It's a shame Senna is gone. I don't know who the manager is now; I think it's a woman, but very unfriendly and unprofessional. Most of the delivery guys, on the other hand, are sweet and friendly guys.

Ordered extra toppings multiple times, but never received them. Called and asked what the situation was, and they said they would "call back" and that I would "receive compensation." To date, I haven't heard anything, and specifically at this branch, this happens quite often when it comes to customized orders. The staff was also very unfriendly and unhelpful regarding this. Hence the 2 stars.

Manager Senna is truly the hardest worker I have ever seen.

The service wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t take accountability for their own Domino delivery I ordered two pizzas while waiting for almost 2 hours and my order never came even when they were claiming that it was already delivered. So my order just randomly disappeared without explanation.

At the counter, I quickly received a tasty veggie pizza. I devoured it on a bench outside.

I placed an order, but to the wrong address. I was told on the phone that I would get my money back within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, that still hasn't happened, and it has already been a month.

I ordered through Thuisbezorgd around 9:00 PM and received an email around 10:00 PM saying my order had been canceled. It was nice that they also let me know they'd canceled my order after waiting an hour. It's still unclear why they canceled it.

Finally got the pizza after 20 minutes... but the delivery guy didn't know how to ring the doorbell!!!

I ordered two XXXL pizzas from you today, one cheese and one pepperoni, I didn't look at the place when I got there and they gave me the wrong pizzas, they mixed up and gave me two shawarma pizzas and the price is different, I paid 44 euros and this check they gave me is only for 23 euros, I ask you to return the overpaid money to me, at least next time give the correct orders, it was in the name of Vasyl!

The tiles are crooked, the staff is nice, but for the price they ask for a "pizza" pfff, you could hire a decent tiler for that, right?

Ordering took an hour, not too bad, but the pizza arrived cold and burnt. I paid 20 euros for 6 pieces, not tasty. I ordered online through the app and it didnt get delivered at all Through "thuisbezorgd" it was yesterday 4th May at about 23:30 my time. I wanted to order for a friend of mine to be delivered at her hotel. The app said that this place doesnt show tracking of food, and i couldnt track the food at all. The next day it showed as if the food got delivered but in fact, it didnt go to the hotel at all. They closed the place last night before i even got the "food delivered" even tho i was up till 1am. The next morning it said that it was delivered at about 23:40 which didn't happen and the place was closed. I will never order from here again

The food delivery was fast, so that was a positive. Except I don't think the delivery person was in the mood at all. I had a box with a small pizza, some fries, and three chickens. The chicken and pizza were good... the fries, however... I don't know what they did with them, but I've never had such disgusting fries. I simply didn't eat them; I couldn't eat them. When I'd finished the rest, I wanted to start my thick shake. Another disappointment: they were as hard as a brick! I couldn't even get my straw in an inch... so I called them anyway. They didn't even answer with a name, so I have no idea who we spoke to; it sounded like a young man. He said there couldn't be anything wrong with the fries because they were freshly made. The shakes come from the freezer and then in a machine, so there really couldn't be anything wrong with them. She could bring a new one, but if it was already wrong, the other one wouldn't be right either... Well, then you're going to investigate what the problem is, right? So you test how it could happen? We were told we could come back another day for a replacement. I found it really strange how the complaint was handled and the answers they gave. I'm really disappointed and I won't order from them again.

Worst Domino's I know. The rest in Apeldoorm is fine since this branch has been open, the app has decided to deliver from here instead of Laan van Zevenhuizen or Arnhemseweg. From here it has been fine all these years. Now you either have to wait hours for your order and either have cold food or not delivered at all and you also have to chase your money. Manager is also not suitable for his position and just does whatever. I want to receive my refund anyway because no delivery has been made.

Waited a long time for our pizzas. After a long time, I tried to call several times to ask if the order had gone through correctly. Nobody answered. No idea if those pizzas will still come. Very bad, never again.

This branch of Domino's always provides excellent food and service... the atmosphere is a bit dull and could be a bit more pleasant.

I just received a call - almost an hour after ordering - with the message that my food will not be delivered because 'there are no more delivery people available'. It's Friday evening and it's not even 8:00 PM yet, and you don't have any delivery people available? What nonsense. So I won't order here anymore.

The pizzas are fine. Have ordered several times and no complaints about the quality of the food, but lately the delivery times have been absurdly long. Placed an order today at 7:10 PM and called the branch at 8:40 PM to ask if the order had gone through correctly and this was certainly the case, but it is extremely busy and it can take at least 20 minutes. I find waiting more than 1.5 hours and no notification of the crowds on the website absurd. Finally received the order almost 2.5 hours later at 9:35 PM.

So I ordered 2 pizzas here yesterday. I had to call after an hour to find out why the order took so long, as is always the case here, the comment was: it is very busy and it is really coming now. Small tip if you always deliver late, as the reviews here are full of, take fewer orders and at least take good care of them. Then my ordered pizzas arrived. Mind you, an hour and a half later. I opened the box of the wrong pizzas. No garlic sauce added. And lukewarm too. So I thought I'd call again. When I call, they simply don't answer or they hang up. It seems very unprofessional to me if you just paid for something. Called back the next day because I did not want to post a bad review but wanted it resolved in a normal manner. The answer was yes, I didn't work yesterday, I was very busy so I left a bad review. So this dominos is very unprofessional if you ask me.

Pizze came quickly, but perhaps a little too much, because it was not fully cooked and a bit lukewarm. Also not very customer-friendly communication during pick-up, although everyone is sometimes a little less talkative at the end of a working day. All in all okay, not great

Did not order, ordered at 6:30 PM, first waited an hour for my order. Then they forgot dishes! Called 3 times and they are on their way every time, called again at 9:30 PM when my back order is delivered they indicate that it has already been delivered!! We have not received anything! It's another Domino's with the focus in delivery and not to eat in, same quality and standard as ano other Domino's, but with people providing good services.

How hard can it be. Our daughter cancels an order because delivery cannot be made on time and the location is also being changed. Domino's understands and agrees. Okay, let's wait a while, unfortunately I didn't receive anything. One more contact and again the promise, but another 10 days wait... you guessed it, no money. One more time, our patience is running out. Pffff not again, today March 26th we came again, answer: we will arrange it urgently.... In 10 days !!! A lovely lady made me even more lovely all full cheese pizza, with a cheesy crust itself. Very friendly, very tasty, very client oriented.
