Today I ordered a kapsalon and a Lahmacun. The quality was downright bad. The döner kebab was black at the ends of the kapsalon and the fries were soggy. The Lahmacun was tasteless. It is a shame I can't send a photo; that would speak for itself. In short, all in all a disappointing experience.

By far the worst hospitality experience I have had in Apeldoorn. Gave it a chance several times, but it was disappointing every single time. Poor quality, mediocre service, and absolutely no sense that customers are taken seriously. This was definitely the last time.

Unfortunately, they forgot to include the garlic sauce with the order. After calling, they were also unwilling to deliver the sauces. I can't eat shawarma without garlic sauce, can I?! What terrible service! I used to be a regular customer, but definitely not anymore!

This WAS one of the best places in Apeldoorn, nowadays way too expensive for what you get. If you order a kapsalon you get more fries and with a shoarma speciaal sandwich you get mushrooms with some meat instead of the other way around; with such prices they really should be a bit more generous with the meat, and for the sauces you get a half-filled container so not enough for your food! And the garlic sauce isn't even homemade but those nasty packets. And the taste has deteriorated a lot too. Unfortunately for us, no more San Remo.

However, it is true that I am often used to New York Pizza, so this is a different taste. But when I go there I see that they want to deliver it neatly, so it also depends on what you order and where you prefer. In that respect, you can still eat here well and I will certainly order here again next time.

No more Sanremo for us.
