Domino's Pizza Apeldoorn Laan Van Zevenhuizen in Noordoost

Pizza arrived incomplete, 3 pieces were missing (of which crust and half pizza piece were still in the box). Possibly eaten by delivery person. When contacting the Apeldoorn location telephone number, we were spoken to very rudely by the employee. Initially refused to provide his name for a legitimate complaint. Employee indicated that his delivery person is Muslim and did not believe he would have eaten the pizzas. Further inspection also revealed that we had received the wrong pizza (namely a vegetarian pizza that we had not ordered). Employee on the phone said that 3 of us were standing by the pizza boxes (with a security camera pointed at us) while we opened the box just after the delivery person left. As a solution, we were told that we would get our money back (which should be paid within 5 working days) and therefore no new pizza. According to the employee, this was also the solution that the manager gave.

It's very bad, I got 4 pizzas, 2 XXL and 2 small ones, but too much salt and one was burnt

WOAH what a boring pizza. The sauce is sooooo bad. The total is almost the same level as a freezer pizza. And there are better freezer pizzas Just nothing tastes fresh. All ingredients are of very low quality.

Manager is racist we ordered and one of the pizza had no bbq sauce. My father called first (he has a heavy foreign accent) they put him on hold and no one answered. My sister called while my father was on guard and the manager answered my sister (fluent in Dutch) explained it he said it was a mix of tomato sauce and bbq sauce. My sister, who has eaten the pizza before, knew what it should taste like and got a coupon for a free pizza.

I don't often write a review about a company, but this branch of Domino's does a great job. First of all: their pizzas are tasty (if you ever get them) but their delivery time and service is bad, very bad. With previous orders we had to wait more than an hour each time. But recently Domino's has outdone itself with an expected delivery time of 3 hours for 3 pizzas and a portion of chicken. THREE O'CLOCK?! This entrepreneur does not take responsibility. My son had an accident during his delivery. The damage is not handled correctly so that my son is now being held liable after 4 months. He also has his employees sign a self-drafted contract so that the necessary use of the telephone, in the event of damage, is not reimbursed. He also does not offer an alternative to not using the (private) telephone. After several attempts to settle the claim, this employer takes no action. He does not express any concerns to the employee after an accident and is then difficult to reach. Think carefully about whether your son/daughter would like to work under the responsibility of this employer. The manager of this business has done his best to resolve the matter correctly, but is dependent on this franchise entrepreneur.

Large screens and a screen with the status of the order on site. We took the pizza with us, but the experience of picking it up was very pleasant. Delivery of the pizza with electric bicycles is of course the basis, but picking up and eating on site is also a pleasant experience, especially for children. The product, the pizza, is really worth the money, both in terms of quantity and top quality ingredients. I like premium supermarket pizzas and also frozen ones, but this is the real pizza experience, U.S. style with Italian origins since 1960! So a very long experience and it shows.
