Curry Inn in Breda centrum

Ordered for delivery, had to wait 2.5 hours for absolutely terrible food that was also lukewarm. They didn't answer the phone either. In short, one time too many.

It's a shame you have to wait two and a half hours for your order, and they don't answer the phone in the meantime. Unfortunately, it's also not the first time they've arrived hours later than agreed. When we finally managed to reach them by phone, we canceled the food. Just as we were about to leave to eat somewhere else, they rang the doorbell and we still got our food, even after we said we'd canceled it. Ultimately, it was handled properly, but it's still the last time we'll order from them.

We had an amazing meal. We're huge fans of Indian cuisine, and this was the best we've had in the Netherlands! And it's prepared just the way you like it. Highly recommended!

Incredibly delicious authentic Indian food! The chef prepares everything fresh and just the way you like it! Because everything is freshly prepared, it does take a little longer, of course!

This restaurant is a hidden gem and a must visit! Food was wonderful, especially Korma and Garlic Naans. The owners are very friendly people who cook specially for you with passion, quality ingredients and knowledge. We ordered two similar dishes and they still were very diverse and very delicious. The place feels like home and we will be coming back definitely! 💯🤩

Friday night, I ordered chicken tikka masala with basmati rice from Curry Inn. I was late getting home from the hospital at 6:30 PM, and the delivery driver arrived at 8:30 PM. I unpacked the food and placed it on a plate. I took a bite and it was bland and tasteless. There were no vegetables with it. The rice was sticking to the sides. I threw the empty plate in the trash, including the leftover containers. It was truly inedible. I ordered it once, but never again! Rob L.

Tough lamb, meat not stewed but boiled, not even remotely edible, vegetables from a can. Very expensive for what it is, the decor sloppy and chaotic. Not a single table was occupied in the restaurant. Once and never again.

Don't judge a book by it's cover! The restaurant could use some freshening up. Nevertheless, their service is excellent and they serve very tasty (and fresh!) dishes. We were pleasantly surprised! You could taste the freshness and it was really worth the wait. This chef can cook well and is happy to think with you about what suits your taste. Afterwards he brought us something to taste. Nice!

Had a very special evening! We didn't know what to choose, so we left the choice to the owner. Insanely delicious food. Everything super fresh and very tasty. Very nice owner who talks with passion and a very sweet man. Even though there was a problem with the CV at the time, he had a creative solution, so that we could still enjoy the delicious authentic Indian food.

Very long time waiting for cold food, butterchicken was very watery not like usual.. chicken wasnt as good as usual.. naan wasn't good either kinda dry and when you call to tell them its very cold they just say sorry but my food still cold.. lasi was good but least important part of the order.. used to like ordering here but not going to anymore

We just ordered food here for €50! To taste and place an order for a large group at Christmas! I've lived in India myself so I know what it should taste like! It really wasn't tasty: papperdums were fresh and stale mixed together, samosas were soggy! The food was quite tasteless and not very special! The place itself also looks very dingy and dirty and I think; what's it like in the kitchen...? Also when I read the owner's answers to other reviews I think; you're really missing the point! Still Pakistanis and not Indians, I suspect!

Chef Tawseef has been really kind to welcome us into his restaurant when they were actually about to close. His passion for cooking is proved as he served us the most yummy and delicious butter chicken and mudras chicken.. The chicken was tender and juicy..The rice and the Naan are also amazingly cooked and baked! Our chai simmered for en entire half an hour while we were eating our dinner.. Chef Twaseef served us gulab jamun as a complimentary dessert.. It is a piece of heaven!

Ordered for my birthday dinner. Food came 2.5 hours later. They cannot be reached by telephone. We even drove there quite a bit and then we were rejected on the day that we had to call (pointless) and that they didn't want to do anything about it. So much for the experience... service is extremely sad. If you order before 6 p.m. and we can eat at 8:30 p.m., that is no longer an acceptable delay. She didn't want to meet us. Probably, no I’m very sure, this is the best restaurant for Indian food in Breda. The taste is always delicious and every bite you take is a just feast. And the owner is always super friendly. Highly recommended!

Ordered online and picked up, because we live outside the delivery area. Just called to say that food would be ready later and they would call when it was almost ready. Called an hour later. At home it turned out that 1 dish was not included. Still cost 19 euros. Called, but was not answered. The taste wasn't great either. In short: disappointment and again the last time we came here.

This used to be a great restaurant, but I don't know what has happened in the meantime. Service has deteriorated considerably, they are difficult to reach, order was more than 1 hour late. But when the delivery man finally arrives, he whistled at us and then said "come down", sorry but I'm not a dog. The way it happened is very rude. After this experience it is the last time we will order.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in Breda, but after today I won't order from there again. It took 3 hours before the delivery person was at my door. After 2 hours I called to ask where my order was. Unfortunately, I only received excuses and no excuses whatsoever. I understand that it can be busy, but please let me know. In addition, I was supposed to be called when the delivery person was almost at my place, but this did not happen. When I wanted to cancel the order by telephone because it was almost 10:00 PM and I was no longer hungry, CurryInn was not available. Ultimately I had to arrange my refund through Thuisbezorgd.

Very tasty food as always! It is best to order via the Curry Inn website because home delivery takes a long time. I'll be back anyway. Best Indian dishes in Breda. Highly recommended.

Food was mediocre. Order placed via internet. It would be 6:55 PM. At 6:22 PM we received an email that it was on its way. We live 4 minutes by car and bike from here. At 7:00 PM there was still nothing. Called endlessly, but no one answered. Finally we went to the restaurant. “Well, that's annoying, we don't understand it either.” No response to the poor telephone accessibility. Finally, at 7:20 PM, my wife called me that it had been delivered. The delivery man plays a fool and insists that he is not late at all. Food is lukewarm and mediocre in quality. Never again will we order from there! Scandalous turn of events!

The gentleman seems to come up with all kinds of 'disruptions' when delivered to your home. Then deliver your food 3 hours later without any form of contact. With the story that you should order directly on their website if you no longer want this to happen. This is of course so that they do not have to pay the surcharge for home delivery. Very coincidental that I have never experienced a malfunction with home delivery and this company seems to be consistently successful judging by the reviews 👎🏻

Best Indian restaurant in breda. We tried other Indian restaurants in breda. But this restaurant is the best one. Chef really spends quality time in making best food for us. When he knows you are visitor he specially takes care of your taste buds. A big shout out for chef: Tauseef Mughal He is doing some great work in kitchen. Which i would like to appreciate Guys always note: never expect indian food in indian style. You are in europe so the spices and spice level’s always taken care in Europian point of view. Dont complain for that.

Delicious food!! And friendly service! It was cozy, but super cold because there was no heating on... in winter. They focus much more on takeaway.

What a sweet man. Don't go by what the restaurant looks like. The service is courteous and passionate. The food was really tasty. Please note: mildly spicy is already very spicy for many people! Good price-performance ratio!

Don’t order delivery. Took 3 hours and they never answer the phone. We were hungry and upset most of the evening. Food was great though. I would go there, but wouldn’t order.

Het eten is heerlijk, maar de bezorgtijden zijn doorgaans absurd hoog. Laat je ook niet leiden door de tijden die ze aangeven op thuisbezorgd. Vandaag stond er 60 tot 80 minuten, wat blijkbaar 2 uur en 50 minuten betekent.

The food is delicious ( rated as well by my Indian colleagues). But service could improve as preparation took a long time, including the drinks. The restaurant is focussed on delivery, which reflected on the interior, with limited seating and almost no heating (spicy food made up for that though). Will recommend this if you order for delivery and you have plenty of time to wait though.

Eten besteld via thuisbezorgd, 1 uur en 50 minuten later bezorgd terwijl het 7 minuten van mij vandaan is volgens google maps. De curry zou mild pittig zijn maar kon het nieteens voor de helft wegwerken omdat mijn bek gewoon in de fik staat! Veel te pittig! Het naambrood dat ik er bij had zat ook nog eens onder de zwarte plekken van stukjes bakplaat ofzo? Een paar keer een aardige klap op mn kiezen gehad bij het eten ervan. Bezorger was wel heel vriendelijk maar heb geen fooi gegeven ivm de bezorgtijd, en nu dus toch ook maar een ‘slechte’ (alsnog wel 3 sterren omdat ik wel het idee heb dat de kok z’n best heeft gedaan een goeie curry te maken) beoordeling hier gegeven omdat ik het de 20 euro niet waard vond. Sorry.

Anwer Het eten was zo goed 👌 dat ik het iedereen zou aanraden om het eens te proberen, dit is de echte 😋 smaak van heerlijk Indiaas eten.

Wij eten regelmatig bij Curry Inn en de prijs/kwaliteit is goed! De eigenaar is heel aardig en doet altijd iets extra's. Wij raden sterk aan om op locatie te eten. Verse curry's uit de keuken smaken toch echter lekkerder, dan uit een bakje. Zeker het proberen waard ;)

Placed an order via UberEats at 11:00 for a delivery at 19:00. Nice and early, you’d say. Unfortunately I had had to wait 1,5 hours. At 20:30, after I made some unanswered calls, I decided to drive to the restaurant, it was surprisingly quiet, so I wondered why it had to take so long. However, the guy working there was very sweet. I waited another 30 minutes there, so at 21:30 I was finally able to eat. The Saag was absolutely delicious, but there was no garlic on my ‘garlic naan’. I would order again but I’d pick it up myself :) nevertheless I would advice the restaurant to do something about their timing.

Het eten was lekker. Maar de bezorgservice is erg slecht. 3 kwartier na de afgesproken bezorgtijd hadden we nog steeds niks. Na te hebben gebeld heeft het nog eens een half uur geduurd voordat we eten kregen. Hierna weer moeten bellen omdat de bezorging niet klopte. Dit was niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurde, maar absoluut wel de laatste keer.

Here is my experience with this restaurant : - we waited for our food more than 1h10 minutes when the maximum was 50 minutes - the grilled meat was not indicated as spicy - the « medium spicy » butter chicken was REALLY spicy - the cheese naans did not have cheese and was really dry and broken Really disappointment especially for the price paid. I won’t recommend.

The food is really good but had 3 times so far but i have experienced that if the main chef make a food it has super taste but if anyone is else make that is different. For your help name of that chef is Tauseef must try once

I always love this place. Mostly because I have to ask for special diet modifications. But they are always happy to make changes and so nice and friendly about it. Also, portion size. SO much food. I love that get leftovers every time. They also can make it spicy. Like Spicy spicy. So, I’ve been here a handful of times, and will keep coming back as they really make an effort and tasty preparations.

voor bestellen maak gebruik van hun site. uber orders komen blijkbaar soms niet goed aan. lang moeten wachten maar het was het waard. Naan is super zacht de butter chicken niet te spicy en zoet. 2 uur wachten was natuurlijk langer dan gehoopt maar dingen kunnen natuurlijk fout gaan

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and tries to accommodate everyone even through language barriers. Although there are big portions and a very generous host, the prices went up quite a bit over the last years, and the waiting time after ordering was quite long (1h +). All in all, a tasty place but maybe for only going once or twice a year.

Het eten hier is echt zo kapot lekker, niet normaal. Ze moeten eigenlijk een waarschuwing op de website zetten voor verslavingsgevaar. Ik had butter chicken bestelt (de pikante variant). Ik wil ook de dongense brandweer bedankt voor het blussen, want hij was zeker pittig 😅. Maar een partij lekker hé. Ik wil iedereen aanraden om het een keertje te proberen. Je gaat echt geen spijt krijgen. Tenzij je ver weg woont want dan moet je iedere een eind rijden om dot heerlijke eten te proeven🤣. Laat dan ook een review achter want 4 sterren is gewoon te weinig. Dat doet deze tent geen eer aan.

Lekkere Indiase curry, genoeg voor 2!

Bestel hier niet als je niet alle tijd hebt. Bezorging duurt bij ons iedere keer erg lang, 2+ uur terwijl we 500 meter van Curry Inn wonen. Maar dit weten we, dus bestellen ruim op tijd. Het eten is heerlijk! Vers bereid en lekkere smaken. Dus wil je lekker eten, bestel dan hier maar houd er rekening mee dat het lang kan duren.

Heerlijk en eerlijk eten altijd..... Verder mag je zelf ervaren. Zekers 100% aangeraden.
