The order was delayed. They called politely to say there was a delay and a nice gift was given. Absolutely great. Everyone has something go wrong sometimes, it's all about how you solve it. And the pizzas taste fantastic again!

Revised review on an earlier one. It suddenly no longer concerns deliveries to our zip code, while deliveries are made to the zip code right next to us. I used to order here very often and now I have to order from a competitor. Missed opportunity.

We ate a pizza in his shop. The pizza was very tasty and the sauces were also tasty. His business is not fully equipped for dining, but I would definitely recommend this business for takeaway. If we are in the area and still need to eat, we will definitely come back.

Very good pizza for pickup not really for dining

Ordered two vegetarian calzone without egg, without paprika. Received two non-veggie calzone with paprika AND egg after an hour, when I called, they said there was nothing they could do for me, because they thought they’d sent the right thing. Haven’t had such a bad customer experience in a long time. Edit: I’m not joking, I made a picture of the calzone and Google won’t let me post it because it marks it as graphic content, so, you now, its bad bad.

Pizza was a bit late but this was resolved in a nice manner! It was very tasty 😋 definitely recommended

Never ordered anything here before, but those delivery guys drive around like asos. Driving against traffic and not pulling over every inch and then signaling that you are wrong! Maybe send these people for driving lessons again?

I have ordered from Sandro before, but this time it was really bad. Indicated 45 minutes waiting time, this was 1.5 hours in the end. Pizza was cold upon delivery. Pity

The best Dutch pizza in the country, light pizza base, good balance in source and everything else for the pizza with one of the best services, the only problem is the delivery, the minimum order of €25 is unfortunately too high for a person or two people.

What a dramatic delivery. Ordered at 5:15 PM. It is now almost 7:15 PM. Called from the back and was supposed to be delivered fifteen minutes ago. Still haven't seen anything. On to the 2.5 hour wait…

Recently ordered 2 pizzas, waited longer than 1.15 hours, pizzas barely had any taste, were very thin, looked like a piece of toast/cracker with some toppings on it. If this is supposedly one of the better pizza places in Apeldoorn, I won't order pizza in Apeldoorn anymore. 30 euros to hell thanks! Seriously, a pizza from the store is even better in terms of taste and price and I'm not lying!

The pizza was well prepared, crust was good. Furthermore, the pizza had little taste, toppings were of low quality. Too expensive for what you get.

Placed an order for 20 pizzas, some of which had to be changed due to allergens. These pizzas were clearly marked, as requested. All pizzas were ready at the exact time of collection, all super fresh and hot! Friendly staff!

Last three times we had half of our food because things were out of stock. Been waiting for over an hour and a half today and it's not even on its way yet. Also ordered from Sandro two months ago and never received it after waiting 2 hours! I eventually got my money back through the lady who works there, but the service and quality are so hard to find at Sandro these days.

Three times in a row poor quality, late and false promises. No more Sandro for us.

The food is really good and certainly customer friendly.

Second time now that my order via the savings promotion arrives lukewarm, what can I say... some parts were cold. The pizza is now warming up in my own oven. Your pizza will probably be the last to be delivered if you order it via the savings campaign. Let's see if another delivery pizzeria also has my favorite pizza :(

Ordered 3 pizzas on Monday October 28, they were inedible, soft and the edges of the bottom were burnt. I called the pizza place and spoke to the (boss) and we were supposed to get new pizzas on Tuesday, but no. so never again Pizza Sandro. :-(

After waiting for over 70 minutes I got the deluxe pizza shoarma without the "homemade" garlic sauce, called immediately but took over 20 minutes to deliver that, of course the pizza was cold by then, no coupons or anything received

It's written on the window that it is the best pizzeria in Apeldoorn. Well, pizza does taste nice, is big and not expensive. We ordered number 14, with chicken fillet, cheese and mushrooms. The crust was burnt, that's why I take one star off. The pizza base is not thin. They have a trophy for winning a football game in 2011. Place is situated right in the center of Apeldoorn. Staff is friendly. Enjoy.
