Pizzeria San Remo in Zuidoost

When I don't feel like cooking or don't have time, this restaurant is one of my go-to options. Excellent food, plenty of it, and great deals. They're not as strong with delivery, but that's because they're so busy. But the takeout service is excellent. I've been going there for years.

Ordered a pizza. It arrived quite quickly. When I opened the box, I saw it was topped with ham (a few slices) and canned pineapple. I tried a small piece, but it made me feel sick. The pizza also didn't seem cooked properly. All in all, a big fail!

Just ordered pizzas, got pure misery in a box. Also the pizzas with salami were not worth talking about 5 slices of supermarket salami on a pizza base. Man oh man. Was delivered faster than expected, but that also shows the quality of the pizzas. The durum with chicken had hardly any chicken but mainly lettuce and tomato, just call it wrap lettuce tomato

Great Pizzeria, super pizzas and dishes. I recommend San Remo if you really want to eat something tasty. Good quality for a nice price, but go and experience it yourself. After this you will never go to New York or Domino's pizza again.

Shawarma sandwich with a bun: €14.50 😳

We regularly get a pizza or Dönner here. They always have it ready on time and it is delicious. I am especially a fan of the pizza and my husband and son love the Dönner.

I didn't get anything at San Remo for a while, so we thought we'd get something again, unfortunately: Pizzas were sparsely topped, very greasy, undercooked! box that contained pizzas left greasy prints on the table, grease had soaked through, all 4 pizzas were uncut, in short, not recommended, the quality of what the food once was cannot be found, good to know, we are skipping San Remo!

Great place to eat. We regularly order food there. I always order a kebab sandwich. Always very tasty. Just a pity that you get a pita bread instead of Turkish bread. Unfortunately, I don't always like the pizzas. Ordered that several times, but they are large, if you are really hungry, but also sometimes weak. However, it is true that I am often used to New York Pizza, so this is a different taste. But when I go there I see that they want to deliver it neatly, so it also depends on what you order and where you prefer. In that respect, you can still eat here well and I will certainly order here again next time.

For years this was one of the better pizzerias, but the last few times there was often a long wait. Today the calzone pizza was also not good, the egg was not yet cooked. What is also annoying is that if you order pizzas for more than 50 euros, you also have to pay 2.50 delivery costs and 0.25 cents payment costs! I won't order from here again for the time being.

After paying the top price, you can expect something. Also based on good experiences and quality in the past. Unfortunately disillusionment. Where does time play no role? Are you not getting value for your money? Where are promises not kept, without any form of customer service? At San Remo!

Get together on Christmas Eve with a delicious pizza from Sanremo: That was a false expectation... After waiting an hour and a half, the delivery person arrived with the 6 pizzas from hell. It seemed as if the cheese had come to life due to the large amount of fat that the cheese had dipped into. Mistakes can happen of course... but after a telephone conversation with Kaya (who made the pizzas) from Sanremo, this pizza looks great, he could not compensate us in any way. No more Sanremo for us.

Christmas Eve... we thought we would eat pizza with our father in his care home. 60 euros further and the pizzas looked like they were not made to eat. Then called and had discussions with the owner that this was (normal). Always had a great experience with San Remo, but never experienced this before. They were drenched in grease and the taste was not something that pleased us. It's a shame that this has to happen this way and that no form of compensation is offered. I strongly recommend NOT ordering pizza here!

This pizza place is very cool! Customer service…well don't get me started on that. They don't want to give my money back, the pizzas really didn't look good!! After a long discussion with the boss, I assume, he still did not give our money back because he said this was normal... I wouldn't order anything here. Pizzas were almost watery. The forgammi resembles mold. My family and I ordered for 10 people and all 6 pizzas looked super bad and were unedible!

Perhaps not very idyllically situated, but one of the very best pizzerias in the Netherlands. Craftsmanship is of paramount importance and the staff is friendly and helpful. The internet also works excellently, good ordering site. It's great that companies like this exist, glad it's just around the corner from us!

After waiting for over 1 hour, the food arrived cold. Called to report that the food was cold. I have never been treated so rudely. yes ma'am, that is impossible and he is talking Turkish to another person. When I made a comment about that, I got another person on the phone. I ordered here for the first time in the late 90's and it was fantastic. For years I have ordered regularly and to my complete satisfaction. Prices had risen considerably lately, so I ordered less often, but after today this was the last time. Waited over 1 hour for a Super Giant Donner,…. lukewarm…. and with more than 126 grams of donner meat supplemented with lettuce... Terribly bad. Too bad... I tried to solve it by telephone, but they indicate that this is the new normal. Fortunately not elsewhere...

Ordered pizzas yesterday at 6pm. It is stated on the site delivered within 70 minutes. Wait patiently. After the seventy minutes we call and they tell us that our pizzas were in the oven. Okay, wait a minute then. I do not think so. Called again at 7:45 PM. Then our pizzas were ready for delivery. It's not five minutes, but we received our order (cold) at 8:05 PM. Never again.

One of the many pizzerias in Apeldoorn, but one with a cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious and even for larger groups it is served well and at the same time. Been coming there for years because the service is excellent. Like so many other restaurants, it has become a bit more expensive, but the price/quality is still good.
