on the home delivery app, and it tasted delicious. Not too spicy, but just enough to make it feel like good food. The staff is also very friendly, and the service is superb. Tonight, I ordered with a wait time according to the Thuisbezorgd.nl food tracker, which was almost an hour. I thought I'd do some grocery shopping, but they arrived quickly after 20 minutes. Even though the delivery driver waited a respectable 10 minutes and called me without answering, they were very friendly when I called back, and the driver returned within 10 minutes. This is truly a top-notch restaurant; nothing to complain about.

Ordered 1.5 hours ago, didn't receive anything. Phone is also not answered. Normally never had any problems but this is not normal

Ordered 1 kapsalon and 1 durum with chicken doner. Delivery took an hour as stated in advance, but half of the order was missing. Can happen of course, BUT: When you contact someone by telephone, you get the Hasret on the line (yes, it's all just the same number), who angrily says that you cannot be understood (I call that phone for work and have never had any complaints about it), and hangs up before I can answer the call. phone on speaker could put the phone back on. Customer friendliness is very hard to find. Not recommended.

Ridiculous. Literally delivering a cold pizza and not even being able to give a normal and new voucher. While I was also a regular customer. You have 1 less.

Delivery person not in his right mind, destroyed our building. Be careful if you are home alone ladies if you order here. If you call them to say something about it you will be yelled at!!

Bad thing, ordered food that only arrived hours later, the pizza was completely soaked and the delivery person was very unfriendly. As a regular customer, I won't order from here again.

I ordered a shawarma sandwich from the best gentlemen, with the message that I wanted 4 sandwiches. Sandwiches have not been delivered. I call them and they want to deliver it for one euro each. If it takes 45 minutes, they don't understand that your shawarma is already cold by then... really a great place!! Bunch of idiots, no understanding for the customer

Waited more than two hours for the order, could not make contact by telephone, upon arrival the food was cold and bad!!

Did not receive my food after 2.5 hours while a delivery time of 1 hour was promised. Still waiting and can not get in contact. It is a fake alias for shoarma brothers, just order hasret, at least they deliver.

Worst experience with pizza I ever had. You can see it from the photos I added. Made an order in 2 hours before delivery time and they made it late for 20 mins. I don’t know why I tried it. Tasty is no good at all.

Ordering takes a very long time and they are very difficult to reach. No way to reach this company as the phone number doesn't work.

Submitted a complaint about a cold delivery that I had to throw away via home delivery because the restaurant was unavailable. Then I get the following message from them: "We must inform you that our partner was not prepared to compensate you. The restaurant indicates that they have double-packed the extra and cannot actually do more." There is no double packaging, unless you count a thin plastic bag, which of course is of no use at all. The delivery person himself called me to say that he had come to the wrong address (I still had proof of this), so it makes sense that my order is cold. This way they get away with it nice and easy, I don't see me here anymore at this ridiculous case. 👎👎

Very antisocial people on the phone are smart, have no respect, food is not right and when you call you shouldn't whine and act as if it is the end of the world

My husband had ordered a kapsalon with extra meat, put it on a plate after delivery and there was hardly any meat, called there and got a big mouth... why he put it on a plate and that he should not do it to end the world, My husband also became very irritated, the answer to that was "don't talk to me like that friend" hahaha you can also forget about us now. First learn to interact with your customers normally. Adioss jokers.

I received an email that my order would be delivered at 7:50 PM, but it was already on my doorstep at 7:30 PM. Spare ribs were steaming hot and the potato slices were also fresh. Compliments.

I ate there with my wife. Waiting time about 10 minutes (we went inside at 3:00 p.m.) cool prices and, most importantly, good pizza :) I highly recommend it :)

!!2!! Waited for hours for food, received a false delivery time 3 times (via the app and by telephone). Food is cold and bland. I'll never order from there again.

Tip for the delivery person: if you arrive at the delivery address at half past three in the morning and everything is pitch black, 1) don't ring the doorbell like a half-wild person, bang on the door and shout (which also wakes up the neighbors), but 2) use your brain - give it a try, it's not that bad - and call the orderer's 06 number, which is on your receipt, and 3) just believe it when the resident you woke up says he has nothing ordered. Good luck! Crazy guy.

When ordering, I didn't ring the bell in very large letters, call this number, and yet someone still rang the doorbell at half past two! And he just spoke Dutch so it wasn't worth it!

What a rotten place, the order is not cancelled. When I call them, they don't answer. you always have to wait a very long time and often it is not really a bad place

Ordered, but forgot to indicate something. I got someone on the phone asking about the order and after giving the address where it should be delivered, the only response was 'yes, the delivery person is on his way, it's made man, he'll be here soon!'. Hung up straight away, not by me, by the person on the phone, so I couldn't say anything about a possible allergy. Food came quickly, but I had no idea whether it was responsible for me to eat. I just left the food as it was, I had no idea. What I can say is good, fast delivery, but in terms of customer friendliness it can and should be a lot better. Cutting someone off on the phone with a pressing question about something about the order is really not possible. And then going on about speed but not about safety (for me), is really strange. Shape up, and serve things as you would like to be served yourself!

Bezorging op tijd. Heeft nog gebeld voordat hij kwam. Kalf is een aanrader. Kip is in het algemeen niet geschikt voor döner, dus weet ik niet, hoe het met de kip daar is. voor de gezondheidsfreaks, niet voor mij. Top zaak!!

Goeie zaak braddah kipdöner besteld 10/10 eerder pizza besteld 10/10 beste zaak man. Bezorgen allebei de keren kwartier eerder dan gezegd was goeie man

Pizza besteld bij Shoarma Brothers via Thuisbezorgd buiten de spits. Bezorging duurde erg lang en was eerst op het verkeerde adres. Na een telefoongesprek alsnog hierheen gekomen met een ok pizza. Deze voldeed aan de bestelling buiten het feit dat de voor betaalde “extra” kaas niet (duidelijk) aanwezig was. De pizza was ook niet bepaald warm meer. Na deze ervaring zou ik het niet aanraden om hier een pizza te bestellen tenzij je na 01:00 wanhopig een pizza wil. Edit: Ik heb Shoarma Brothers een tweede kans gegeven; dit keer duidelijk mijn klachten van vorige keer in de beschrijving gemeld. Nu kreeg ik binnen 20min een warme goede pizza. Als dit de eerste bestelling was zou ik 5 sterren hebben gegeven. Bedankt dat jullie dit keer wel goed leverden. Om deze ervaring heb ik de rating verhoogd van 2 naar 4 sterren.

Vandaag voor het eerst besteld bij de shoarma brothers, 19u zou er bezorgd worden, 19u brommertje op de oprit. Ontzettend veel en erg lekker eten, alle bestellingen waren er. Top shoarma, dürüm en falafel...hier bestellen we zeker weer....👍👍 P.s. zoveel over 🤣..morgen doen we nog een rondje restjes...

Ordered for the first time. And so far so good! I do recommend the Doner sandwich 🥪

Heb hier een tiental keer Sparibs besteld, de ene keer zijn ze superrr lekker en mals, de andere keer erg droog. Bezorging ene keer snel andere keer duurt het erg lang. Ik bestel ook gewoon door de weeks, ik weet niet waar het aan ligt. Sparibs is het waard als je de goede krijgt :) Snap in ieder geval de gemixte reviews overal.

Net bezorgd! Heerlijk, eindelijk weer een goede pizza shoarma.

Heerlijk gegeten binnen een kwartier bezorgt nee een dikke👍van mij(ons).We gaan hier zeker vaker bestellen.

Eten is altijd wel okay maar ik krijg nooit een x de sausjes die ik erbij bestel, echt waardeloos dit

De bezorger was er binnen een uur en dat vond ik gezien de slechte weersomstandigheden vrij netjes. Het eten was koud, patat slap en de sauzen zaten om mijn blikjes drinken heen. De spareribs vond ik erg slecht van kwaliteit. Goedkope meuk van de groothandel in een lekker sausje maakt je nog geen "gekroonde" spare rib restaurant!
