We had a delicious (and affordable) meal. Unique and classic pizzas on the menu, and a wonderful tiramisu. The staff were also welcoming and friendly, which we really appreciated. The interior (table arrangement), the decor, and the large windows can make it feel a bit sparse and lacking in ambiance, but the food and staff more than make up for it!

Quality pizzas, friendly, appropriately amicable staff in a historic, spacious building with a variety of seating and tables. Formerly a post office (80 years old), Claudio's was the best ice cream parlor in the Netherlands four times in a row (7 years). Now, excellent pizzas and a wonderful staff with unusual, exceptionally tasty combinations, a wonderful beer and wine selection, their own limoncello, and dangerously tempting desserts.

Service was very friendly, the dishes were only average and very expensive.

We had a reservation; the service was very attentive and the wait time was short. A lot of takeout orders are made, but this doesn't affect the number of guests. The pizzas were delicious, and the atmosphere was casual.

Friendly service, preparation took a long time, but it was also busy on a Friday evening. The prices were great, and the pizzas were delicious, with several vegan options. The Mario beer is highly recommended. The men's restroom really needs a new toilet seat.

We had a deal, but had to pay an additional €3.50 for almost every dish, so in hindsight, it would have been better and probably cheaper to have a regular three-course meal elsewhere. Of course, they were short on staff, and the rest of the staff weren't particularly enthusiastic either. The food was good, but the appetizers were very small and simply presented. The pizzas weren't overly generous, and the dessert was okay, but we had to pay an additional €3.50 for that as well. So, when visiting the pizza makers, be sure to ask for the menu beforehand if you're getting a deal.

The two of us had a wonderful evening at Pizzabakkers Apeldoorn. The pizzas were a little different in terms of toppings and had an incredibly crispy base that stayed crispy until the very last bit. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service. Highly recommended.

Had dinner with my wife. Allergies weren't a problem. Friendly service and plenty of time to eat in peace...and finally, a "slice" of tiramisu. And then we went home with a full stomach...definitely worth repeating.

Delicious food. Nice thin pizzas. The service is fast, friendly and helpful. Because 2 people are vegan they thought along with us.

We got our table quickly upon arrival. Then it took 55 minutes before we got our drinks. After 1:30 we got our pizzas. 1 of them was served with a lump of cold mozzarella. The other with what looked like a double layer of tomato sauce. The third was fine. Structure could have prevented this. There was clearly no district division or everyone ignored it. We will choose Bianco again next time.

Together with my grandmother I went out for dinner where we both enjoyed the food. The pizzas were not very special with the exception of the pizza of the month. Not very full of toppings and still full of taste. The special grandmother's soup campaign in which the pizza bakers participated to get lonely elderly people out of their homes was a really great idea and the staff was very patient and friendly to my grandmother who has deteriorated somewhat with her age.

The food is great, good pizzas, nice drinks. Unfortunately the service left much to be desired, not that they were unfriendly, certainly not! It all took a very long time. When paying, I got a clear explanation why it all took so long. It had to do with circumstances and that was understanding. Improvement was promised!!

The three of us ate Roman (where do you find that anymore?) pizzas. Pizzas were very tasty and nicely presented. Despite the crowds (rightly so), the staff was able to keep up. Compliments!

First we had to wait half an hour for some bread and dip. Then we had to wait more than an hour for 2 pizzas. It was clearly stated that we had to leave at 7:30 because of the show. Because of this we were almost late and in the end we had to eat the pizzas from the pizza box while walking. As compensation we only got 2 drinks.

Pizza is weak. The place makes up for it with great service.

The four of us went to eat on a weekday with maybe 20 other people in the restaurant. The wait for the starter took 50 minutes and somewhere we had the false hope that the main course would follow fairly quickly. But unfortunately..... The waiting time between the starter and the main course increased to more than 30 minutes. People who came in later than us, got their food many times before we did. Maybe a tip to keep a better planning and schedule for making pizzas next time. Our complaint was handled very well and neatly

Social deal 🤝 is 3 courses and an allergy policy went well. The time between serving food took far too long. Three quarters of an hour between the starter and main course. The food was fresh and tasty 😋.

Tiramisu was much bigger than I expected! Pizza very crispy, tasted ok. Service was good too. Can ask the pizza dough for the kids to play while waiting, strongly suggested.

Had a delicious meal at De Pizzabakkers Apeldoorn. The girls serving were very smooth and friendly. Even though the place was full, she did her utmost to serve everyone correctly, and she did that well. We had some dips and bruscetta as a starter and a pizza with salami, onion and burrata. All dishes were made with care and full of flavor. A nice experience in general and definitely worth repeating.

Had dinner here in December and for the second time a week ago. There is little to complain about the food, they have good pizza dough and the flavors are very tasty. Also great homemade limoncello. But the service is downright bad. When you enter, you just have to find someone to indicate your reservation. Drinks were only taken after a long wait and they arrived at the same time as the starter. Half an hour after the starter you get the message that pizzas are going to be made, but then it takes a long time before you actually get your pizza. And while we were still eating the main course, the waiter came to ask if we would like dessert. The timing could be better. By the way, this was on a quiet Friday evening, the restaurant was certainly not full. Salad from the "from pizza to menu" is quite sad. A whole mountain of arugula with the occasional piece of fennel and zucchini. Hardly noticeable from the dressing, it could have had more flavor. My friend had the focaccia, but in retrospect that was also not a smart choice. You just get baked dots of pizza dough with some oil, instead of a beautifully developed fluffy focaccia. With pizza as a main course, he was disappointed that he would eat the same thing twice. It was a bit of luck that the homemade pesto was very good. The pizzas are perfect, especially the monthly pizza amatriciana, which was well flavored and not too greasy. They use thin and crispy Roman pizza dough that has a lot of flavor on its own (so don't expect Neapolitan pizza with a soft, thick edge here). The ice cream for dessert is also of good quality and both the pistachio ice cream and limoncello ice cream really taste like the pure ingredients. In short, we would like to come back here for the food, but the service really needs to be improved.

Yesterday we wanted to eat there. Although the place was almost empty at 5:30 PM, we still had no pizza after 45 minutes. Upon inquiry it turned out that something had gone wrong. We left disappointed. Oh yes, as a saving grace we were offered a drink. PRESSERS.

Been here for the first time via Social deal. Nice friendly service. Choices on the menu were surprising. Almost all pizzas had a vegetarian option! The starter looked wonderfully fresh and neat and tasted delicious! Pizzas too! Dessert, the chocolate calzone, is very special. We had 3 social deals and 2 without. It was also neatly said that the most expensive dishes were from the social deal. You don't see that everywhere! In short, we had a delicious meal and will definitely come back

Waited 50 minutes for two pizzas

Very busy despite reservation. The request for a place with less turnover was somewhat rejected. Pizzas were tasty and well filled. The crusts were a bit cardboardy. I left that one. The sounds of conversation from other tables bounce off the bare walls.

Too bad we were put at a table very close to other people while there were many other tables available. For the rest just good pizzas, tasty base and nice thin toppings. The Bruschetta was also very tasty as well as the wine. So delicious food! The atmosphere in the shop could be a bit warmer and cozier in my opinion.

We booked a table here because our favorite restaurant was full. What a disappointment. Offering a monthly menu and not having either the starter or the dessert... when we ordered a mix of the starters, it turned out that something was missing. The monthly pizza was terribly spicy and therefore really did not taste good. Ordered a glass of wine with the pizza and a juice for my son and they simply forgot. When I came to ask about it, the waiter was chatting happily in the kitchen. When I indicated that we were not really satisfied, I was told that it was just busy. Well then. Never again for me. More than 100 euros... and still no dessert ordered because there was NO ONE who came to ask for it. A waste of your turnover. Normally I drink about 3 glasses and now only 1. And we all have dessert.

Had dinner here on Friday evening, few customers which is a shame for the business. Pizza base thin, but tasty. Prosciutto little taste, but other ingredients good. Dessert of pistachio ice cream with olive oil and salt was delicious. Compliments for the nice, smooth, pleasant service.

Rarely have I eaten such a delicious pizza! Had focaccia beforehand with homemade pesto, pizza oil and truffle sauce. Also very tasty. For dessert, homemade tiramisu, and a glass of limoncello (also homemade). At the Pizza Bakers they make pizzas with different toppings than the standard pizzas at other pizzerias. They let the dough rise for three days for optimal results. The restaurant has a very open kitchen, you can see exactly how they bake the pizzas. I will definitely come back!

Because our regular pizzeria was full, we visited the Pizza Bakers. Reception was friendly. We were quickly asked what we wanted to drink. Because the waitress saw that we wanted to look at the drinks menu, water was offered. Nice, but unfortunately no more drinks were asked after that. Not even when taking the pizza order. After mentioning the last pizza, she quickly rushed to the kitchen to place the order. Not a disaster, but not very useful for beverage sales. Pizzas were nice. There was a big difference in pizza bases. For me and a tablemate, the base was well done (just not burnt), for the other two members the base was done, but a lot lighter. It's not dramatic, but I would aim for a certain standard. Pizzas were nicely topped. Could have used a little more cheese. When the pizzas were finished, we were asked if we wanted something to drink. Although I was curious about the Danilo beer, we immediately went for dessert. Tiramisu was ok. Pistachio ice cream with olive oil surprisingly delicious. The sweet calzone was also recommended.

What a cool thing, a real discovery! Delicious culinary pizzas with surprising toppings, super nice staff and a nice setting. You can look straight into the kitchen, where the bakers are artfully working with their dough. Children get their own dough at the table to play with. Nice soft drinks (not the standard range) complete the experience. Price-quality is also excellent. Highly recommended!

The waitresses were very nice and polite, but the wait for the pizza was 40 minutes, that's very long. And the tea was brought out right away, and we drank it without waiting for the pizza. And the pizza was not tasty and not worth the money.

Had a very tasty pizza at these pizza bakers! The prosciutto was wonderfully tender and, together with the truffle sauce, a fantastic combination. Our little 'monster' had fun kneading dough, which is then baked. I don't easily give 5 stars, but these gentlemen have earned it by providing real service. Thanks for that!

Die Margherita sah erbärmlich aus: zu dicke und zu süße Tomatensoße, den Käse musste man suchen und dann wahnsinnige 3 Bassilikumblätter! In Italien hätte man den Kreateur eines solchen Etwas ins Bergwerk geschickt! Salamipizza und Schinkenpizza sind ebenso lieblos und geschmacksneutral! Die Getränkeauswahl ist durchschnittlich! Die Kaffeemaschinen sind nicht auf Geschmack sondern auf Maße ausgelegt! Vor allem die männliche Bedienung glänzt mit Arroganz und Unvermögen! Gemessen am Geld nicht empfehlenswert! Gemessen am Geschmack: in keinster Weise eine Empfehlung!

Franchise food: soulless, not local and not really Italian! Plus some pointless lounge music! It's not possible to leave anything out of a pizza! Therefore extremely inflexible! The operator cannot operate the machines properly, and they are not really good machines for the highest taste, but only for mass! No recommendation!!!! Every REAL Italian has more competence and taste!

Wednesday Film and Pizza combination: film Montessori Gigant and a delicious pizza at Pizzabakkers. Our experience at De Pizzabakkers on January 19 was disappointing. It started with ordering a Coke Zero, to which the waiter smartly responded that they were not an American restaurant. For our antipasti we ordered a Focaccia Romana, which we had to wait no less than 50 minutes for. While waiting we noticed a strong burning smell caused by something burning on the grill which resulted in smoke coming into the restaurant. When a group of 6 people came in, three tables were moved to accommodate them. Unfortunately, the smart-aleck waiter pushed these tables against ours, which made for an awkward situation. Luckily, an employee (possibly the manager or owner) directed the group to another table so they didn't have to sit with us. After sitting for 2.5 hours we still had not received any pizzas. We finally decided to pay for our drinks and the focaccia. The waiter asked if we really didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for our pizzas, but since other guests had already paid without receiving their orders, we chose to leave. What should have been a pleasant evening for our holiday was unfortunately ruined by De Pizzabakkers.

Nice building on the corner. They had a wide choice of pizzas. A nice detail was that they had a small ball of dough for children to keep them sweet. The only thing that could really be different is, for example, the drinks. I understand that they want to radiate an Italian atmosphere, but if they also focus on families, it is a shame that you can only order beer, wine or specific juices. I don't drink wine or beer, so I quickly have to have a juice, also for the children. Although they indicated on the menu that they do not serve cola and similar drinks, this was a real negative for me. Of course it is the restaurant's choice, and I respect that, but it makes me decide not to eat there anymore, which on the other hand is a shame. The pizzas for children aged 3.5 and 8 years are really large in size, which of course also makes the price higher at checkout. If everything gets eaten, that's not a problem, but if there are almost 3 pizzas left, I think it's a waste of food and expense. Perhaps they can respond to this more intelligently by offering children's pizzas. Furthermore, the atmosphere was great and the people were friendly. Hopefully I was able to give an honest opinion here.

I don't recommend a pizza funghi to anyone. It was more mushroom than pizza, with little flavor or cheese or anything like that. While a pizza with mushrooms is normally my favorite pizza… No, I won't come here anymore.

Last year I had a pizza that was completely black on the bottom. The pizza was therefore inedible. I ended up having to throw the pizza away. I called but they did nothing for me in terms of service. Unfortunately not a good experience with this pizza baker. The owner's response is incorrect. I expect that I will have to get at least a voucher to get a new pizza. I don't call for nothing. If the pizza had been good, I wouldn't have called.

Delicious pizza with truffle sauce at the pizza bakers, but not everyone is charmed by a thin base, which cools quickly on the plate. My recommendation is to also include the plain crust on the menu and let guests choose. All in all worth repeating!
