Erg jammer dat ik zonder respect werd behandeld door het personeel. Een plankje dat tegen mijn hoofd werd gestoten zonder pardon en een glas dat uit m'n handen werd gestoten. Exen of niet je hoort je gewoon tot een nette klant medewerker verhouding te gedragen. Erg jammer en hoop dat deze medewerkster word gecorrigeerd.

Wij kwamen net binnen en kregen een tafel voor 2 aangewezen. Naast ons zaten 2 mannen heel hard te praten. Hierop vroegen wij een andere tafel. Het antwoord was NEE terwijl er meerdere 2 Persoons tafels vrij waren en er ook stellen aan een 4 persoonstafel zaten. Verder was het hele restaurant nagenoeg leeg. Wij zijn opgestaan en weglopen. Een schandalige klant-behandeling door de medewerker. Wij gaan dit op social media zetten. Mvg groet.

De meest vieze curry ooit gehad. De kokos- kerrie smaakt allesbehalve hiernaar. De gepaneerde garnalen zijn gortdroog en de groenten erbij zonder enige toevoeging en dus smakeloos. Na een paar happen alles laten staan. Bij de vraag alles naar wens dan ook eerlijk nee gezegd en dan komt de opmerking " o ja, dat is jammer dan" Vraag het dan niet!!!! De loempiaatjes en kipspies vooraf waren wel lekker.

Het eten was zoals altijd zeer lekker MAAR de bediening was echt niet oke deze keer. Niet vriendelijk, steeds samen staan om te praten. Ze ruimen de tafels niet af. We hebben dit moeten vragen omdat ons toetje er aan kwam. Zeer treurig en irritant!

Every single year for the last 3 years I come to Kerkrade for business reason and I always make sure to pay a visit to Dadawan, which offers a great mix of really tasty food and a nice environment. Price is also great and the portions are big enough (never got disappointed). I highly recommend it.

Extremely poor service, waited to be seated what seemed to be a long time when restaurant was very quiet. When server did appear he walked at snail pace with attitude that was less than inviting. We asked to change tables which he found highly amusing so we decided to leave before experiencing any further disappointment. Come on Dadawan service we expect from your restaurants is a higher standard than this.

Afgelopen week ben ik samen met enkele vriendinnen uit eten geweest bij Dadawan. Bij binnenkomst werden wij direct naar een tafel begeleid, wat een vlotte ontvangst suggereerde. We kregen een goede zitplek vanwaar we het restaurant goed konden overzien. Helaas vielen mij tijdens ons bezoek verschillende zaken op, mogelijk doordat ik zelf afkomstig ben uit een horecafamilie en zodoende bepaalde aspecten extra opmerk. Wat met name opviel, was het gebrek aan gastvrijheid. Medewerkers stonden zichtbaar te wachten en raakten onderling in gesprek, terwijl op diverse tafels langere tijd gebruikte borden bleven staan. Daarnaast werd ons drinken niet op een gastvrije manier geserveerd. In plaats van het voor ons neer te zetten, werd het op de hoek van de tafel geplaatst, waardoor we dit zelf moesten verschuiven. Ook het gebruik van de QR-code voor bestellingen beperkt de mogelijkheden tot persoonlijk contact, wat de gastvrijheidsbeleving verder belemmert. Wat betreft het eten: de menukaart was gevarieerd, maar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding bleek teleurstellend, met name bij de burgers. Deze waren karig belegd, smaakloos en werden aangeboden voor een prijs van €16,50, wat naar mijn mening niet gerechtvaardigd is. Een van mijn collega’s had een gerecht besteld dat, zowel volgens haar als volgens mij, niet goed bereid was. Ik heb dit vriendelijk bij het personeel aangekaart, aangezien men voor dit bedrag enige kwaliteit mag verwachten. De betreffende medewerkster gaf aan de manager te zullen roepen, met het voorstel dat we mogelijk een alternatief gerecht konden bestellen. Bij aankomst stelde de manager echter voor om hetzelfde gerecht nogmaals te serveren of een dessert ter waarde van ongeveer €6 aan te bieden. Vanuit mijn ervaring weet ik dat dergelijke oplossingen niet bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid. Een dessert is geen gelijkwaardig alternatief voor een warm hoofdgerecht en vervult bovendien niet dezelfde functie. Aangezien er op de kaart meerdere warme gerechtjes van vergelijkbare waarde stonden, had een andere oplossing passender geweest. Samenvattend: de gastvrijheid liet te wensen over en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was onvoldoende. In het verleden heb ik vaker bij Dadawan gegeten en waren de ervaringen toen positief. Helaas is dit nu niet meer het geval. Voor ons was dit dan ook het laatste bezoek. Een restaurant kan niet succesvol opereren als het er niet in slaagt gasten tevreden te stellen.

Kom hier elke maand wel een keer. Wanneer je beetje op juiste moment gaat, valt de rij voor de deur wel mee. Variantie/keuze genoeg. Gezellig ingericht en de prijs is prima. Ons vaste adresje

Dadawan Kerkrade Daar zit je dan..... gezellig verjaardagsdineetje voor 8 personen....voor de verjaardag van mijn man GOOD TO KNOW Wist je dat je bij ons gewoon kunt binnenlopen? Reserveren is niet nodig – iedereen is van harte welkom! Dat staat op de website..... want reserveren kun je niet. Maar je kunt niet aan tafel plaats kunt nemen als de groep niet compleet is?!!! We dachten alvast te gaan zitten en wat aperitiefje te gaan bestellen..... wat een achterlijke regel. Hoe graag ik hier ook kom. Dit zet me aan het denken. Denk dat het de kaatste keer is en dat we voortaan lekker bij de concurrent gaan eten. We kwamen heeeel geregeld.......gemiste kans

Been here a few times. And continue to have a changing feeling. Sometimes it was very tasty and good quality, other times it was a bit of a stomach ache and the food was not that tasty. Sometimes the music is a little too loud so you can't hear your company properly. Update February 11, 2025. Been here today. Accidentally ordered the wrong food. Which I just honestly didn't want. Food was made and was charged... she could make something else but also charged. I understand that the food is made and they have to get the costs from somewhere. I can understand it was of course my own shield But the way Mr. Manager handled it?!! No, nothing could be different. If anything small was done? From a drink on the house, or a small amount from the meal? No. Because I doubted myself enormously. Then asked again if I had really ordered this. The gentleman was very irritated, sighed deeply when the customer asked something again. Heh heh. Not a friendly person! Had to suggest manager?? At the checkout, the female waiter asked if everything was as expected and told how and what. She could understand. No tip given This was clearly the last time I was here. But they won't do anything with it, the money is in and enough money is coming in. Shame

It is a nice restaurant, the food is tasty and a nice atmosphere, prices are not too expensive and the upholstery is beautiful, the only thing that disappointed me a bit were the choices you could make in terms of food, and it sometimes took a little too long to bring the drinks. But we also went on a very busy day, otherwise I highly recommend it!

I’ve been in Dadawan multiple times now. Highly recommend! They have a lot of different dishes. For instance: • bowls • Asian soups • sushi • steaks and more 😊 The quality of service is 10/10 ✨ staff is very kind and friendly! Food is served very quickly even if they are full! Note: Dadawan accepts cards only!

Dadawan... well, the place looks so cool, quite modern, huge and with nice robots delivering food to the table, yeah, that was cool! 👍🤖😋 Service was also ok, you order via an app then the food reaches your table, with the smiley robots, so simple and easy. 🍜😊🚀 The food, at Dadawan... well, there is a lesson learnt, at least for us, it is not a place to eat ramen. 🍜❌👎 There are many other alternatives in the menu, sushi which looked cool at least, what other people ordered. But... not the ramen. 🤔🍣😋 There was tough, something new I haven't tried before, and it was good, but i can't remember what it was... (I getting old) so, I would not recommend The ramen..maybe next time we can try the sushi... so far... nothing special. 🤷‍♂️🤔🍜

The table-bringing policy is still failing. You can't sit with five people at a six-person table, so we had to wait 50 minutes and six people already had a table after 10 minutes. When we asked about this, we were really reprimanded… Food is good if you look at price quality but I wouldn't go here on a Sunday.

Great if you can go when it’s not busy. We went for lunch on a Sunday and walked right in. At busy times people are queuing out the door as they don’t take reservations. The food is delicious, good size portions and reasonable prices. Food and drinks arrive on a robot which is fun!

For us, going to the Hornbach is always just a quick trip to Dadawan. Both on-site and take-away are very easy to do. Price and quality (which is clearly of paramount importance) are in good proportion.

Meals cost about 10-20 euros, qrcode ordering is convenient, free WiFi, there are ramen, sushi, teppanyaki, poke bowls, burgers, etc., there are many choices. The barbecued pork in the barbecued pork ramen is very tender and delicious, not too spicy. Robot food delivery is fun. Nice decor. The toilet has a Dyson faucet dryer.

The only downside is the queue!

So then you order a homemade drink that is really nasty (way too sweet). You immediately say something about that and then the answer from the 'chef on the floor' is: "yes, you ordered that yourself". When paying, you will be asked again “did you like everything?” So I say: “almost everything” and repeat my complaint about the drink. Which they then don't know what to do with. A 'deer in the headlights look' and that was it. That $3.5 drink was apparently worth giving a $200 paying customer a bad experience. Shame.

Het eten is over het algemeen prima, een minder punt is dat het niet kinderwagen vriendelijk is. Je krijgt een plaats toegewezen direct bij de ingang waar je al stotend en schrapend langs de mensen met de wagen naar toe moet en je kindje vervolgens continu op de tocht staat vanwege een openstaande deur door de wachtrij bij de ingang. Vervolgens wordt er vriendelijk verzocht om een andere tafel maar gezien de kinderwagen is dit enkel mogelijk bij de 2 tafels direct bij de ingang, zelfs wanneer het duidelijk is dat het daar niet geschikt is. Helaas werd er verder niks mee gedaan en lijkt men ook niet gecharmeerd van een vriendelijke woordenwisseling over het voorval.

Nice catering facility. Others in my party ordered a stoneplate which contained a fine hot dish. Unfortunately, the ramen noodle soup I ordered turned out not to be hot, but only lukewarm. After a few minutes the dish was already cold. Haven't eaten half of it. I wouldn't order again and wouldn't recommend it to others either.

Simply delicious food, highly recommended

Ordered Stone Bowl Beef with extra vegetables first time I went. No need for extra vegetables, because the bowl was really full! Food was prepared fast, and brought to us by the robots. Not crowded on Kingsday 2022. Second time: ordered the Dadawan burger. Couldn't finish everything, but this too, was delicious. Had to wait a bit before we got a table (it was a saturday). Not many robots, probably because it was that crowded. Love the cocktails and mocktails. Friendly staff. Fast service. Nice atmosphere and interior.

I regularly visit DADAWAN Kerkrade and normally order the hot stone steak, which I am always satisfied with. However, this time I wanted to try something different and opted for a hamburger, but unfortunately it was a disappointment. The minced meat had a strange, unpleasant seasoning that did not improve the taste. In addition, the service this time was not as I am used to. The menus are served with mayonnaise as standard, but I normally replace this with ketchup without any problems. To my surprise, that wasn't possible this time. The only option was to omit the mayonnaise and pay extra for ketchup. Although the extra amount in itself is not the problem, I don't think this is a good customer experience in principle. It feels unnecessarily inflexible and takes away from the hospitality I am used to here. I hope that this was a one-off experience and that more attention will be paid to the customer focus that I normally appreciate.

Always good price quality super always too much for us so we always have to take half home with us. Always remains pleasant.

Had a delicious meal at Dadawan Kerkrade. What a good concept. Nice big place and very friendly staff. Hopefully there will also be branches in the north of the country. 😄👍🏽 We will definitely come back, but we will also visit the other branches in the south.

What a great discovery, it’s a highly recommended address! The place is very large and very cozy. You feel good there immediately. The waiter at reception seated us at a round table. He told us that we can only pay by card. The menu is available in paper format but you must order via the application. It's very practical. Highly efficient robots help waiters with orders. The menu is very varied: ramen, curry, pokebowl, steak, burger. We opted for ramen. They were delicious and very filling! We also had dessert: the match ice cream cake. Very good but the cake was really very frugal. They also have a fairly extensive selection of house drinks like ice tea. The prices are completely democratic! Bravo for today's musical selection: a rock playlist. We will come back with great pleasure!

Were with 5 people. First time eating there with 4 people, the food was good. Only the lamb rack was really bad. Said to 2 people staff. The second said you should have said. Well we really did. Spacious restaurant, unfortunately it cannot be reserved. Just join the queue and wait until it's your turn. The flow is fairly quick, there's nothing to say about that. Service is friendly, but rushed due to the crowds. An error with the ordering system was resolved very quickly and friendly. The Beef is highly recommended, deliciously prepared. A robot regularly visits your table with dishes and desserts.

The staff there work under enormous pressure, they throw orders on the table in a hurry and quickly run away. The host is super rude if you want to ask something. They hardly communicate with each other and with the customer. Not a good atmosphere, food is sometimes good but sometimes not fresh and not particularly tasty. All in all: 3 stars max.

Delicious food, mini spring rolls with delicious sauce, followed by stone plate rump steak, plate was piping hot, steak was still frying in the stone plate, highly recommended. Drinks a little on the expensive side. Everything else was fine, it wasn't too busy at the time we went.

I ate there for the first time for my birthday, my company several times. They knew how it works. You can only order by scanning a QR code. Daughter asked if some fireworks or something could be added to the dessert. The lady said yes, once it was there there was nothing to see. Ordered cocktails, which turned out to have been diluted with 60 or 70 percent water. If I gave it to the waiter, I was given the same watery stuff to drink several times. Strange, you would think that the penny would drop if I clearly indicate that it is too watery? You do pay the full price. When paying I again indicated that it was a birthday and no, no discount or congratulations either. Very inconsiderate and they said they had a nice evening. I don't know if I will go again, I would rather go to an all you can eat restaurant, then you know what you get. The food; the steaks were grilled, the vegetables steamed with water, without herbs or oyster sauce or anything. Or herbs. You get soy sauce with it... So I don't know if I'll go again. Music is loud and more for a dancing, not really atmospheric.

The food was excellent and the prices weren't too bad. Enough parking space. We were there late in the afternoon. No idea how busy it is at night. For us the stone bowl was just a bit too much. Tip. Order one for two and get another small dish. The advantage of such a stone bowl. Your food stays hot for a really long time.

I have been coming to dadawan for years as it used to be excellent! Unfortunately quality and service got worse and worse every year. By now it has become untolerable. Last highlight: the mango in the poke bowl was still green. I probably wont be coming back. I gave so many chances and have been consistently disappointed.

Waardeloze tent. Online besteld om vervolgens 10 minuten genegeerd te worden bij de pickup counter. Jammer dat we al betaald hebben, deze tent verdient geen cent meer aan ons.

Besides the fact that Dadawan Kerkrade serves really delicious food for a fair price, I think it is important to really put 1 employee in the spotlight. He earned our 5 stars for service entirely on his own merits. His name: Yael The charisma, joy and love for his profession that he shows is truly amazing. He welcomes you with a big smile and makes you feel more than welcome. It's a winner! And an extra reason for us to come back more often.

I have been coming here for years, we started in Maastricht when there were no other Dadawan branches, but we have decided not to go anymore, the recipes for various dishes no longer do justice to what it was in the beginning. if I have to pay 14 euros for tokutsu ramen but the soup doesn't taste like anything, and the taste of the ramen they had since January this year was cheaper but also really tasty, it has been a no-no for me since this week to go to dadawan. I'm going to look for another restaurant where I can get something with taste.

We ate at Dadawan for the first time and we enjoyed it immensely! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and we loved the 'waitress' robot. Really unique! We will definitely come back.

We tried the new Ramen menu,the only word I could come up with is "nondescript", Personaly, I don't like it at all.

Well, Dadawan. Here on Google with 1000+ reviews a 4.5 out of 5, so you would expect it to be good. However, it is advisable to also read the 'low' reviews carefully, because they reveal the real face of the restaurant; so did the 'manager', we have found. After ordering 2 lemonades (homemade?!?!?! So this just comes from a machine, right? If I pour it from a bottle from the supermarket, that's what it is too..) we received 2 cups of just pure syrup in sat; not to drink. After a complaint, an employee would raise this; never seen again. Then I approached a lady; it came neatly with water to further dilute the syrup. Didn't provide any relief either, because it was still very sweet. (According to the manager, this is made by a machine that has been specially calibrated for this, he said? It is advisable to check then) Finish. The food comes. A ramen (vegetarian) and a hot plate. The hot plate was quite sparse, but okay. Not really tasty, but it was edible. The ramen, on the other hand, was so incredibly salty that this simply cannot be healthy. We then raised this again, after which the lady took the windows back to the back. Only to hear nothing. A little later the manager comes to the table with the plate. Who starts the discussion with us that the ramen cannot be salty, because vegetable broth is used and I don't know. Very nasty attitude, towering over the table.. trying to trap us further and further with the 'food' that was served to us. I won't let that happen to me, so before this nasty man could argue any further, I gave him the option to either bring a new one or taste it himself. After which he started the discussion that they never taste customers. Yes, everyone understands that and it seems logical to me... but you have no idea what you are shouting so strongly about, while you are in a large chain where I know how many people come and 1 complaint (or does this continue all evening ?!?!?!?) It is a drop in the bucket and should not have a name; You're here to serve customers, right? Not to show how elitist you are? Customer friendliness? Hello? After walking away without saying anything, the manager later came with a new sign. This one was okay, much less salty; So it is certainly possible and this makes you look very foolish as a manager. When paying, there was also a very strange vibe from how this man treats his staff behind the bar. (If looks could...?) Don't get me wrong; I try to do this objectively, but you just deliberately ruined our evening with your elitist behavior. Very bad experience.

Great, modern and young restaurant. Large portions delivered by robot. All the food and drinks we had tasted very good. Only the ramen noodles weren't quite optimal and stuck to your teeth. There are certainly better noodles out there. We left the restaurant more than full and happy and would like to thank the particularly friendly staff.
