Cyprus Eethuis in Wijk 12 Helmond-Noord

I placed an order and scheduled it for delivery at 02:15, but it was delivered at 08:00.

It is such a great place, I go there often, and the food is always good and the staff friendly TOP RESTAURANT Delivery is also very good

Just good, cheap, good feel, totally fine. Just grabbing a quick bite after a week, no hassle. Pretty nice people behind the counter.

What a squalid place! The garlic sauce was like water. The pita bread was inedible! Shawarma... was it even shawarma? Straight into the bin for 24 euros... I'll go back into the kitchen myself... for those 24 euros I could get shawarma for at least 10 people, including garlic and bread rolls.... Yuck. This place needs to be shut down!

The worst restaurant ever. I ordered a chicken kebab in a bun and got something like this… When I called the restaurant, they hung up rudely and didn't understand what I was saying!! No salad with the kapsalon and the chicken kebab in a bun is a disaster. I am attaching photos. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant – it is the worst in all of Helmond!!!!!

I have been getting kapsalon from this place for years. Unfortunately, last night I had food poisoning for the first time. During the night, I had to vomit up the kapsalon and developed severe stomach pain! I called an employee afterwards to share it, but they denied it! I am certain that the vomiting and stomach pain stem from this because I literally spat the kapsalon out. It is a shame that this situation is not being handled properly. Compensation would have been great!

The staff is very unfriendly, it is not hygienic, and they are ungrateful.

Apart from the fact that the food is tasty, I still won't be going here. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning. This was caused by the meat, so it can't be anything harmless. I've been suffering for 4 days and am lying sick in bed. My bowel movements are really heavy; I even had to vomit a few times. It's a shame, because the food is tasty, but I wouldn't go here if I were you. This is dangerous!

Ordered 2 pizzas without mushrooms; as always you get without, and now there are mushrooms on them. When you call to report it, they hang up the phone. Worthless company.

I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for my food, I even gave a tip in advance for it to be delivered at home. He was very excited about the food, I asked politely if he could find it, he said you have to wait your turn there were many more orders, this was very rude I will never, ever order from here again!!

Sat inside for half an hour, not even looked at by anyone to take an order or anything, eventually we left and went to a tent where we were helped

To say the least, what a dump. The food was impossible to eat, and the kebab itself was even drier than your average desert. I gave the rabbits salad, and even they couldn't handle it and left it there. I also spoke to three different people on the phone because none of them could understand normal Dutch. It was terrible. I normally never write reviews, but this was so awful that I'm left with a bit of a trauma. I wouldn't recommend it to elderly people or anyone who is ill; they'll be right in their coffin.

The delivery threw the food in my face, I ordered a sandwich and it came 2 pittas and meat into a box apart, totally a mess of a restaurant.

Order placed was stated to take 45 minutes, eventually after 1.5 hours it still wasn't there, so I called to ask where it was, then had to wait another 20 minutes, finally after 1 hour and 50 minutes we received our food including a durum, kebab sandwich and a healthy sandwich, well I don't really know if you can call that a healthy sandwich as in the picture, it tasted like nothing, the garlic sauce was really sweet and honestly if you order a durum and you can choose from two sauces for it, you can then throw it together yourself and that also goes for the kebab sandwich, you get the meat in a container together with the vegetables and you have to throw the rest together yourself and then the icing on the cake the durum really smelled like vomit, this was not worth my money I will never order from here again !!!!!

Apparently, the owner can beat up someone with four other people without any consequences! Tekin simply grabbed a customer by the throat because he was complaining about a can of Coke. It's normal these days for an owner to beat up someone in front of two young children! A child jumps in front of the father, and yet he still walks over and grabs the customer in front of his children...

Unfortunately, our visit was a huge disappointment. The food was served lukewarm and the quality left much to be desired – little flavor and clearly not fresh. The service seemed disinterested and barely attentive, as if we were a nuisance rather than welcome. We also had to wait a very long time for both drinks and the main course, even though the restaurant wasn't even busy. For the price, we expected much more. Definitely not recommended; we won't be back.

We had a delicious pizza here with the kids today, well-topped and perfectly baked. Good value for money.

Ridiculous what kind of business this is, just received my food. The kapsalon is very small. You pay 11.50 excluding shipping costs for what normally should be a "normal" kapsalon. Furthermore no sauce in the kapsalon, and no salad. Nothing!! When I try to reach them they deliberately do not answer. Again ridiculous!

Just ordered a hair salon and pizza. When ordering, indicated that they were not allowed to ring the doorbell. Then a screaming delivery person came to my door. Also, lettuce was missing from the hair salon, too bad. I also found the price of a hair salon and a pizza on the high side, €32.50. Absurd!

Just ordered food. Had to pay 112 euros for 5 people (of course) but everything was cold. When you call, they immediately say that's not possible.. and we just wanted to report it, nothing else but we couldn't, that's all they said.. very bad service and we order from them more often and then it's fine, so if you have a complaint you don't want to be treated like that. So no friendly staff on the phone... I'll never order from them again if that's the case...

What happened to your spare ribs? Normally always very tasty, today they were K.T with capital letters. Don't dare order them anymore, because if they are like this from now on, I won't even give them to my dogs 🥲

Women's hair in hair salon 🤮🤮 29-01-2025 I picked up a hair salon here and when I was eating at the workplace with other colleagues, I saw a long hair in my hair salon. Female hair 🤮🤮🤮🤮 I didn't eat anymore because of shame and went back to them the next day. Very rude and angry they say: yes it can happen, you should have come back!!

you wouldn't expect this eatery at this location, just outside the center. good service, nice service. Spare ribs and the shawarma are delicious. price-quality ratio is excellent. toilets are very clean even late at night. I would like to eat here more.

When I lived in Helmond I came here every week. Yesterday I was in Helmond and I went there again, it was a big disappointment, I ordered lamb chops but it looked like "chewing gum" and I had to chew it but couldn't swallow it. Looked like the sole of a shoe. Too bad, and the service was also substandard. I asked for espresso but got regular coffee, then tell me you don't have espresso but don't sell me regular coffee. I thought it was a shame that the quality had deteriorated so much.

Been a regular customer for years. Now suddenly they are making a big deal out of me calling anonymously. They made a lot of money from us. I got a big mouth on the phone for calling anonymously even though we had been regular customers for years. That's not how you treat your regular customers. No more Cyprus meals for me. I will look for someone else where customers are treated properly.

Super tasty shawarma and in very good portions for the money you pay. Too bad they don't deliver outside Helmond, it's worth picking up and then having to drive 15km!

Best shoarma around Eindhoven. Try the calzone shoarma or the schotel shoarma with pineapple and red rice. Garlic sauce only.

De shoarma schotel die ik besteld had voldeed geheel aan de verwachting.

Het is een perfecte plek om te eten door de goede ligging. Ook is eten er fantastisch, de sfeer er binnen is erg goed maar het personeel is nog beter. Je krijgt hier waar voor iedere cent!

De allerlekkerste shoarma, spareribs en niet te vergeten de uien- en tomatensaus van Helmond en omstreken

Wij hebben vandaag om 17u25eten bestelt om 18u35 was het er nog niet toen weer gebeld toen krijg ik te horen Soort is heel druk maar u bestelling gaat zo de deur uit wij wonen er 5minuten vandaan het eten komt bijna 19 uur hier en was lauw ik belde en wat ik toen te horen krijg was echt niet te geloven wordt afgeschnauwd dat kan niet die persoon gaaf zelfs u woont 5minuten van ons af dan kan het niet bijna koud zijn ik zeg dat is waarom ik bel om door te geven het eten is bijna koud krijg een scheldpartij degen mijn hoofd aan toen was het gesprek teneinde .Nooit eerder mee gemaakt bestellen regelmatig maar vandaag geen woorden voor

Griekse Rhodos schotel besteld, maar het vlees was zeer matig gekruid. Alleen met veel zout, peper en zout was het nog enigszins okee.

Beste shoarma uit de omgeving. Altijd keurig op tijd geleverd, als je een schotel besteld krijg je ook echt een mooie schotel.

Wat een zeurpieten die klagers. Wij bestellen al 20 jaar bij Cyprus. Prijs kwaliteit gewoon goed eten. Soms bestellen we ergens anders maar komen toch weer snel terug.

Het eten is lekker maar de bezorging is een ramp. Ze beloven 1 uur en ondertussen zitten we hier al 2 uur te wachten op ons eten. En dit is niet de eerste keer dat het zo lang duurt met bezorgen. Komt regelmatig voor

Wij bestellen al meer dan 20 jaar bij Cyprus. Soms proberen we eens iets anders, maar komen altijd weer héél snel terug bij Cyprus. Lekker eten, fijne hoeveelheid en vriendelijke bezorging.

Al 25 jaar een top tent, jammergenoeg ben ik verhuisd en mis dit best wel 😔 maaaaar... Vandaag waren we weer eens in Helmond dus weer eens besteld 👍🏻 een schotel shoarma speciaal met 2 souvlaki... Wederom Top... groeten van Elton John

Is al jarenlang een plek waar je goed kunt eten.

Niet naar de opmerking gekekenwaardoor het eten koud is geworden. De bezorgen was erg onvriendelijk. Heel erg jammer.
