Bought food at domino's 3 weeks ago. Ordered the kick and chicken and a different type of chicken. It all looked good on the newsstand. Once I received it I was disappointed. Chicken that is the same size as a 5 ml sauce container (see photo) and that looks like it is not even cooked. And you don't pay much for that. 5.50 for 8 of those chicken snacks. After the disappointment, I called the store and was promised that the money would be in my account within 5 working days, but unfortunately I have been waiting for it for 3 weeks. In short: bad, disappointing and misleading

The app forgets the action when you delete 1 thing and add an item. (I found out after paying, stupid of me) Asked for an explanation during collection and they could only blame the app. And I had to be happy that I got a discount. And for the rest I got the Pizzas in my hands. Too bad, but I will never come here again.

I order something else and get something eles. Staff not good in communication . Not listening too customer and he was talking with someone on phone call on his phone . Always receive good service, staff is friendly and fast. I never actually order my pizza anywhere else. If something goes wrong, it is always resolved very neatly.

Placed an order today via Thuisbezorgd. After waiting more than 2 hours for the delivery person, I decide to call the branch. Get an employee on the phone who calls around to a colleague. When I indicate that I have been waiting 2 hours for 2 pizzas, the answer I get is "it's busy today", in the most lifeless tone in his voice. Very customer friendly, no excuses! After more than 2.5 hours the delivery person was at the door. No apologies or compensation. I can tell you that I will not order from this location again!

Dominos pizzas are very tasty these days. I didn't like it before. Much too thin base and too crispy. Nowadays they make them a little thicker, which makes them softer. And a lot of taste.

Just received my order from Domino's... The sandwich was delicious, but the Chicken Strippers were undercooked and cold. In my opinion, the Cheesy bread should have been a lot warmer. I am normally very pleased with these dominoes. However, something strange happened to me last Friday. I bought a medium Veggeroni just like always. I normally always pay 5 euros for this pizza, which is also reflected in my bank statements. I was told by the employee that this pizza was never 5 euros, and that I probably got a pepperoni pizza. I am very shocked as I specifically choose the vegetarian option because I don't eat meat. Very unfortunate about dominoes, thought it was a really good thing.

We order 3 pizzas at 6 p.m., 1.5 hours later we call to ask where they are, and I am told that this will take at least 1.5 hours. When I ask why they didn't let me know that I have to wait 3 hours for pizzas, I get the response that they can't call everyone!? I then cancel the order only to be told that I will only receive my money back in 10 days.... Outrageous!!!
