We've only just moved to Apeldoorn and hadn't discovered this little restaurant yet. We popped in tonight. It was a bit late, but the service was quick, and the food? Fantastic! I've honestly never had such delicious pizza. My wife had a pizza with Parma ham and arugula, and I had the Quattro Stagione. We both had a mixed salad. All the ingredients were fresh, and the pizzas were generously topped and...not at all salty, as is often the case. The salad was also great, with plenty of Parmesan cheese.

We had a wonderful meal here. We've been to quite a few Italian restaurants, but this one is truly outstanding. The lasagna is highly recommended, and so is the tiramisu!

The calzone tastes delicious. The Penne all'arrabiata was also excellent. Highly recommended. The ambiance has been improved in terms of decor. The service is and remains friendly.

Too bad... I'd eaten here once before... It was very good then... Now I came to pick up a pizza frutta di mare. Unfortunately, it had apparently been in the oven too long. The owner contacted us almost immediately and explained that something had gone wrong with the order... The compensation for this was handled perfectly... nothing but praise... You are a top team/restaurant. P.S.... the tiramisu is divinely delicious...😋

Nice atmosphere, pizza was very tasty, really a great place

On our way home from a few days in Düsseldorf, my sons asked, "Should we have pizza?" I said, "Just find one." That's when we ended up here. I can say I've had my fair share of pizzas and am quite picky about them. But this is truly excellent. Everything is perfect. The dough, the ingredients, the meats, and especially the passion. If, like us, you're near Apeldoorn and craving pizza, let this pizzeria surprise you. Keep up the good work, everyone, I'll definitely be back.

There's pizza, and then there's Da Davide pizza. Everything is made in their own kitchen: the dough, the fresh ingredients for the pizzas, the bread, and the desserts. A large kitchen where 4-5 people are busy preparing the food. The bread was fantastic, fresh, crispy, and deliciously seasoned. The pizza was perfectly baked with the best sauce and cheese (which they grate themselves). And then there was the tiramisu, which topped it all off. Simply a top-notch place with enthusiastic staff who know how to serve. In short, highly recommended. We'll definitely have our next pizza there!

Small but nice. Delicious food, but busy due to takeout, meaning people have to wait, but that doesn't spoil the fun.

We ordered and picked up fantastic pizzas. We had a Pescatore and a Parma. Both were extremely good. Light and crispy crust, a good, firm base, and superb ingredients like tomatoes, olive oil, and pesto, the quality of which was palpable. I was truly delighted. For dessert, I ordered an original tiramisu, which was also excellent. All in all, including the friendly staff, a solid 5 stars. It's hard to beat it! As a pizza fanatic, there was nothing to complain about, and the average reviews reflect that. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience at Da Davide! We had dinner at Da Davide tonight, and what a recommendation this restaurant is! We were attracted by the many good reviews and they turned out to be completely justified. The pizzas were delicious - fresh, richly topped and with a perfect base. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, and the service friendly and attentive. Also nice: the prices are very reasonable. In short, we had a great evening and we will definitely come back here!

Unknown in Apeldoorn, so I searched for a Pizzeria on Google. This one came out on top of the reviews. Once inside, the atmosphere was a bit disappointing. It's more of a cafeteria than a restaurant. But just like in Italy, that doesn't always mean the food is bad. Once the food was on the table, we quickly agreed with the high score on Google. Delicious pizzas and the lasagna was different than usual, but surprisingly tasty. If we're ever in Apeldoorn again, we'll definitely come back. Staff very friendly. Reservations are necessary because there aren't many tables available and everything was full. Even when we were there, there were still a few people who wanted to sit. We were able to just before the reservation arrived.

Even at 16:00 when the place was still closed, very friendly service. Within fifteen minutes my pizza at the table. Will definitely come back here!

We are camping nearby and were looking for a place to eat. Ended up here based on previous reviews. We had lasagna, pizza calzone and penne with bolognese sauce for our daughter. Everything was very tasty and prepared with care. Good ingredients used and for a very fair price!

As a family we regularly ate at Franco and Anne's for many years. That was always wonderful and fun. Now my husband and I are eating here again. And again it is all very tasty and well taken care of. The service is very friendly and helpful.

After a fun, but tiring day, we got pizza in the evening. We didn't know this one, so we gave it a try. We ended up in a cozy, functional restaurant with a takeaway counter where the food was ordered and picked up. By the way, this pizzeria does not deliver pizzas to your home. Busy, but friendly staff did a lot with a smile. And the pizzas? Delicious 'Salmone' and 'Andrea Veg'! The other Italian restaurant on this street has lost two customers.

My family had been coming to Frank and An's for about 30 years, now that the business has been taken over we keep coming back because the food is just as tasty. We decided to make a pit stop for a snack and drink on the way to Amsterdam. The pizzas were incredibly tasty and the atmosphere was very welcoming. What also struck us was the high quality of the service, this was visible in everything; for example, clearing tables after guests left. Often a dirty kitchen towel goes over it and you're done. Here, not only the table was extensively and thoroughly cleaned, but also the chairs. In our view, this says a lot about how things go in the back of the kitchen. For example, despite the crowds, the toilet was super clean and fresh. In short, highly recommended for delicious dishes, friendly service and high-quality service!

Ate here for the first time yesterday. Food was more than fine and delicious. The atmosphere is a bit less. Is a pick-up location where they and customers come to pick up their orders. That gives a somewhat restless picture and with the cold a door that is constantly open, a lot of cold wind!

Great place, not big but fantastic food!

We live nearby, but for some reason we had never eaten here locally. Now the time had come. We had a pizza Cannibale and a pizza Alisa. Service is cheerful and fun. Then the pizzas... I'm still a bit confused about it. We have been keeping a sort of "diary" for some time now with pizza reviews in which we have often scored a good 9. But the people at Da Davide... really... Not. Normal. I think that every pizza baker in the area should do an internship here. Insanely delicious. Even superlatives fall short. I don't know why I wouldn't give it a 10.0 (and so I will). Richly invested. All ingredients come into their own. Delicious soil. Not greasy. It's just a shame that it's over. But: we will be back! 100% sure.

On the way home looking for a delicious pizza. Well, the reviews aren't a lie! What a small, but nice and atmospheric restaurant. Everything neat, clean and nicely decorated. The employees are all super nice. And the food, because that's what it's all about, is so delicious! Everything super fresh and packed with flavor. We were almost moving to Apeldoorn ;-) Fortunately, it is exactly halfway along the route to family. So we have found our spot where we can enjoy a delicious meal on the way home from now on!

“Delicious food and great atmosphere!” Had dinner here last night and I can only say one thing: what a great place! The pizzas are fresh, richly topped and crispy as they should be. I had the quattro formaggi, and it was absolutely perfect – every bite was packed with flavor. You can immediately taste the ingredients: fresh and of top quality. The service was friendly and attentive, without being pushy. The homemade tiramisu at the end was also a great ending. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, exactly what you are looking for for a night out with friends or family.

Let's start by saying that all previous positive reviews are more than true... What DELICIOUS pizzas they serve here! Very well filled and a wonderfully tasty base! The service is also fast and very nice! If you are on holiday in the area (just like us) and you fancy a pizza, look no further but book a table here (be quick, because they don't have a lot of tables) or order your pizza here and You will certainly run out of superlatives just like us ;)

Excellent takeaway pizzas. Nice staff

We were heading to the winter show at Apenheul Zoo. And we stopped at this Italian restaurant to have dinner. We chose the restaurant solely based on customer reviews. But we reserved a table in advance, since the restaurant is very small and it is better to book tables in advance. We were greeted by extremely friendly staff. We ordered spareribs. Half an hour later our order was brought to us. And it was the most delicious spareribs I have tasted in the Netherlands and in other countries! The meat was tasty, juicy and soft, the homemade garlic sauce for the meat was amazing! Overall, we had a very tasty dinner! And they barely managed to finish the huge portion. I would advise dividing the restaurant space into 2 zones: one zone for those who came for romance and dinner, and zone 2 for those who came to order and take pizza home. We didn't feel very comfortable because there were so many people passing by our table who were taking pizza home. And we have no complaints about all other components. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

What pizzas! Ended up by chance with my wife and son. I ordered the Capo pizza, which was really not that tasty! Best pizza I've eaten in the Netherlands! Worth repeating, I drive from Elst to Apeldoorn for it!

The penne salmone that I enjoyed here this afternoon was really delicious! I'm so glad I happened to walk past there! Top shop, top service, top chef! Recommended!

Everything here is delicious, fresh and homemade. I sometimes dream of the Penne all'arrabiata, my favorite. They serve pellegrino soda and it is also so much tastier than the average Fanta. The nice and friendly staff is the icing on the cake 🙂

What a great place! You walk in and all the employees greet you with a smile on their face. Very friendly, spontaneous and passionate. We had lasagna and penne all'arabiata, both really fantastic. Super tasty taste, large portions and you even got pizza bread with it. And that for a very reasonable price. For dessert the homemade tiramisu. I think it is the best price-quality restaurant we have ever eaten at. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stop by. Thank you all!

After reading the many positive experiences, we drove to Apeldoorn tonight to eat at Da Davide. A small but cozy restaurant with 6 tables. Reservations are recommended if you want to be sure of a table. The staff are all very friendly. We had a very tasty meal. The pizza base is incredibly delicious. Thin and wonderfully crispy. Even if it has cooled down a bit. You can taste the freshness of the vegetables. All vegetables and meat are cut fresh daily and you can taste it. Unfortunately we ran out of tiramisu so we will definitely try it again! The dessert selection is unfortunately very limited, but otherwise there is plenty of choice in terms of food! Highly recommended! Good quality for a reasonable price.

Small but very Clean and nice. The food was great and the service perfectly nice and aware. The chef checked on us, If everything was fine in between. For payment you have to come to the counter which is absolutely no problem and they still apologized for it. A lot of people and locals seem to be known which is usually a good sign.
