Terrible!!! The delivery was way too late (45 minutes after the agreed time). The hot snacks (spring rolls and guyozas) were cold. The phone number on the website was incorrect for inquiring about the status. All sorts of shoddy arguments: manual labor, busy roads, and the delivery driver's route. As a business owner, anticipate! Never order from here again; they're extremely unreliable!

After calling 20 times they only answered and then received a new roll after 2 hours with another hair in it!! This is a shame. Afterwards they didn't answer anymore. Placed an order at 5:30 PM. This was supposed to be delivered at 6:40 PM. After repeatedly calling and not answering 3 times, I was told that they were waiting for the delivery person, he would come as soon as he arrived. When I was told this, the food should have been there 1.5 hours ago. Result, child having to make something else to eat and send to bed without sushi. Deeply disappointed, as this was not the first time but certainly the last time. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Have it delivered via Uber Eats. This would take 30-55 minutes. The delivery person would be on his way after 20 minutes. It is a 5 minute drive to the location. Unfortunately it took almost 2 hours. And call twice before they deliver. The food itself is ok, but unfortunately very cooled down due to the long delivery time. Unfortunately, the reviews about the delivery time are correct. Thought I'd give it a try, but alas. I will no longer do home delivery here.

The sushi was tasty. The spring rolls were ice cold, unedible. Maarja had to wait almost 2 hours before the order was delivered. After calling 3 times, the phone was finally answered. The delivery person was supposed to be on his way (live only 1 km away) and finally after 25 minutes it was delivered. Without soya sauce and ginger and with only 2 pairs of chopsticks even though it was for 4 people. I don't think we will order here again next time. Ordered here often but then picked up, this was no longer possible. I would advise against delivery to everyone.

Ordered food at 7:30 PM, it would be there at 8:15 PM. At 8.45 pm I called again to find out where the food was, and the gentleman said it was on its way. I tried to call again afterwards because I was already at 9 p.m., but I didn't answer. Suddenly no longer available. The food didn't arrive until 9:25 PM. No compensation or nothing. You should be happy that the other party in my party was still hungry because I had already decided not to take it anymore and send you away. It's ridiculous that you no longer answer the phone or come up with a quid pro quo as an excuse. Lousy service and definitely the last time. Now I understand all those bad reviews that it takes so long and eventually no one answers anymore.

I decided to try this sushi place despite all the bad reviews, which obviously was a mistake. Had to wait 2 hours longer than indicated in the delivery time so got the food after midnight, which is crazy. I ordered vegetarian sushi and avocado fries, instead of avocado fries I got fried chicken?? What are they thinking to give chicken to a customers that orders vegetarian food? It's bad enough that I did not receive my correct order, but I got something that I cannot eat so both money and food wasted! However, the sushi tasted good so food quality is not a problem.

I tried calling again but they just didn't answer! A real shame! Our food was finally delivered at 11:40 PM!! Have been a customer a couple of times and the wait has always been approximately 1 hour, which I have adapted to in my following orders, so no biggie. However due to my latest experience, I will be no longer having food from here. After a frustrating 3 hours of waiting, and three unanswered calls (which seems to be a common problem reading other comments) we contacted Thusbezorgd to solve the issue and get my money back. In the meantime we just ordered Dominos so as not to starve which arrived in literally 15 minutes. It took Thusbezorgd contacting them directly and an additional hour to get the food delivered, at which point we had already finished our pizzas. So basically a wait of FOUR HOURS and a spanking from daddy Thuisbezorgd is what it took to get these guys to bring me the food I paid for, which is now in my refrigerator awaiting its purpose. Mind you, without even having the possibility of me contacting them to at least cancel the order. On top of that, I had to eat the mediocre pizza from Dominos as a last resort. But hey at least those guys pick up the phone and don't take a lifetime to deliver.

Never ordering from Daisuki again. My order was meant to arrive in 1 hour. After 1.5 hours I called to see where my order was. The driver was “on the way” and would supposedly be there in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I called again to ask where my food was. However they did not pick up my call. I called several times without succes. Then I used my boyfriend’s phone to call them and they picked up immediately. So they were purposefully (!!!) ignoring my number. The sushi ended up arriving 2 hours later than planned, so 3 hours after I ordered it. Absolutely horrendous customer service. It’s such a shame, because the food is quite nice. However definitely NOT worth the incredibly long waiting times.

Firstly, my food arrived 1.5 hours late. So 2.5 hours in total. And I ordered two cans of drinks. Did not get. Called about this, okay this gentleman said they would be delivered. Years ago we lived in Maastricht. Ordered regularly then (although a lot of things went wrong back then). Now given the benefit of the doubt again. Order 1: no avocado in the vegetarian pokebowl. Solution: pay 2 extra free rolls afterwards (nicely resolved). Order 2: received a different temaki than ordered. Then contacted again to report this. Never received any response. We will no longer order from here. The quality of sushi is also not great. We remain customers of the sushi shop in Meerssen.

Very bad experience! Ordered food at 5:11 PM. Live tracking indicated that the order would be delivered around 6:12 PM. I started calling at 6:30 PM and it was stated 3 times that the delivery person could be there at any time. Ultimately, my husband drove to the store around 7:15 PM to ask for our money back and upon arrival it turned out that they still had to make the order! We called the restaurant, but they immediately hung up twice, then indicated that they could only be reached on WhatsApp. Were very unfriendly. Unfortunately I have to confirm that they are unreachable, deliver too late and if they still deliver your order 3 hours later than planned, they say you will get your money back (the sushi was also taken again).. But after numerous emails and phone calls; no answers or the question to send an app with data and then you hear nothing again.. I have never experienced it so indecent.

There was a pebble in the sushi roll. Owner doesn't acknowledge it and says it's from an avocado pit... This is a big laugh! I never write bad reviews, but Daisuki is definitely worth writing a bad review. I will order my sushi elsewhere from now on, and will certainly not recommend it to anyone again. And yet it could have been so easy for the owner to solve this neatly. My son hurt his mouth when he bit it. Simply scandalous!

I’ve ordered twice from Daisuki and after my first experience I hate the fact that I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the sushi was nice. First time when I ordered, the food took 3 hours to arrive. This time around same thing happened. We luckily did not pay online but chose with cash instead, because we refused the food upon delivery. We never got confirmed that the restaurant had confirmed/accepted our order until they were outside our door, and “suddenly” the online status changed from nothing to “In 45 minutes your delivery will arrive”. When explaining this to the driver he did not seem phased by our complaint and simply said “Yeah”, confirmed the time we ordered, and left with the food (which came in a very small bag that were supposed to feed 4-5 people??). I sincerely wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Ordered: 6:53 PM. Chosen delivery time: 7:45 PM. Actual (cold) delivery: 9:10 PM. In between, I tried several times to get in touch via the 06 number, but the phone turned out to be switched off. Emailed, no response. The delivery person was aware of the very late delivery and acknowledged that the boss's phone was turned off! They were too busy.. Checked order; everything was cold, the spring rolls were missing. He promised to come back and would bring something extra. We never saw the delivery man again! What a worthless company, that's not how you treat customers?! There are plenty of places in Maastricht where you do get good sushi and good service, so do yourself a favor and order there.

I ordered food and I had to wait 2 to 3 hours for my order. In the meantime, I called home delivery and Daisuki and they simply lied that the food was ready and that it would be on its way. Then I get a call back that the food is being made. So they have clearly forgotten that the order ever existed. It is then delivered and they have placed it on a stone somewhere in front of the house. What poor service. The food was also cold, the tempura and crispy chicken were no longer crispy and the coke was lukewarm. NEVER EAT HERE! What a waste of money. If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. How lucky that you get 1 star from me. But the fact that your overall review is 2.8 stars says enough. Very bad business, hope you go bankrupt.

i am highly suspicious of this place and i don't think they are who they say they are. i believe this business might just be a cover for something more sketchy going on underneath. the shop itself looks extremely bizarre, the shelves are half empty, the interior looks unfinished and broken. i came in to take a look at the grocery store hoping to buy some asian snacks and foods but the second i walked in i was approached by a man who works there telling me the 'shop is closed'. he told me 'only sushi' so i can order sushi but cannot shop at the store? very strange. it's like i couldn't even walk over to the section of the establishment where the food was kept. is it possible they were wanting to hide something? he also seemed quite alarmed to see me in the shop, as if my presence was not welcome or me being there made him panic. perhaps i wasn't one of their regular or familiar clients for the kind of 'business' they run judging by the reaction. a very sketchy place and and i believe more people should be warned about whatever sketchy business is going on here.

Ordered online via Takeaway. Waited an hour and a half. The sushi was warm and the (normal) hot dishes such as the spring rolls were lukewarm. Prawn crackers were delivered in an open bag LOOSE. (Seen in photo) + We ordered squid nigiri and got salmon instead. The bill stated that the squid nigiri was included after all. This was not so. Price is the same...even though the squid is more expensive. + There were no chopsticks for eating. Luckily I have some at home. Very unfortunate actually.

Very poor service, food delivered half an hour late! Upon delivery I indicated that it was much too late and I received the answer "yes". When asked if the food was still warm, the man said “then you have to check and otherwise call”! TOP MAN. Food was horrible, DO NOT ORDER!

To avoid. Rice that is not sushi rice, what's more is hot (!!). Bad smell. 1:30 to have it delivered. They indicate that the order was for delivery on the application, but the order was not even placed. Call required. Without apology or commercial gesture on their part.

I will never 'shame' a company, but this is really not possible. Ordered Crispy chicken and crispy ebi and the salmon sushi. As you can see in the photo, this is not a real shrimp or chicken. It also doesn't taste like shrimp or chicken. It's just not tasty. The salmon sushi came straight into the container, but the taste wasn't great either. I always order here and last time with takeout I was completely ignored and this time with delivery the sushi is just not ok.

The food was alright. However, an item was missing, a beverage that I order was not in the bag. When I called the store, the employee was extremely rude. After explaining the missing item, he said they did not have it. I asked for a solution again and he said something vague about a next order and then proceeded to hang up. I will not order from here again, food is ok but the customer service is awful. I was asking for something I paid, and was treated badly and found a complete unhelpful attitude.
